“小さな部屋ですが、快適で素晴らしい場所です。”

場所は非常に便利で、部屋は小さいですが快適で、その価格に見合っています。私たちの部屋は上の階にあり、エレベーターがその階に到達しなかったので、階段を使わなければなりませんでしたが、大きな荷物を持っていなければそれほど不便ではありません。いくつかのレビューを読んで予約をためらいましたが、私たちの滞在中は怖くありませんでした。そこで予約をする場合は、どのステイケーションユニットに宿泊するのかをフロントで確認してください。階数や部屋番号だけに頼らず、その階に入ると、部屋に入るためのユニット番号（対応する名前付き）を見つける必要がありますので、そこのユニット名を尋ねるのがベストです。

香港でMTRやファーストフード店の近くにある良い宿泊場所は、場所を見つけやすいです。

“スーパーバジェットゲストハウス”

超低予算旅行、バックパッキング、ドミトリー生活にはおすすめです。快適さはおすすめしません。部屋は悪くなくて、まあまあです。場所は尖沙咀の中心部で、とても賑やかな雰囲気が好きです。エレベーターは狭く、いつも行列ができます。階段は全然清潔ではありません。なので、神経質でなければ問題ありません。体験する価値があります。私はいろんな旅行をたくさんしてきたので、フロントデスクの状況には驚きませんでした（電気が消えていて、カウンターの後ろで寝ていて、あまり温かみがありませんが、彼を責めることはできません。かわいそうな彼はとても疲れているに違いありません）。清掃スタッフは温かくて友好的です。期待値を設定しておいてください。全体的に、もし予算が非常に厳しい場合は、ここに再度予約するかもしれません。

宿泊施設は清潔でした。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。立地は交通機関やショッピングエリアに非常に近いです。唯一の欠点は、部屋に貴重品を置いておけないことです。すべてのトイレタリーが用意されており、Wi-Fiは高速かつ無料です。

とても快適な滞在でした。問題は全くありませんでした！部屋は清潔で、温かいシャワーがあり、扇風機とエアコンも完備されています。毎日掃除をしてくれて、タオルも交換してくれました。フロントのスタッフも優しかったです。ここには間違いなく再訪します！

“Bad facility, poor hospitality”

I know it is a budget hotel, but i would not recommend this one. bad 1. When I check in, the man at reception forced us to go to another accommodation, which i know is cheaper than this hotel. 2. Its hair dryer doesn't work and too dirty. 3. The look of Bathroom was broken. I was so scared. good 1. cheep 2. The lady (I think she's a clean staff) is so kind that she takes good care of us. she tried to persuade the man for us.

私の意見では、スーパーヴィジターハウスに予約するために使った金額を考えると、本当に手頃で良い場所です。私が予約した部屋は3人用で、少し自由に動けるようにしたのですが、4人用のファミリールームを提供されました。到着したときの部屋は非常に清潔で、汚れていて不快な匂いがするという噂は、私自身の経験から見ても本当ではありません。それは清潔で、温水と冷水のシャワーがあり、トイレのスペースも十分です。私は3人分を予約したので、快適に動き回り、他のベッドに全ての持ち物を置くことができました。立地のおかげでアクセスも簡単です。受付で私を出迎えてくれた人はとても親切で、気遣いがありました。トータルで見ると、予算が限られていて旅行のためにもっと節約したい方には、この場所は素晴らしい宿泊先だと言えます。値段も全く悪くありません。

場所はレストラン、ショッピングモール、食料品店、電車とバスの駅に非常に近いです。しかし、建物はとても古く、エレベーターと階段はどちらも古くて汚れています。入口は最初は不気味で混雑しているように見えますが、その後は慣れるでしょう。部屋は清潔ですが、スペースがあまりありません。荷物やバックパックを置く場所はありません。

私たちが予約した部屋はとても清潔で整理整頓されており、場所自体が駅の近くにあるため、通勤がとても楽です。スタッフもとても親切です。

私たちはとても快適に眠ることができました。部屋がとても清潔だったからです。受付のスタッフ（男性）もとても親切で話しやすかったです。私たちは4人でしたが、本来は一つの部屋に宿泊する予定でしたが、彼は別々の部屋を用意してくれました。外を歩いて回るのはとても疲れましたが、私たちはぐっすり眠ることができ、部屋でしっかりと休むことができました。私たちはチェックアウトの時間が午後10時であることを忘れてしまいましたが、彼は私たちが荷物をまとめ終えるまで準備する時間を与えてくれました。良いサービスを本当にありがとうございました。

料金は安いから仕方ないかもしれないが部屋にトイレ　シャワー　パジャマがないのは不便だった。

場所は多くのゲストハウスが集まるマンション17階。エレベーターが16階までしかないので、階段で1つ上がる。途中の道はまだ建設中のようですが、特に怖い雰囲気でもなく、問題なく入り口まで到着します。女同士２人旅でツインベッドの部屋でしたが、思ったよりも部屋は明るく、きれい。シャワーとトイレも清潔そのもです。アメニティは石鹸とボディソープとシャンプーのみ。アダプターがついているので、日本のプラグ使えます。1泊のみの滞在でしたが、翌々日に九龍周辺をうろうろするのに、荷物だけ預かってくれないかとお願いしたら、快諾してくれました！英語が通じるのでコミュニケーションも円滑。少し料金はゲストハウスにしては高いですが、オーナー夫婦の優しさに、その高さも別にいいかなと思わされます。

