“Location was the best thing about the hotel.Its just walkable distance from anjuna beach.”

Washroom was not cleaned properly.A swimming pool was there which was good.

great place to stay if you are looking out for a nice clean place to stay. conveniently located near anjuna beach with enough private parking space and great food.

There were no ventilators in the rooms. In case we open windows mosquitoes and insects comes in. Their pool is the worst place in resort I think which is ment to be for poisonous insects and leaves only (when said to atleast clean the pool they didn't did it). One evening I was in the pool and a insect bites me on the neck which was so painful and resulted in swelling of my neck.

“Not up to the mark”

They given me a very basic room which is Annexe to the main Hotel, Room is bot spacious and not value for money. Location is ok, Staff behaviour excellent.

I could not sleep comfortably. Car parking was not proper. I booked hotel for two days but stayed there for one day only. I didnot found staff supportive.

Room is not good, i stayed for 5 nights and nobody cleaned my room at this stay. AC makes very loud noise. 5 min walk to beach, location is good.

We loved our stay at poonam. The rooms aren't amazing however we met awesome people and the location was great. Poonam could be a 4 star resort if they put a little more effort into bedding and repainting the rooms. The staff were lovely and helpful Thanks guys!

Was a really quick trip to Goa...only 2 nights. But it was easy to find and the staff were helpful and friendly. There might be better deals to be had if you look around but not bad for an online booking.

The hotel has fast process of cheking-in and -out, swimming pool, wi-fi. The best hotel location in Anjuna, if you don't want to live directly on the beach.

i like this place, the swimming pool is fine, not very clean but acceptable, the restaurant is somewhere you can chill out a bit, however the room condition is quite a huge problem,the bed is fine, but all other furniture are all very old,there must have some wood worm in the door, you can actually some creepy stuffs comes off.

It was fine, its price worthy. But the rooms without a balcony are claustrophobic. The servants in the restaurant were slow, and never smiled. also got bills from the restaurant that wasn´t mine. The owners were very nice and helpful though.

The hotel was well located near Anjuna beach and restaurants. Our room was comfortable, the air conditioner was effective albeit noisy. The hotel had pretty gardens & pool to relax by. The staff were always friendly and helpful. We would consider staying at this hotel on our next visit to Anjuna.

Stay was comfortable. *** I would have rated 8 or 9 out of 10 for this place based on the pricing and comfort they have provided BUT they were not good with the billing system. Please be careful on that aspect.

Don't go by some of the glowing reviews posted online about this place - they are clearly posted by the hotel staff themselves. Having said, it's not a bad hotel. It's close to the beach & it's economical.

“Einfache Unterkunft - hartes Bett - simples Bad”

Bett mit harter Matratze und Brett, etwas schmuddelig, Großputz ist hier unbekannt, Tierchen im Bad, morgens kein warmes Wasser, abends etwas, sehr einfach, Pool okay, Zuviel verlangt für zweite Person, teurer als Interbuchung vorsah, schwer zu beweisen, da kostenloses WIFI nicht funktionierte - dies ist unter "normal" einzustufen, funktioniert auch im Restaurant nebenan nicht…. Internet in Indien fast überall schwierig… Wir wohnen in Pune…. Also wieder mal… nur sehr teuere Hotels entsprechen Deutschem Standart. Fast jedes Bad in D hat funktionierende Hähne, Abwasserrohre mit Sifon - nicht wie hier ohne -, doppelt verglaste Fenster, andere Wände, so dass nicht so viel Schmutz und Lärm eindringen können…

“Only one good thing”

The only good thing I can say about this place is that it is within walking distance from the Hilltop parties. The room is quite stuffy, and very basic. Water pressure in the shower too weak to use for anything, had to wash myself sitting on the floor under the tap. Bathroom is constantly damp due to a leak. Only a little bit of toilet paper left on the roll, no extra paper to be found in the room. No bin in the room for trash (or period products, not fun) Both bedside lamps broken, one didn't even have a lightbulb in it. Super loud music from the pool area after midnight. Can't open a window without letting in mosquitoes (put net up?). Staff did the necessary, but otherwise didn't seem too friendly or welcoming. On my departure they called a taxi for me that was overpriced - I accepted it, but think it's part of good service to help get fair deals.

Et ok stort værelse, der blev skiftet sengetøj og håndklæder når man bad om det, ellers ikke super rent....

Worms and rotten mango s in the swimming pool, impossible to swim there. Staff not friendly at all, rooms with a cave smell. Dirty dirty dangerously dirty

понравился красивым красным цветом, бассейном и заявленной близостью к морю и развлечениям. Тем более, все знакомые, которые были на северном гоа, говорили, что звездность для гоа не нужна, ибо отель только для переночевать.Да, к морю близко свосем- 150 м, но там не купаются, так как одни валуны и камни. До нормального моря надо пройти через рынок или проехать, а там будут все орать- друг, пасматры мой магазын и давай хашиш. Постельное белье в таком виде, как будто до нас уже спали несколько семей на нем и оно не стиралось в принципе.Отдельно слово о матрасах.Оооооооо.Это песня))) Я люблю жесткие матрасы, но это было что-то.Ощущение, что ты лежишь на полу)))Наверное, отель для йогов. Грязно.просто очень грязно. В нашем номере ни разу не убирались за 2 неделе. Предполагем, что у них просто был всего один ключ, который мы всегда забирали с собой.Персонал довольно услужливый и улыбается всегда, что редкость.Будьте осторожны, кокосы падают только в путь.Еда тоже неплохо, подороже, чем в шеках, но адаптировано под европейцев. Арендовали там и скутер- все устроило. Территория отеля маленькая, но оч зелененькая, есть даже гамак общественного пользования. Бассейн довольно маленький, и редко чистится.но индусы вообще особо не озадачиваются этим.В общем и целом, после длинного перелета и стояния на таможне и из окошка такси ужасает все!!)) По-первости муж был непреклонен- сейчас выспимся и переезжаем. Олд Монк и нескоько часов сна сделали свое дело, посмотрев на все остальное, мы решили оставаться здесь, так как было почти все одинаковое.Тем более, нам дали даже 2 комнаты)))В общем, Гоа -интересная часть Индии.Нужно только тщательнее выбирать отель.
