“清潔な客室”
KwunTongの駅から歩いて７分くらい。セントラルやTSTの駅から30分くらいと買い物などには遠いですが、室内はとても清潔で、快適に過ごせます。長期滞在のときは、いつもここを利用します。コロナ明けとしては初めての利用ですが、室内の絨毯が張り替えられたようで新品でした。シャワー設備は少し老朽化していますが、汚いというわけでもありません。

やや外れた場所にありますが、むしろローカルな文化を感じるには十分で、フェリーを利用すれば香港島にもアクセスできるため、立地は悪くないと思います。スタッフは非常に親切で、施設は清潔です。3泊4日間幸せに過ごすことができ、ホテルのスタッフの皆様にもう一度感謝いたします。

“従業員の態度にガッカリです。”
今回は私達（夫婦）の一年に一度の香港旅行（5年連続）でした。 香港国際空港よりホテルまでの往復の移動に関して確認しましたが、MTRの最寄駅・空港バス（A22)停よりも距離（徒歩で15分・・・荷物を持って）が有ります。 事前に地図を確認しなければ迷います～！ ホテルはシャトルバスを運営していますが時間帯が中途半端ですし団体客が使用すると断られました。（団体を優先） チェックイン時・その後の出入りでも従業員は冷たい感じです。（私の知る限り、香港の同等☆ホテルでは皆さん良く挨拶をして頂けます。）『通路を歩く時も、押しのけられて客が道を譲るの？』 一階のレストランで食事をしましたが料理長がフランス料理界の勲章を首から下げた写真が有りましたが、とても食べれたものではありません。（怒りしか無い）値段も高くて皿だけが大きく素材も古い！（私はレストランも長きにわたり経営していました。） 私は27年間（毎年10回以上）仕事の関係で香港を訪問してホテルに宿泊・食事をしますが、総合評価は最下位にランクします。

“いつも利用しています”
香港へ出張の際は、いつも利用しています。香港の中心部からは少し離れた場所ですが、地下鉄からは徒歩圏内で、飲食店や商業施設の新規開業も多く、便利です。タクシー利用の場合は、ホテル名を英語ではなく、広東語（通じにくい）か、漢字で見せる方がスムーズです。

部屋がきれい シャワーの出が良い ドアボーイの対応が良いビジネスで香港に泊まるときに何度か利用させていただいています。予約トラブルがない、エントランスのドアをドアボーイが開けてくれる、部屋が綺麗、など香港のホテルとしては優れていると思います。残念なのは、ロビーが狭く、団体客がソファーを占領していることが多く、ちょっとした待ち合わせでも座れないことです。

“綺麗なホテルです”
清潔さ、従業員の態度出張で利用しました。ホテルは最寄り駅から遠く、周りに飲食店が少ないので、けして便利の良いホテルではありません。 部屋は日本のビジネスホテル並みに狭いですが、清掃感があり快適に過ごせました。帰りの早朝タクシーの予約、ドアマンが常駐しているなど従業員サービスは行き届いていると思います。

デザイン 清潔さ 駅近一見、ラブホ？と思ったが、実際はデザイン性が高く清潔でとても快適なホテルだった。駅が近く中心部にもすぐ行けて良いが、不満が一つ。wifiはあるものの部屋では弱すぎてロビーでメールを拾った。次も利用したいと思うがそこだけは改善して欲しい。

清潔、デザインがいい、コストパフォーマンスは悪くない駅まではゆっくり行けば10分ほどかかりますが、Kwun Tong駅にはAPMやミレニアムシティなどのショッピングモールがあります。商業エリアとして発展しており、裏のManulifeにはおにぎりなどを昼間に販売している店舗も入っています。

新しくて快適。そこそこ広い部屋。郊外の工業エリアの中にあり、観光で利用するのには向いてないと思います。ただ街中の同クラスホテルに比べると広くて綺麗です。チムシャツイや最寄り駅までの無料シャトルバスがあります。

スタッフの対応が素晴らしい倉庫街の中ということで、やや不安に感じていたが地下鉄の駅まで歩いて7-8分（ホテルのスタッフは5分と言っていたが）で、駅の周りにはコンビニや食べる場所もありさほど不便さは感じない。スタッフは皆非常に親切で、部屋も広くはないが高層階で眺めも良かった。Wifiもフリーで、朝食も品数も適当で満足な滞在だった。

比較的新しく、清潔タクシーで行くなら問題有りませんが、MTRの駅からは少し歩く必要が有り、場所も工業地帯の中で少しわかりにくいです。 スタッフの対応、部屋の清潔さは全く問題ありません。 部屋はコンパクトで、必要十分だと思います。バスタブは有りません。 出張等であれば、問題無いと思いますが、ロケーションがあまり良くないので、観光では使い勝手は良くないと思います。 その割に比較的金額は高いので、仕事で近くに滞在する方以外にはお勧めしにくいかも。

“ロケーションはよくないが、安く泊まれるところ”
部屋は清潔でした工業地区の中にあるホテル。徒歩2分内ではコンビニがありません。工業地区ではかなり空きがあり、情報によると現在バンドなどのレンタルスタジオに変身しているところが多い。さすが元工場であって防音施設が整っています。町中ではキターを背負っている若者が多くみられる。駅と隣接しているショッピングセンターでとりあえず食べるには困ることがありません。 プライベートでは利用することがないと思います。

“Professional staffs, well maintained facilities ”
The hotel is well maintained, the staffs are professional and friendly. We like that they installed dehumidifier and air purifier in each rooms. Also, they have water coolers installed at each floors, so that we can fill up our bottles before we head out for meetings. The only drawback is that you have to walk 650m to the Kwun Tong subway station. However, it could be a good exercise to start your day.

As i have business to attend to in Kwun Tong thats why i chose this hotel. It has many restaurants and cafes nearby. Furniture is dated. Probably needs an upgrade. Room is small but HK hotels generally has small rooms.

staffs are helpful. The best choice to go to the airport is by taxi or call Uber. BTW it is close to the Kwun Tong MTR.

“静中帯旺”
全体的に見て、ホテルは観塘の中心に位置していますが、ホテル内は静かで、賑やかな街に影響されることはなく、心地良い雰囲気があります。家族連れ、カップル、ビジネスパーソンに適しています。 ホテルの近くには多国籍料理のレストランが豊富にあり、訪れる人々を魅了しますし、価格も非常にリーズナブルです。 ホテル内のフロントやハウスキーピングのスタッフは非常にプロフェッショナルで、礼儀正しく親切で、称賛に値します。 私は年末または来年の初春に再びホテルに宿泊し、「帰宅する」感覚を再体験するつもりです！
