Not cleaned properly, old bedsheets & cover, no extra bed facility. No restaurant facility & outside food are not allowed, so everytime we have to go out for food.

“Not good experience ”
No parking facility. There is no view from room. Rooms are very congested. No warm water available on time. Staff is not co-operative, cockroaches all around, No break fast available, AC water dropping in lobbies. Do not book this place.

“Value for money”
The stay is good, facilities are up to the mark. Nothing's missing, everything's working. The pool is good and the support staff are quite accessible. Would recommend for budget travel!

Please i prefer not to visit again this resort is worst no proper wifi working no water supply there was no water since 6 hours very rude stafff very dissapointed from this resort never going to visit again 1/10 deserving

“Beware before booking. Terrible ”
Condition of this property in word is terrible. Not matching with photos of rooms. Ugly and conjested rooms. Smelly pillows and linen. Unhygenic and smelly toilets. No hanger, no cupboards not even a small table in their delux room. Picture of property outside view is good... But inside situation is bad. Not at all suitable for families. Agoda lost its credibility by piblishing wrong promotion.

“Rosa Bella”
It is not a resort it is a building with swimming pool. Food and drinks are expensive. Maintenance is very poor. All rooms do not have hot water geysers. Pool and its changing rooms are not clean.

Staff doesn;t respond or support. No restaurant options. Not fit for family. There is no cleanliness, garbage everywhere. Staff doesn;t come to clean rooms even after several requests.

“Dirty bedding on entry. ”
Firstly the room was left like some was was living there. Bedding was dirty and shower had used soup and rubbish everywhere. The staff have attitude which increases your anger. Pool area ain’t that special and it’s on street parking.

No Wifi, even no mobile network in room, No Tv, no cupboard, no hanger....No service at all, we have to find hotel person...pathetic..... swimming pool is not clean.....kitchen is there, but no food available.... Not worthy for the price they charge. Room is like basic hotel, no facilities. Food and service is bad. It's a basic hotel with pool that's it.

“Worst Hotel”
I had worst staying experience here. Staffs are not responsive for anything. Rooms, beds and towels were dirty and stinking. No hot water, AC was not working. Never book here.

“They took money without room”
When i called property they refused room confirmation and suggested me to take room of another property of them and took advance from me 3500 rupees and they shared wrong location in whatsapp midnight i couldnt find the property in that location their phone was not responding , morning when i called them again and asked my advance return because i couldnt reach them due to wrong location shared and irresponsive attitude, please help me to get my fund back from these frauds

“Best for budget”
If you get this place for lower cost, it's worth the money as it is near to both baga and Calangute beach. It dosent have any geysers in bathrooms btw(we booked 2 deluxe).

Even though the hotel was booked for two days thro Agoda/ Agoda confirmation, the hotel did not obey. I do not recommend such hotel to any person. We were in the great difficulty to get other hotel. But luckily we got very good hotel in Calangot area (two rooms) with good facility and with breakfast.

They mentioned complimentary breakfast, but there is no breakfast, no Tea/Coffee at all, no geezer...staff is not at all responding, its a small room without any single facility, below average room with worst location, worst service, overall not at all recommended...even for 1500-2000, we will get a 1BHK in all resorts near Baga, Candolim area...

“Very bad and worst service ever..”
I will not recommend this property, nothing is proper, they haven't gave me the proper facilities, I have choose the property through agoda coz of the pictures they are showing in the app but in reality it's not the same room which I seen in the app I done the payment including breakfast but they told me can't give the breakfast u r not payed for that after calling several times to the customer care only they agreed to give the breakfast and also the staffs are very rude, completely it's a very worst environment ever, i came with my family including a kid, this is not the proper way to treat a customer, very very bad service

“Worst Resort/Photoshopped photos in google ”
I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was the worst, with poorly maintained rooms and common areas. The location was average, offering limited convenience. The staff lacked responsiveness, taking too long to address requests. The rooms were much smaller than depicted in photos, which felt misleading. Additionally, the food was extremely overpriced, costing nearly three times the average market price. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I cannot recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness, service, and value for money.

“Room facilities not good”
We traveled 5 people and booked 1 room with queen size bed and dorms. Room was not clean. Additionally we got room with broken bathroom door without exhaust fan and AC was also not working properly. When we informed to manager he has not taken much action and offered us smaller room and adjust it with additional side beds if we want.
