Additionally, regarding your reservation, we received notification on December 18 that the check-out date was December 18, not December 19. Our team confirmed that the reservation was prepaid for 8 consecutive nights, and as such, we were unable to shorten the stay due to the terms of the booking. If you would like a more spacious room for your next visit, we recommend considering our Grand or Premier rooms.
