“worst”
Worst service. Arrogant behavior from Room service and housekeeping team. Swimming pool is very dirty and not at all recommended.

“Worth every penny”
Enjoyed every minute in this hotel, Actually its like an resort, Swimming pool is there, plus beach is walkable from the hotel, Tasty food, Ample of parking space, Its good that we picked this hotel for our weekend

“Hotel is fine for short trip”
Staffs always missing at the front desk. Toilet kind of smell despite being clean. It is fine for couple of days unless you don't spend much time in room and an outgoing person.

“Don't expect too much”
Average room, and swimming pool is also okay, food is great.. and this is not beach view property or beach nearby .. you have to walk 300-350 Metres for beach but you can access private beach

Facilities need to be improved, like fittings in bathroom, tap, jet spray. Games need to be improved. Swimming Pool is very Good. Ambience of the place nice is good with gardening. Staffs need to be properly treated so they don’t expect Money from the visitors.

“Go for it!”
If you are looking for cheap resort, you can go for it. Not recommended for group persons because you dont have any entertainment apart from Swimmimg pool.

Location is nice but no beach connection. Didn't try the food though the breakfast is good. Liquor is the problem as the brands available are very less.

“Decent resort”
Not a posh place, but decent. Rooms are big and neat. Good staff. Near all tourist places. Bad restaurant.

“STAY AT BAY TREASURE”
The Property Beach was not near and it was almost a KM from the Gate. Rooms were not neat...Some smell...may ne the alcohol drunk by the earlier occupiers and never cleaned. Bath rooms were not cleaned. AC was not cool enough and later found that timer was on for 2 hours and after that No AC.....

“Great Value for Money”
Its our Friends Gettogether after few years. We had great time in this hotel. The rooms are really nice and clean. We stayed in Family Suit room which can accommodate for 4 adults and can include 2 small kids. Though this facility is not close to the beach and its not a private beach, we have way to walk to the beach, its a 400 m walk and the beach is really nice and clean. The only con is food order from room took some time and the updates for changes reported to another room when inquired. I choose breakfast included, and the food is tasty with decent enough South Indian breakfast option. Overall, its value for money.

“Good resort in the ourskirts, especially for relaxing”
It is a good resort but little outskirts of city of more than km away from beach.. breakfast is awesome and complementary.. but no direct service you have ask always for anything

“Decent stay with family ”
Location is very good and nearby beach and other good restaurant. The room we stayed looks renovated, but AC throw was very limited. Morning breakfast was good, overall a good place for an overnight stay

“Good Resort for a Family”
Stayed two days in this resort. Rooms are comfortable and Location is very near to all places. Restaurant is very good. Excellant swiming pool. Manager and staff are very much helpful and co-operative. Over all good resort for families to stay.

“Extremly overpriced”
To start with, price was expensive. The place is easy to find, once we got there, our triple room was not ready. The head of reception/owner was rude and lied to us regarding some services available at the village, trying to force us to book them through him. He basically wanted to sell us taxi service. the room was dirty (floor, beds, etc) and we had to wait until they send the missing bed (a 10cm "matress"). The rest of the staff is polite and attentive. Breakfast was extremely disappointing since they only have a very poor indian breakfast in a dirty hall. You have to climb a wall to go to the beach, which is probably the best they have although you have to walk for 15 minutes and its full of plastic. Wifi connexion is average, cockroach in the toilet, asked 2 times to clean the room and still no one came.

“Mahabs day out”
Nice place close to mahabs but away from the beaches. Individual villas stays with comp breakfast and pool access. Nice property for groups
