My phone was lost and then didn’t help me at all. They charged me more than the daily limit of a room because my room was on day use basis

Very compact rooms, dusty and bathrooms are very small and not clean

Rooms and Bathroom too small for the price. Buffet breakfast and dinner were average. Joined twin bed due to unavailability of single bed, but very inconvenient. Nothing extraordinary as per brand value.

Very slow room services especially food services and also I didn't liked the room as there were many basic items missing like slippers, dental kit, comb and even dryer was not working properly. Housekeeping people are good but overall services for all staff including reception, food etc is poor

Hotel was good. Food pool staff was good the only bad stuff is compact room size and the AC. Air conditioning is preset cannot go below 22. We call technician and complaint but they denied and we have to sleep in hot room with the baby. Sad

1. Our arrival and checkin edperience was really poor. 2. Baggage did not reach the room for almost 1 hour. Upon compalianing I was asked to come to reciption and search for the bags. 3. Asked for additional bed sheet which took 35-50 mins for them to provide. 4. Bathroom door lock had and issue. 5. AC not working. Not at all satisfactory. Its just Accord brand... but worse than a kalkaji hotel. Our boys hostels are better.

I can't imagine that small rooms with soo small beds We pay for a large bed with a child with us And we mention that also But they still give us the smallest bed i ever see I'm never gonna book this chain of hotels again

Checkin was smooth! Nice humans in every department! 1-But the facilities which were included- puppet show which wasn’t there why was it written? 2- i ordered dinner (3 garlic naan, 1 kadhai panner ) which had hair in it! 3- while at the checkout around 10.30/10.45 i requested for a coffee in which i was informed that it would be on a chargeable basis where in my breakfast was included 4- i was a employee in ibis mumbai airport we dint serve anything like that! The stay and the decoration was on the mark and i appreciate it but there are some small points i highlight being a hotelier! Kudos to the hotel and service!!! Will be back in may,2025

The property's central location was convenient for exploring the city on foot. Parking was hassle-free. However, the room size and bathroom were disappointing. The value for money didn't quite match up due to limited facilities. Cleanliness was average, and staff performance could have been better.

Though food was good but some issues will never want me to book again, room gives u a feel of Ginger hotel by size and washroom feels like train compartment. Restaurant staff behaviour also not good. Other hotels in same or even less budget are available.

1. The room size was very small. 2. Bathroom slippers, dental kit, and tissue paper were not provided in the room initially. 3. The towels seemed very old and rough. 4. Initially, we were provided a room with combined twin beds, which was very uncomfortable. After requesting a change, we were given another room, but the bed was still not satisfactory. 5. The breakfast quality was poor: a) The paratha and other items were cold, as if they had been cooked much earlier and left to be served. b) The tea tasted awful. c) The variety of items was very limited. 6. There was no valet parking, and there wasn’t enough parking space available. 7. Even during checkout, no one asked for feedback. We expected much better service for the price we paid. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Ibis to anyone. Sorry for that. Thanks!

As an Accor Hotel, one expects a certain standard. I have always preferred to stay in ibis whenever I am travelling. Although this hotel seems to be making money off group tour companies and has no regard for solo travellers. Room cleaning was not done in a proper manner, handtowels were missing from the toilet (only available if asked... Funny policy!). Tea Coffee refills were not done without pushing again and again. One day even water bottles were missing after cleaning and I had to wait for 10 minutes for a bottle of water. The food was superbly mediocre. I had misfortune of eating dinner for one night, what I got was uncooked rice, and superbly tasteless curries. It was almost like paying 1250 for nothing. If you are in Jaipur please avoid Ibis at all costs.

Very nice hotel with clean n hygenic rooms.Rooms are OK as per space POV.Bathroom are PODS like. Everything is nice though food is heavily overpriced. Roomservices are very nice and prompt though very costly. Parking is enough and spacious to park 25-30 Cars at a time.
