Spider, mosquitos ate there. Order booking , I have metioned the top floor while I received room in ground floor. Water logging jn bathroom, No food after 10 PM eventhough milk is also not available as I am vegetarian, Overall not happy.

“Decent stay for couples”
The location is about 1.5 kms from Rajajinagar metro station. The front desk is open for 24 hours. Rooms looks bit old. But all the amenities are provided. Our room had some issues with the fan and AC. But it was manageable. The dental kit is not provided. Decent stay for a couple.. looks bit overpriced

The photos are misleading. There are many similar hotels which are available at half the price. Staff were good. Floor and bathroom foot mat could have been cleaner.

“Low key hotel with mediocre rooms”
Location: Location works mainly for proximity to railway station and a couple of malls. Amenities: Its just a building with rooms. Difficult to call it a hotel. Bedding: The bed was bad - sinking low with protruding springs bothering your back. You are guaranteed to get back trouble if you sleep in the bed. Bathroom: Bathroom was ok and clean. 1-2 flies in the bathroom made it a bit unpleasant. TV: Had a problem with the TV but the staff were responsive enough to fix it quickly. Size: Room was small in size but sufficient. Price: If they had charged less than Rs 2000 per night, it'd have been ok. At Rs 4k+ per night, it's definitely overpriced! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone shelling out more than Rs 2000 per night

“Many issues”
We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, for our family of 4. One room was fine, but the other room had a moldy smell which we figured out the next morning was due to the a/c unit leaking a lot (soaked everything on the counter below it). They changed our room (after we complained a lot and said we wouldn't stay in that room again due to mold issues) and the next room had been smoked. The third one had some odor issues, but was passable for one night. The wifi was horrible...we ended up just using the hotspot on our phone. We didn't sleep well because the bar next door was very loud late into the night (and we were there on a Sunday and Monday night). The front desk staff were not friendly and didn't seem to care about the quality of the rooms or the comfort of guests. We would not stay at the Grand Regency again!

“BIOHAZARD”
Staying in this hotel is a biohazard. On the first night, I don't know what kind of chemicals they use to clean, but they are nauseating. I couldn't sleep the entire night. Now I had to keep their tiny windows open, but that meant inviting road noise and mosquitoes. My entire next day was ruined. The location is meh. The food was good. Also, I realized why they use so many chemicals, either they don't change sheets or they have a pest problem. An iron and hair dryer and other amenities were provided

“Absolutely not systematic ”
Even though I have booked with additional bed, it took half a day and 3 times follow up call to get the mattress. Even though rooms were available, hotel said there will be extra charge for a mere 30 mins early check in. Room was with mosquitoes and hotel doesn’t provide mosquito repellent even after asking. Zero Wi fi signal inside the room. No complementary breakfast even though room charges were higher. Nearby hotels were much cheaper. Though near by markets were there, locality was not clean and feel as if it’s the old town having all kabadi shop and old shops.

“Comfortable stay”
Overall, I had a great experience with the Grand Regency the staff was incredibly helpful even provided help in guiding around the place. The amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean and nicely done. Place is near by to metro station which helped traveling.
