“Old property without maintenance.”
This was used to be a very well maintained hotel however these days I discovered that they are spending zero money for property maintenance. To mention some, leakage in bathroom, old torn furnitures, balcony door latches does not work, doesn't provide dental kit or shaving kit. Not even a toothpaste. For breakfast they made us walk to another hotel. These days the hotel is in a Very disappointing and pathetic condition. Maybe the new owner's doesn't want to maintain the hotel. If you don't want to spoil your vacation, run in the opposite direction.

“Rated Average”
I would say that the place is average for a person always staying in ITCs and Marriotts. However, it serves the purpose for stags and men. The location is good (not too close to beach). The in dining was not available since the hotel was under renovation. But that's understandable. However, they had made arrangement for breakfast at their other hotel (Neelam Grand or Glitz Grand, don't remember the name exactly), which was just 50 meters away, and they were trying to manage things well. The breakfast and the spread was limited and the taste was average (taste differs from person to person). The mid staff like reception is helpful and tried to make sure to cater to your requests. However the boys and other staff can be trained more on hospitality. I had got a shampoo and conditioner, but no shower gel. No proper shower kit. But understandable for the price you are paying. Though there are a lot of things that can be improved, but like I said, if you are a stag, only boys or men, you can do with this place. Not bad at all. To all ladies! I'am totally a feminist person, even if the review sounds otherwise, however the nature has hard wired the genders differently. Its like men can read conditioner as shower gel and go ahead, but its a show stopper for the fairer sex.

Walkable to Calangute still away from hustle bustle. Great breakfast and meal options.

“Location Advantage”
overall Good hotel with good location, breakfast was Good and has many options but in amenities they have least number of options, Room was clean and Good. So overall Good hotel.

“Good Room and bad food and facilities”
Good Room, Best location and pool viewThe stay was good with unnecessary restrictions and bad food. The staff was very much cooperative with required manners and attitude. The hotel is in one of the best locations.

“nice hotel”
clean roomsthe place is clean and nice, the location is quite off the beach and is far off from calngaut or bagha beach. need vehicle to go to beach. the hotel surrounding is not that impressive as it looks in the pics!otherwise comfortable stay and nice rooms.