部屋は17階ですが、エレベーターは16階までしかありません。また、エレベーターも不便です。それ以外は、問題ありません

素泊まり用途であれば特に不自由はなし。雑居ビル(?)風の上層階に位置し、エレベーターが混雑した。 予約した部屋タイプはオーバーブッキングとの事で異なったが、管理人さんの人柄は良かった。

Pros: 1. near to tourist spots 2. towels changed daily 3. trash cleaned daily 3. free hot water, instant coffee, use of microwave & ref 4. hot shower ok 5. aircon slow to cool but e. fan is provided 6. allows luggage storage after check out 7. big window with curtains overlooking the street. very nice 8. money changers just at the ground floor 9. 24hr mcdonalds, jollibee & 7/11 nearby con: 1. no free drinking water 2. sheets and blankets not changed 3. elevators geta crowded in certain times of the day 4. requires service charge of 160 hkd upon checkin (it was in the voucher but I didn't notice before) 5. hawkers offering lodging at the lobby over all good experience. i can honestly recommend the place.

The Location is very accessibleible to all establishments and most especially to the Metro Train is a walking distance. Its along Nathan Road (one of the busiest roads) where major transportation is in front of the hotel. The facility is very simple and clean, the staffs are cleaning the room everyday and changing the linens even if you are out of the accommodation, just keep your belongings with you all the time although nothing to worry about. There is free unlimited hot water coffee all you have to do ia to bring sachets of your favorite coffee to all flavors to the black coffee they have provided. If you want only to sleep during your tour in Hong Kong this place is recommended. The City Pier is also a walking distance id you want to travel by ferry to the Central Hongkong via the famous Victoria Harbor.

The staff from 17th floor are all nice and welcoming, they are also accommodating and friendly but the receptionist from 12th floor not so good, the amount of the service charge is not match into the papers that Agoda sent to me so they need to charge the exact amount that they provided

We had a very pleasant stay its clean quite and staff is approchable and kind. Will definitely be back to this facility once we visit Hong Kong again

The staff were unfriendly and unapproachable. The room was far too small to be considered a family room, and the floors were not clean.

“Value for your money”

I recommend this for budget travelers/ solo backpackers. We went there as a group with 4 kids. The room was always clean. I just don’t know the foul smell outside of our room. There are also busted lights that need fixing. Overall, I still recommend this place because we saved a lot from this trip.

“Easily Accessible to pubic transport”

The Guest house location is at center of the city and easily accessible public transport. It is very comfortable stay and the Staff behavior is also supportive and friendly type and very helpful.

The receptionist was nice because he gave us a big room with windows on the 17th floor. The room was nice and it could fit 5 people, although we were only 4, with 4 luggages and backpacks. The towels were changed everyday and good thing is none were taken from our things. The elevator in Chungking only goes up to 16th flr so we had to take the stairs. It was well-lit and the only issue I have with it is the trash right outside the door. Overall, we had a nice stay since the location is accessible to all, the hot water and aircon was functioning, and it was affordable for a 3-night stay.

The location is super great! You can go anywhere. For the accommodation, Mr. Singh was a very helpful and professional manager. We had a few issues with our reservations. However, Mr. Singh was very reasonable and prepared another room for us. His hospitality and professionalism were very respectable. Just one thing though: you'll need 90 HKD in cash for the service charge. So, be prepared to get some cash from the exchange station downstairs. In Hong Kong, a cashless lifestyle is very common, even for tourists (thanks to the Octopus card)! Anyway, it’s a good stay for the price.

Hong Kong is expensive i suggest book more the more expensive the receptionist is weird he is nonchalant and the room given was in 17th floor you check in on the 12th floor the room smells so moldy!!! But the price is cheap don't expect too good service.

Location is good since it is at the center, near MRT and bus station. 24 hour convenience stores are nearby. The cons is the long cue in the elevator going up and down, it is terrible and the guy in-charge of the cueing is terrible. Rooms are clean but too small. There is also an onsite service charge of 60hkd/ room, which you maybe surprised of but since you are already there, no choice but has to pay.

Very small room. Under my bed were bags and dusty cartons. Restroom does not have toiletries. My other room does not have water to flush the bowl. The receptionist is on his phone most of the time calling with his phone on very loud volume. Rooms have undistinguishable smell. Overall, bad experience. Had to leave on the first day of booking and had to lie that we need to move to a different location due to meeting location. We were also asked to pay HK$300+ for service charge and was not offered or given a refund.

“Clean Room but Not Friendly Staff”

The Indian staff in the reception is not friendly and has flat affect no emotion at all. Also, the reception smells like onion. They change towels and blanket every day and the smell of the room is okay. Just the Indian staff is not friendly.

Room was hard to find, we were charged a service fee that wasnt written anywhere ,room stinks of the sewer , we were lucky the weather was cool outside otherwise we would have been cooked to death ,toilet is extremely cramped , you cant really do ynything
