“Decent stay, good massage ”
Massage and doctor consultation was very good, very good massage by Sneha. Hotel has beef in it's menu and that might be an issue for pure vegetarians. There is no ola, Uber access in kollam and that was a little issue but the hotel got the railway drop covered. Overall decent stay.

“Good stay at Thangassery”
The place is fantastic. Must visit the Break Water and light house nearby. The roof top bar and restaurant gives a wonderful view and feeling with the gentle sea breeze. The rooms are reasonably priced and clean.

Very bad service, we unable to get food at the restaurant/ room service. Their excuse was they are busy at the bar, so we had no dinner instead we ordered icecream which took an hour and half to get it. There was no towels in the bathroom, we had to ask for it. Toilet was disgusting, unable to shower as there was very little water coming from the shower as there was no pressure. The key for the door wasn't working and had to wait an hour to get it sorted. I wouldn't recommend it

A value for money getaway from the hustle of the city. The best part of our stay was the Ayurveda massage- the massasue Akhil worked magic; and the mocktails at thier rooftop restaurant. Would surely plan to revisit.

Location is ideal one with being centrally located with ample parking,rooms are very good with cleanliness,it has a restaurant of its own. A swimming pool too. Ayurvedic massage too,it's chargeble The staff is very helpful

Scupper ( drain) In toilet area blocked. Faucet was in broken condition. They don't even bother to check rooms before allowing to guests

“Indian hotel for domestic tourism”
If you want to have a thorough Ayurveda massage in a nice environment this is the place, the boutique shop has beautiful art selections for an affordable price, the rooms are well equipped, maintained and big!, don’t expect a taste for design, there is marble and tiles everywhere which makes it not Cousy and the echo flies around the whole place when you close your room door :), it has all ingredients to be a good hotel, for the price it was worth the day we spent their, cautionary tale, the wine price is not what appears in the menu, they are not habituated to serve wine and they measure a glass with the measure of spirits, we had to pay 2,5 times the price of the menu because they measure the glas per 60ml instead of 125 ml which is the habitual size of a cup of wine in Europe

“Very Unprofessional and Rude staff ”
My family had to go through a harrowing experience at this hotel because of the unprofessional behaviour of hotel staff. Prior to one month i had booked 2 double rooms through Agoda App and i had specifically asked for non smoking room. My request was confirmed and approved immediately. But when we arrived at the hotel ,we were given only 1 room which was decent and the other room smelled horribly of Cigarette.When asked for a change of room ,we were given another room with the same condition of bad smell of Cigarette.My sibling with her 4 yr old kid had to suffer and stay in that room. The hotel staff did not even oblige to take the luggage to the rooms considering there were only ladies and elderly people. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

“2 nights in Kollam”
Hotel is comfortable & clean. Large comfortable bed. Swimming pool is a decent size. Near to the lighthouse. About 15 minute walk to the beach, however it has a lot of rubbish on it and so I would not recommend it. Town is about 15 mins by tuk tuk. I came to relax and the hotel was perfect for this. Staff are helpful and can organise trips to the lake and Monroe island, although prices for these seemed a bit high. I would stay here again

“Nice location, great WiFi connectivity, average food ”
The location is great, a little away from the city hustle bustle, good for Ayurvedic massage treatments, super WiFi connectivity, breakfast alright, lunch dinner items average. Staff from the restaurant needs to be more professionally trained. Overall very pleasant stay. Will surely recommend it.

“Overall cost reflects quality ”
Stayed in the suites. The rooms were impressive in terms of size and the money you pay. However, the hotel facilities were poor for a 4*. I think the staff could of been more engaging. Breakfast is really disappointing.

“Staff are great. ”
The Concierge was amazing. We didn't have tea or coffee facility in our room. He went through the trouble of bringing a kettle and and coffee and also even put a fridge in our room. What a legend.

“location far from center, mostly for local tourists with car”
I stayed just one night, had a swim, a visit to the light house and a two hours Ayurvedic treatment. The pool is nice and big and nobody else had a morning swim (as it is covered not really set up for tanning) The treatment was good I found the restaurant uninspiring, super cold AC and the menu did not have proper marking of vegetarian food. Breakfast was local style, and ok I had problems with transportation as it seems the hotel is not set up for people coming without own car. I had to pay 600 INR to get dropped at the train station. No Uber in Kollam and the hotel staff said there were no rickshaws (though a hundred meters away and beyond I passed many...). This was very disappointing service.

“Execellent service”
Restaurant is average. BF is just an average Indian fare. Quality of food is average. Beds are good, Room is spacious and clean. Toilet misses a towel rod. Overall a good place for a quiet stay. Can walk down to the the beach and fisherman jetty. location is unique

“Nice location”
If you want to spend time near Kollam and Thangassery beaches, it's a nice place. I think they should maintain the facilities better. There's an outdoor pool. Breakfast and food were okay. Wifi is not reachable in all rooms and is unstable.

“Gutes Hotel mit Abstrichen”
Sehr schön gelegen am Leuchtturm nur ein paar Minuten weg von dem Park, die Bar war super aber das Zimmer ein wenig dreckig und das Personal aber super hilfreich, so dass wir uns wohl gefühlt haben und die Terrasse mit Aussicht war super, auch wenn die Hälfte vom Essen nicht verfügbar war.

“Kollam Tour”
All Season's D fort is a good place to stay in Kollam. It is close to the city and to the Sea. The rooms are good and the staff there are very friendly. Would recommend this place for any family planning to visit Kollam. Also, they have Ayurveda packages done by a well trained team.

Location of the hotel is very good and room size is excellent and enough for 4 people. Food is ok.
