“Beautiful cliffside hotel with the best views of Santorini”
Had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel during my time at Santorini and was absolutely taken away by the amazing view and location of the hotel. Great service in general, though I was a little disappointed that for the price I paid, they did not provide free transfers from the airport.

“Please avoid this hotel. ”
Proactively sent 3 emails to their email address. Got one reply informing us about they are able to arrange floating breakfast and that's it. Did not tell us about where to park and did not provide us with information on how to handle luggage. Had to bring down luggage by myself down ~ 100 steps (46kg in total). The room we booked has no AC (I was sweaty af after the suitcase incident) and they kindly upgraded us to their best room infinity suite, which we greatly appreciate. However the infinity is very poorly maintained, the pool water was infested with a lot of dead flies and the water was turbid. The pool water of other rooms apparently do not have this problem. The insect problem was so severe that after they attempted to clean it twice it was still a constant problem. Also the tissue papers and towels were not placed in where they're supposed to be. Slippers were not provided until they are prompted. TVs were not plugged in. Door handles of the inner pool were rusted and spiky. Despite repeated reminders, floating breakfast was not arranged eventually (although we did not mind that afterward learning the pool was so dirty). The poor experience was mainly caused by poor communication and the poorly maintained room. The staff hospitality is great and the breakfast is not bad. Could've been a great hotel if they pay more attention to all the details inside the hotel.

“On paie surtout pour la vue”
L’hôtel a une superbe vue, mais devoir réserver (la veille) son créneau pour aller petit-déjeuner en fonction des places restantes je trouve ça limite… Le premier jour nous sommes arrivés à 23h30 et il ne restait plus que de la place à 8h15 précises!

Le lieu est idyllique, la piscine, la chambre (124) avec terrasse, sans vis à vis, double douche, le personnel très agréable, professionnel. Le petit-déjeuner copieux et très bon.

Nous avons séjourné trois jours dans une villa ce fut magnifique toutes mes demandes concernant l’anniversaire de ma compagne ont été effectués avec une efficacité du personnel extraordinaire juste petit problème qui ne concerne que moi pas de salle sport lol

“差评，货不对版”
超级差评，订的时候是有图片的，图片上面有私人泳池，到那入住的时候前台说那只是照片而已，房间超级小，性价比超低，退房的时候还收了个夜晚税，我也不知道为什么要收，不推荐

stayed at a suite with a private pool and it was the most relaxing holiday I have had. the staff were very helpful with all our requests . Just a walking distance from Fire downtown . We will definately be back . Thank you for making our vacation an unforgetable one.

“Santorini Stay in excellent. ”
Fabulous hotel. Roma with spectacular views. Excellent customer service and hotel staff. 200 stairs to room but staff carry luggage. But for those who have a challenge with stairs, this might not be for you.

“Great location”
Great location and lovely staff. We stayed in a Cave Pool Suite for our wedding at Dana’s, the room is very small but clean and had everything we needed

“Great view. That’s about it ”
Pro - the view from the property is great Cons- average room quality, average customer service, pool is not very clean, can see a lot of dirt in the water. Over priced for what you get.
