“Terrible stay”
Hotel staff refused to provide AC as booking was done online and the staff informed that online booking is not profitable for them. Despite all arguments, I was given a non-AC room. Bed sheets were extremely dirty. No cattle in the room. Flush was leaking. Lift was available up to one floor below my room. Overall, quite unpleasant experience. I’d not recommend this hotel.

manager gave me non-AC room and asking more money for AC room. Beware of booking online they may not honor the online booking as it is.

“Experience ”
The worst ever experience i could ever get. No proper amenities provided. Not even water bottles were provided its just some local lodge with broken windows.

“Greedy people”
They don't have tie up with Agoda. They declined my booking. They were extra money for same. Agoda support is also pathetic.

They don't honour price mentioned in Agoda, forced to pay extra amount at hotel with take it or leave it condition at hotel during checki in.

“Worst experience”
First of all, they asked me to pay extra before checking in, eventhough i've made online booking through agoda. The manager was very diplomatic, eventhough i've booked a room, acc. to him a room is for only 1 person so if 2 of us are staying then we'll have to pay extra. I mean who will book a room for only 1 person ? There are hostels and PGs out there. Second thing is, in agoda it was included with breakfast. He denied that as well, he carelessly informed us that the info provided in the website is wrong. When i confronted him about it, he asked us to stay if we want or leave but the money won't be refunded. We were forced to stay because it was already late in the night. On top of all that, they din't even care to provide us with water for drinking, and the room smelt terrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here.
