“Not the best experience”
The main issue is the size of the rooms misleading, the bathroom being broken, using camphor naphthalene balls, are not safe for ladies, old people and kids, pathetic breakfast options, the spreads are not clean, incense sticks smoke in the evening, its ideal for a cheap room so quality is compromised, also the staircase you can found plan masala spits everywhere

The hotel was excellent as per it's tarrif.Before check in I have an doubt. After check in I find all is good. Staff behavior is very nice.little bit mosquito problem is there,Hope they will overcome this problem in future.Otherwise very good budget hotel.

“One of the reliables in town”
Best hotel has never disappointed me. I travel often to Mumbai for my work, sometimes solo or with my partner. They have always been good. Rooms are neat. Service is quick and nice. And the management is also quite friendly. 100% reccomended

“The worst hotel in Mumbai.”
I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The hygiene was the worst aspect—they hardly clean the hotel or the rooms. The entire hotel stinks. You can see beds and bedsheets piled up on the side of the reception for cleaning. Food waste was openly kept in front of most of the rooms for the entire day. Paan stains are all around the lift area and in front of the reception. There is also a big food waste bin kept open in front of the reception area. You can see the cleaning staff sleeping on the reception couch and in the bedrooms. It is not at all recommended for anyone looking for a clean and peaceful stay. I am wondering how they managed to get these good reviews from people.

“It's not THE BEST it's should be renamed to THE WORST”
No amenities in that hotel. No proper cleaning. Breakfast was included and surprise is their kitchen is not available only. He used to buy breakfast from outside and give. That's too 2 idlis and banana. Please don't take this hotel. It's one of the worst.

“Handy to the airport and great small food shops ”
Our stay at the best hotel mumbai was good. There was a hole in the bed linen and the bathroom was a bit moldy. But it was handy to the airport, the staff were incredibly helpful and the food delivery was delicious. It is handy to the metro station and lots of small food shops. The AC was also great as it was so hot.

“Doable for a short stay”
This hotel, I have stayed at a few times. Location is good. For the rooms you have to tell at the reception to make sure you get a good room, clean etc. They will have it sorted.

“Great staff ( but dump )”
This is a dump as you go up the stairs the walls are dirty and Staind with something the room was small you could see where they have had damp but painted it over looked like a very bad aria didn't go out after 20.00 The only good thing is the staff are really nice and helpful well over priced iv stayed in places better for a third of the price

“Comfortable Stay”
This hotel is at prime location closer to MIDC and SEEPZ. Very commensurate price & stay for a brief stay. Attending Boys were very cordial.

If one is alone then it's alright for the price. The staff were courteous. If you are alone then don't ask for a king-size bed. They join 2 twin beds and the power switches get covered. So I had to shift the bed to expose the switches! Wish the washroom was slightly bigger! Anyway all in all, its livable.

Hotel images which is shown online is not same. Room and bathroom is very small not both was not clean. Even bucket for bath was not there . One cannot stand and take bath properly.After ordering breakfast 30 min waiting. Cockroach was roaming in Cubboard’s and desks. Henceforth I will not book hotel online through Agoda as there was billing issue and got less bill amount bill.
