“Romantic Space w/ great Location ”
Enjoyed the stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. The location couldn't be any better. Close to coffee shops, park, and public transit. Small cold breakfast with some very good quality, albeit small items. Several light options inside room. Creepy locked door inside bathroom. Good amount of space in rooms. Courtyard in center of hotel is charming. Would have liked some complimentary snacks in the hotel room.

“Great!!!”
I love this lovely accommodation. They have nice and friendly staffs. Beautiful and trendy decorations. The bed is very comfortable. The location is convenient, very close to metro. The only thing that bothered me was the step open function of trash can in bathroom didn’t work well. However, I still highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best hotels I've been to. Very clean, the rooms are big and cosy. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers that would arrive to Budapest.

“Hotel Collect”
The hotel has a great location, very central really easy to get to the main attractions and the metro. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There are lots of restaurants and cafes really close to the hotel, with a lovely little park and cafe literally right on the doorstep, great for a late afternoon drink in the sunshine after a day of sightseeing. The hotel staff were really helpful, with restaurant bookings and taxis. All in all a great place.

“ disappointment”
I was quite disappointed with this hotel because one night in this hotel is not very cheap. I expected more from this hotel... breakfast is outside the hotel, 15 minutes on foot, which I did not know, we did not receive any welcome drink, which should have been included, staff told me two time during my stay that I can not get it now, there was no a bottle of water, which was also to be included, the staff was often absent when we needed it. The hotel bar looks good but it was impossible to get some drink there because there was still no one behind... I visited much better hotels, cheaper and with better services....

“Magnificent Boutique Hotel!! ”
Wow! We absolutely loved everything about Hotel Collect and highly recommend this little boutique hotel. The location was perfect and an easy walk to everything in the city. The staff and service was always friendly, personable, and accommodating. Our room was unique and magnificent, (Room 14) and absolutely one of the most memorable stays we have ever had. “Great boutique hotel”
The hotel is perfect, really enjoyed our stay. The only thing they should notice probably is sound proofing, other than that everything is spot on.

“Nice stay in Budapest ”
This is a well decorated, designed boutique hotel, the owner/ designer has got class.. impressive on the design, every detail. Especially I enjoy the high celling, room is very comfortable and the scent... staff is nice. Especially the red hair lady, she’s so friendly. And how long I didn’t received a hand-write welcome card in room? And how long I didn’t has the staff to bring and introduce me the room? “Best boutique hotel so far in my europe stay”
I'm totally in love with the classy and chic design with a vintage touch! The reception is so friendly and they allow me to early check in since the room is ready. Location is good as well - 5 min walk from Astoria stop which has direct shuttle bus from airport. I'll definitely stay again if I'm back in Budapest.

“We loved our stay at Hotel Collect”
We booked pretty last minute and got an excellent deal which was made all the sweeter on arrival at the hotel. It's gorgeous, the decor has been done to a very high standard and the staff were the friendliest people we met in all of Budapest! From start to finish, everyone had a smile on their face and were genuinely happy to help us. Our room was tidied every day and towels/bedding changed if we needed it. It was amazingly quiet too, the only disturbance was a few hours of vibration/noise one morning from some building works from next door. The bed is so comfortable, we both slept great and felt refreshed every morning! Loved the waterfall shower! Only downside to the bathroom was the mild smell of drains but in a building this age, it's to be expected. As far as location goes, it's perfect. Right next to the bus stop to/from the airport. 10 mins to the Jewish Quarter. 10 mins to a bridge to cross the river and less then 30 mins bus ride to the Castle district. I could go on and on!

Nice little hotel with friendly staff, took a few stars off just because of two reasons. first of all, there was no daily complementary drinking bottled water like all the other hotels i stayed in before which was a bit strange. On the other hand right next to my room's door there was a housekeeping cabinet (where they keep all the towels, sheets..etc) for all the rooms so everyday from early morning i would hear them chat and open the cabinet several times as it was very annoying. and me wake up several times.

“직원은 매우 친절하지만 몇 가지 단점”
직원들이 굉장히 친절합니다. 객실 수가 적어서 그런지 손님들에게 최선을 다하는 느낌. 미리 요청하지 않았는데도 얼리 체크인이 가능했고, 오전에 캐리어를 맡겼는데 짐을 방에 먼저 갖다놔주었습니다. 생긴 지 얼마 되지 않았는지 모든 시설이 깨끗하고 새것 같았습니다. 방 안에 커피머신이 있어서 캡슐 커피를 마실 수 있습니다. 호텔 바에서 판매하는 와인 등 음료 가격도 합리적입니다. +단점) 호텔 건물이 일반 아파트먼트 건물과 똑같이 생겼고 간판도 크지 않아서 입구 찾는 데 시간이 걸렸습니다. 다른 호텔과 달리 물을 끓이는 전기포트가 없습니다. 제가 머물렀던 방은 1층 '코트야드뷰'였는데 창밖에 보이는 마당이 생각보다 작았고 하늘이 전혀 보이지 않아 답답했습니다.

