“第1ターミナルからは近い。”
ホテルがあるのは高速鉄道の真上。まだ出来てからそれ程経っていない新しいホテルです。ルフトハンザ、ANAなど第1ターミナルに到着する便であればアクセス簡単。値段はそれなりに高価。部屋はそれ程広くはないが、清潔で必要充分。フロントから約100ｍ、駅の上にはコンビニがあるのでちょっとした買い物は出来ます。ただ、JALなど第2ターミナル発着便を使う場合、移動に20分以上掛かります。

“同じ価格ならヒルトンよりシェラトンの方が無難です。”
お値段が高い割にあまり良い所がないように思う。何度も泊まっているが、部屋の広さが思ったより狭く感じられる。隣にHilton Garden Innがあるが、あまり変わらないのではないかとおもう。殺風景なホテルだと思います。 ホテルについてなんで５０文字以上も書かないといけないのか疑問..........................................

“非常に静かな５つ星ホテル”
空港直結、駅の真上、静か空港から歩行者通路で直結。長距離鉄道の空港駅と一体となった特徴的なデザインの複合ビル「the Squair」の中に位置するユニークな立地。この日は滞在客が少なかったのか、とても静かでした。駅の真上にも関わらず、まったくそれを感じさせないくらい静かで落ち着けるホテルです。

大変リーズナブルな値段で大変満足でした。空港から歩いてすぐ。早朝のトランジットや深夜の到着に利用するのに大変便利。部屋も広く大変きれいでした。

“狭いけど清潔”
空港と電車の駅から近いロケーション値段の割りに部屋が手狭（アメリカのホテルと比べて）でしたが、非常に清潔な部屋とロビー、落ち着いた雰囲気のある静かなホテルでした。各部屋リノベーション直後なのか非常に新しくモダンな感じが見受けられました。部屋に備え付けのアメニティもしっかりしていましたが、シャワーの水圧が弱かったのが気になりました。ホテル内での飲食はしませんでしたが、ホテルの下の駅や空港の構内にあるパン屋さんのパンがものすごくおいしいです。ドイツ各地を結ぶICEの駅に隣接しているので空港に遅く到着、もしくは翌日早朝フランクフルト出発の方には最適なロケーションだと思います。

“Convenient high-end airport hotel”
The Hilton FRA is located above the long-distance high-speed train station at FRA airport and is very convenient to spend the night either after a long plane trip arriving late or before one departing early. Rooms are comfortable and clean, with spacious bathrooms. Convenient access to various stores and eateries in the train station.

Our stay was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel's prime location near the airport was incredibly convenient. The cleanliness of the property and the facilities provided were top-notch. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

“Health Midas”
Hotel should remove the bath tub if there is no space. It’s impossible to keep the bathroom floor dry because water from the shower will soak the whole floor.

“Hilton Hotel in Airport ”
Stayed For 24hrs stay at Frankfurt Airport. It’s close to International airport, 10mins by taxi from domestic. A bit of a walk to intercity train lines. Could be confusing if first time experience. Overall good experience from stay, service and facilities perspective.

“Fine for overnight layover”
Used this hotel for an overnight layover. It's not easy to find from the terminal - poor signage and instructions on the website are unclear. Room was comfortable, breakfast was good, check-in was quick.

“Terrible experience poor staff”
Not worth the price, lack of customer service, long queues on arrival, rude young front desk staff, no phones answered. Hotel Manager call to d hack at 1:30am woke us up from message left at check-in 11pm. No clear signage of hotel in main train station even security staff had no idea where it was. Marriott has two hotels closer location to Intl. Airport. Based on experience & location much better to stay at Marriott or Sheraton Frankfurt Airport.

“Will not comeback.”
Location is near by the airport, you could access without crossing the street 9/10 Check-in process were very slow, we arrived from a 13 hours flight from Singapore and greeted only 1 trainee staff on the reception desk after waiting for 2 people checked-in. Hotel were big and has lot of spaces with a seeming under-staff condition.

