“No rest rooms ”
No rest rooms to waiting and fresh. Room size are small. Column are inside room. No spaces in sides of bed. Coat is bigger than bed. So touching to legs. Not cleaning dialy. AC not cooling.

“Good one but they need to improvise on their approach to modern days requirements ”
Its a busy property hence wear n tear is also high. Hence they need to pay attention to the maintainance. Also you might get mislead by the images against each room category. However 60% chances that it matches your booked room.

Clean hotel, lady at the reception. Smooth check -in. clean room and sheets, bathroom could have been cleaned better. the roof and the tiles specifically. Worth the money

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Bangalore. Wifi and cable TV is not working. I have booked an Executive Room but they have given me standard room due to over booking. Definitely I would get a better hotel in the money I have spent on this hotel. I will never reccomend this hotel to anyone.

“Choose if you wanna experience substandard ”
I choose this looking in to photos and brand name... I tell you why it wasn't a good choice 1. Locating the hotel: the map link on Agoda led to some different place, knowing Bengaluru well i had to keep roaming until I searched giving address on Google maps directly 2. No clear hotel sign board to locate. It is on the cross road and sign board in the main road would help 3. No proper parking facility.. had to park my car on the streets on my risk 4. Mentioned the preference for non smoking room while booking, room was full of smoking smell and the boy simply replied 'room freshner se ho jayega' 5. Bathroom taps were leaking, no one bothered to fix it 6. Bed sheets and spread looked age old with stains 7. No tea coffee sachets and toiletries 8. Food quality is pathetic, some food was spicy and the person was so unprofessional and said 'aap ne thoda bahut khaliya, usaka Paisa dhena padega'. 9. Small rooms, not so comfortable Ultimately, you have other good hotels for the same cost, more value for money...

“Good option when confused”
The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is also clean and good. However, small things like mat outside the bathroom ro wipe your feet was missing. The fan was very slow. Thankfully, when combined with the ac it worked okay. Overall, good for a quick stay

“Poor House Keeping”
We stayed for 4 nights and not a single day room and toilet was cleaned, Poor House keeping, Towels and soaps were not replaced for the full tenure of 4 Nights. Staff were good and rest other aspects were good.

“GOOD STAY!!!!”
Its a nice hotel but the locality is not that great. Really enjoyed the clean rooms. The food was a problem but they allowed us to use swiggy and zomato. Everything in the room worked very well and the staff were very polite. All in all a decent to good stay.

Hotel location is on traffic side. Actually some political gathering going on so traffic, metro work also going on so so on. Room is very tinny but its okey for solo traveller.

“Excellent ”
Except for the dust in the room which is quite common in the AC rooms I would rate this property very good and they have made alternatives for the parking issues which is highlighted in the previous reviews. Thanks a lot and it was a pleasant stay.

“Not given the room that we were supposed to get”
We paid for a much bigger room but we got smaller one where the Internet was not working the tv couldn’t be used plus the distance from tv n bed is so far bad planning and also chips of paint was falling of the wall lights were flickering and the staff dint change the room inspite of asking

Hospitality was too worst. Once I ask anything they said go and ask with Agoda , we r not responsible for anything. These ppl r too rude. I cm along with my family, they totally disappointed with there response and service. Really bad experience.

“Terrible experience ”
Bad customer service and room was not good. Not shown as in pictures . Not at all safe for families. Room occupancy is bad. Room appliances is also not working properly. Restroom is also not clean. Wont recommend this for any kind of stay. Wil never book from agoda

“Behaviour of the staff is not good ”

“No cleanliness ”
I have done room booking for two days. Eventhough I have reached the hotel at next day and the room was not cleaned. We had to wait for sometime to get the room ready. After that also the room was not cleaned properly. There were cigarette bits in the bathroom. I have planned the stay with my family and we had to leave immediately. Worst experience.
