I took an AC room and the AC was not cold. I paid 1000 rupees more to get AC. After complaining, they did not change the room or refund my money.

“Pleasant stay”
I stayed at the hotel room in Dec for only one day. Situated at the lighthouse beach, jst outside the room,there is is courtyard, and you will get stunnig view of the Arabian sea from there. Room has all basic amenities. It was an overall pleasant stay there.

“It was just ok experience ”
I stayed one night in a non-AC room. The location is good, but the staff is not very professional. They were often unavailable at the reception, even during check-in and check-out. Additionally, there was a network issue in the room, and no Wi-Fi was available.

“Free water” was mentioned but they only provide 1 litter water bottle per day for a double bedded room .. they said free WiFi but their WiFi connection was very poor and inside the room you’ll not find any signal

“Don’t get fooled Not a Genuine Hotel”
Cheaters. I booked in Beach Flora Inn Hotel (Standard Air conditioning room with partial Sea view) based on pictures in Agoda. I confirmed about the availability before I did checkin. They confirmed it’s available. After reaching to hotel they provided accommodation in another Hotel called Neptune which is totally different. Reason provided was rooms not available that day. They cheated me giving some other bullshit answers to cover there Ass, while I was asking why they didn’t provide me the booked hotel . I don’t recommend this hotel. Be careful don’t get fooled.

The stay is decent with good amenities. It’s located on the beach so access to it is good. To get Luggage to hotel was a bit tedious as roads are narrower and tricky to get to the hotel

“A Good stay option just adjacent to the Lighthouse beach”
A good serene hotel. The rooms have all the amenities. The best part is the Close vicinity of the beach. The beach is just right across the walkway. The staff are sort of attentive. Has a good restro attached. But the access from the main road while arriving the hotel is very fiddlly. Need a high sense of road maps to reach there.

“Terrible hotel”
Hotel is terrible with filthy rooms. Cannot stay in this hotel, one may fall sick staying here. On top of that there is no road to hotel, on has to walk 10 min with luggage to get to the hotel from paid parking area for cab. To get a cab from this hotel is very difficult, no cab drive want to drive the steep narrow hilly road. There is no room service, one has to live with the flies, ants and variety of insect in the room.

“Terrible sick dirty rooms”
Rooms are are very unclean and dirty. Bathroom was in very bad shape, you wont feel like stepping in. Please away from this hotel, if you stay here you will fall sick and spoil your vacation.

“Wow location ”
Just on the beach with lots of good restaurants in the line. If you get the sea facing room, you need not go to any other place. Just look at the sea. It has got no restaurants of its own. One draw back is no vehicle can drop you at the hotel. You need to walk may be an odd 200 metre through a narrow path to reach to florra beach inn.

This resort is very good. Only problem is there is no any direct connection from road. So parking for the car might be an issue, but you need to check before booking.

Very bad experience, I am very disappointed with the bad behavior of the staff, poor room service, poor room quality. The quality of food is very bad. Waste of money. Never go to this hotel. If possible I can give zero star rating.

Average rooms, best is it's facing direct sea. Food served towards this place is expensive compared to others. It's quiet a walk to taxi or auto stand. Vehicles do not go inside the area.

“Worst hotel with zero facility ”
Stay away from this hotel. Very pathetic service with poor maintenance. Even water was stopped during night. It is just like pavement hotel...very very poor maintenance with zero cleanliness...very unhygienic to stay with family. Even solo travelers cannot stay here.. hostel is much better than this hotel. It is not hotel. It is just a refreshing room for short time. U cannot stay here for more than 1 hour. Many guests raised voices even after hefty payment.. Beware of this hotel....

“Worst 3rd class room Very dirty”
Worst hotel in my entire Kerala trip. It was a nightmare for me. I booked by looking at reviews. But most of them must be fake. There is no parking for this and there is no way for car till hotel. There is some paid parking. From there you have to walk along with your luggage for over 200m. That's fine. But worst part is room condition. It is third class room with cheap maintenance. Room is very dirty, not at all cleaned, bed sheets not changed/uncleaned. Provided smoking room which is very smelly. There is mildew or fungal hyphae formed in room which says how worst the room is. There are mosquitos and bed bugs. Not able to sleep. Worst third class room with third class maintenance. Families please stay away from this.
