This hotel truly ticks many boxes and comes very close to earning a five-star rating. First of all, the location is exceptional—just steps from the MTR station, which makes commuting incredibly convenient. It’s also within easy walking distance of several popular attractions and a wide range of eateries. During the day, there’s almost always a taxi waiting right at the doorstep, which adds to the ease of exploring the city. The staff are warm, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic. There’s usually someone stationed at the main entrance to open the door for you—a small but thoughtful gesture that immediately makes you feel welcomed and well looked after. The ambience and decor are stylish and vibrant, with a boutique, artistic flair. It feels modern yet cozy. I especially appreciated the small art pieces in the room, which added personality without being over the top. The rooftop area is another lovely feature—a place to chill, take in the cityscape, and even enjoy indie exhibitions. It would have made a perfect spot for a rooftop swimming pool, actually! In terms of room comfort and amenities, everything felt thoughtfully curated. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi were strong and reliable. Amenities were complete—special shoutout to the ultra-comfy slippers, the eco-friendly wooden toothbrush, and the convenient three-temperature water dispenser. The in-room coffee machine was also a great touch. The rooftop bar, Avoca, offers fantastic views along with a good selection of drinks and snacks. The vibe is casual and chic—perfect for unwinding in the evenings. That said, the service at the bar felt a little lackluster compared to the otherwise excellent hospitality throughout the hotel. The gym, while small, was impressively equipped. It had a solid mix of machines, free weights, and treadmills. “Excellent service”
Excellent location with excellent staff. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Excellent service from every single personnel. It was my birthday during my stay. I was surprise to see a lovely cake and card from the hotel when we came back during the evening. Thank you Sebastian Ah Chong for your kind gesture. Me and my husband enjoyed our stay at Mondrian Hotel Hong Kong. We will bring our kids back next time. It’s a pity the hotel does not have family room or connecting rooms.

“The shower drainage was slow though not clogged”
The skyline room had a nice view but the cleanliness of the hotel was just average given this is a fairly new hotel. The shower drainage was very slow though not clogged. The pillow was too flat. The lobby was also quite small and can have long queue. It was good value for money with the discount offer over 60% off, honestly, would not choose this hotel if it’s not with the special offer.

“I will come back to Hong Kong just for this hotel”
Everything is perfect during our stay at Mondrian. The hotel feels new and modern. Warm hospitallity from the staff. They provide water purifier in the room and I love the the mattrass so much, we had a good rest here. Location at central of Tsim Tsa Tsui, easy to go to Star Avenue and K11 Musea.

“Highly Recommended”
Welcomed by very accommodating staff. Room exceeded expectations- clean and comfortable. Location was perfect-accessible to everything. It was a short walking distance to the nearest train stations, malls, and tourist attractions.

“New hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui”
The hotel is new, and the check in area is small. The room is clean and new. We were given a corner room, and there was a draft coming in at night. Even though the air con was switched off it was cold when we stayed in early April. The wash basin has no hot water tap, so the water was cold to wash the face and hands. The location is good as it is near to many eating shops and to the MTR

“Best stay in HK”
They have the best and most comfortable bed linen I’ve ever slept in. Hotel is nicely designed with designer furnishings, it’s spotlessly clean and the cleaner ladies did a great job cleaning up the room. The staff are all polite and professional, from the ground crews carrying our luggage up to the room, the front desk staff and the cleaners. All will greet us whenever we passed by. The shower is of great pressure and the harbour view of our room is lovely. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

“Not bad but also not worth the money”
booked a room with a Harbor view (not partial) but turnt out that it wasn't fully Harbor view, many buildings blocked the sight as the room we got was a lil lower so other small buildings got in the way. We also waited for almost 2 hours for the luggage to arrive in the room (on weekedays, not exactly check-in time, a lot later) even though we called twice, I had to come down to pick them up myself. However, the staffs, location, and cleanliness were very GREAT tho

“Nice hotel with good customer service”
Location is great (near to TST and TST East mtr stations), room is clean and spacious. Good service from housekeeping team and front desk reception. Downside is there is no space to put your own toiletries in the shower.

“Valuable ”
Highly recommend this hotel who came to Hong Kong. There are many local food nearby and 7-11 just few step away. The hotel also near to mrt station therefor convenient to take mrt to anywhere.

“Wonderful stay, helpful staff”
We went on a friends trip to Hong Kong and had a wonderful stay at the Mondrian. The rooms are a good size, has everything you could need. Cleanliness was great and the location was very convenient whether for public transport, walking around or to grab some food and drinks in walking distance as well. I have to specifically mention the extra helpful staff who are always there to greet you, help you navigate, make reservations and any requests. A shout out to Ha ha, BJ and Sunny who were super polite and helpful. Highly recommend for a stay in the city.

“優れた宿泊施設の立地とスタッフのサービス”
10階に部屋を利用しました。 部屋のビューは特別ではありませんでしたが、朝食を食べに38階に行くと素晴らしい景色を見ることができたので、大きな問題ではありませんでした。 部屋は非常に清潔で、写真に比べてさらに高級感があり、便利な部屋でした。 フロントが遅くまで開いていて、遅いフライトで深夜を過ぎて到着したにもかかわらず、チェックインが可能で、先に到着していた同行者の荷物も預かってくれました（ありがとうございます！）。 出発日にはチェックアウトをし、荷物を預ける必要がありましたが、先に聞いてくれたおかげで、英語が苦手な私の心の負担を軽減してくれました。 カジュアルでモダンな外観に比べて、なぜ5つ星ホテルであるのかが分かる良い場所であり、もし再び香港に来ることがあれば、この宿泊施設を最初に思い出すことになると思います。