“Un havre de paix et de chaleur.”
Un cocon parfait, tout est beau, chaleureux et c'est un vrai bonheur de rentrer à l'hôtel après des promenades hivernales à Budapest. Petit déjeuner somptueux. Une équipe de jeunes filles très aimables (ce qui change / à l'accueil en ville!!)

“Ungewöhnliches Design”
Wir waren zum 120 Jahre Harley Davidson Event drei Nächte im Collect Hotel und haben den Aufenthalt in dem kleinen aber feinen Hotel sehr genossen. Unsere Park View Suite war mehr als ausreichend groß, mit einem äußerst bequemen und großen Doppelbett ausgestattet. Zwei Nachtkästchen mit Laden, eine Nespresso Maschine mit Gratiskapseln, ein Wasserkocher und eine großen Flasche Mineralwasser täglich waren sehr angenehm. Kleiner Safe und eine kleine Minibar mit akzeptablen Preisen waren ebenfalls drin. Gute weitere Sitzmöbel und Tischchen plus geräumigem und innen beleuchteten Schrank komplettieren die gute und ansprechende Möblierung. Eine effektive selbst steuerbare Klimaanlage wurde trotz alter Fenster und warmen Aussentemperaturen mühelos fertig. Das Bad ebenfalls gross und gut ausgestattet. Beide Räume in ungewöhnlichem Design, wie auch auf der Homepage des Hotels gut ersichtlich. Ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet ist im Zimmerpreis inkludiert. Die jungen weiblichen Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage zum Zentrum und der Metro ist gut. Wir kommen (hoffentlich) wieder.

“Kurztrip Empfehlung”
Das Hotel ist sehr schön, es gibt allerdings keine Einrichtungen im üblichen Sinn, auch frühstücken muss man ausser Haus.

Stedet er SÅ hyggeligt & stilet. Deres indretning er virkelig gennemført. Beliggenheden er fantastisk. Jeg ville ha´ haft et værelse med balkon men det var desværre ikke ledigt.

“Perfecte locatie”
Mooi hotel, rustig gelegen in een zijstraatje in de oude binnenstad. Je bent in korte tijd in de joodse buurt, oude binnenstad en buda. Erg vriendelijk personeel die je graag adviseren voor bezienswaardigheden , restaurants etc.

יתרונות: אווירה ממש נעימה ורומנטית צוות מקסים ממש מיקום מחיר עיצוב מיוחד מיטה נהדרת חסרונות: למי שחשובה לו ארוחת בוקר - אין שם. אנחנו לא שמנו לב שהזמנו בלי אולי אפשרי עם ואוצ'ר אבל מה שהם מוכרים דיי יקר. חוץ מזה מלון נהדר.

“מלון בוטיק מומלץ ביותר”
מלון חדש ויפה! התארחנו בחדר דלקס, הוא מהמם, ממש כיף להיות בחדר, הכל יפה ובריח נעים. יש טלויזיה גדולה עם נטפליקס. יש מכונת קפה עם קפסולות, לנו דווקא היה חסר התה, אבל באחד הערבים פינקו אותנו עם תה מהבר. יש בלובי בר קטן ומקסים, האווירה במלון מאוד נעימה והמיקום שלו נוח ונגיש לכל מיני מקומות רגלית וגם במטרו. מומלץ!

“Krásny hotel v srdci Budapešti”
Hotel je nádherný a izby veľmi štýlové a útulné. Personál bol na jedničku. Určite sa tu veľmi radi vrátime. A nezabudnem spomenúť veľmi chutné a bohaté raňajky.

“Amazing small boutique hotel”
From arrival to departure could not fault this beautiful hotel and its staff it exceeded expectations. Stunning small city centre hotel, beautiful very comfortable rooms and very quiet . The staff were professional but personable and nothing was too much trouble wanting to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The complimentary breakfast in the morning in the reception area was always plentiful and a great start to our day. We would like to say thank you for making our 25th wedding anniversay trip that bit extra special by putting a surprise bottle of prosecco in our room. It was a really lovely touch. We would highly reccommed staying at this hotel when visiting budapest and will certainly stay here again when coming back to Budapest.

“Fantastic stay”
This is a fabulous hotel with amazing staff and service. The hotel itself is a beautiful boutique hotel of a very high calibre, very comfortable with comfortable beds and even a pillow menu!! The breakfast is awesome, location fabulous and the staff are so accommodating and friendly. A cheerful hi and bye and conversation whenever we come and go and always asking if we need anything - gr8 customer service in every way - wish I was staying longer