Enjoyed my stay (short) at the Hilton Frankfurt Airport Hotel. Facilities were nice and staff were nice and helpful, especially at breakfast ... Easy to get to and from downtown with the Metro.

“Worst Hilton Hotel ”
We made the mistake of trying a new hotel at the Frankfurt Airport, when we checked in we were greeted by a gentleman who gave us the impression we were inconveniencing him, we weren't told about any of the features of the hotel, even though we booked an executive room. During our stay there was no hot water for two days, each day we went down to enquire as to when this would be fixed we go the simple answer that they are working on it, without so much as any indication of WHEN it would be fixed, in the middle of winter it's nice to take a hot shower rather than ice cold. Breakfast is served in their restaurant, 50% of the time we had to explain that our stay included the cost of breakfast, then they would look over two different lists just for them to then acknowledge that yes our breakfast was in fact included, then when we checked out we were told that we were being charged for breakfast on our las day, again we explained that breakfast was included, the girl at the deck again checked and acknowledged that our breakfast was in fact included and that she would delete this from our bill, however 2 days after arriving home I get a text notice from my credit card company that they in fact did not delete the charge for breakfast, we contacted the hotel, they said that they would look into it, however 3 days later still no feedback from this hotel, we will definitely NOT be staying at this hotel on our next trip, it is way over priced for what you get with just a basic room. I can understand why people stay there for just one night to catch their early morning flights the next day.

“Great location”
We were delightfully surprised at the quality of this experience. The bedding was fantastic. We enjoyed the club facilities. The breakfast was very good quality and very easy to do quickly. We would highly recommend this hotel for ease of transfer from trains to flights.

“Great location walking distance from Terminal 1”
Great location, nice room and good shower. They don't give you bottled water and force you to purchase from minibar which I find ridiculous for $300/night.

“Perfect airport hotel.”
An airport hotel with not only easy access to terminals at FRA but the train stain for site seeing away from the airport. Way over-priced but clean and well maintained property. We'll be back.

Conveniently located but at a price. No included items such as drinks and water. Air conditioner didn’t perform as it should have (too warm). The bed was comfortable and staff were friendly.

It was not as expected of a Hilton. looks 5 Star but it does not feel 5 star, its quite a deserted hotel with only 1 front desk admin manning the desk. Welcome was cold. No frills and not what a typical hilton should be

“Perfect for stop over stay”
We had a connecting flight the next day so needed a place to stay near the airport as our flight was out early in the morning. Hotel connects to airport so it’s about a 15min walk from room to check in at terminal 1. We only used the room to sleep so was perfect for us, clean and good bed for a refreshing sleep.

A great hotel for frankfurt airport. Everything you would expect from a Hilton and right within the terminal connecting to flights or train. Also some restaurants near by that were also good.

“Cold and distant ”
We booked the hotel based on it being highest rated among the airport hotels within the vicinity. We had trouble finding the skyway link bridge and had to lugged 4 luggages to find it. Hilton is located at the end of skywalk at an obscure corner/ turn. If you would prefer a hotel nearer to T1, go for Sheraton and Marriott instead. They are located at the beginning of the link bridge. If not make sure you get a trolley push cart. Male staff who checked us in on 11 jan was cold and distant . We had better experience with the female staff and another male staff who were both friendly and trying very much to be helpful. With a hotel of this status I would expect a Conceirge service but no. Don’t expect much service. The poor staff had to handle check ins/ check outs; receptionist; Conceirge ; luggages service etc all in. There were queues for check ins every time we passed the counter. They were extremely busy to be able to care about the hotel guests. So not entirely the fault with the staff but rather something lacking with hotel management. No bedroom slippers had to ask for it.

“Excellent location”

“A great place to start your German trip”
The location is perfect no matter what you are looking for, transferring at the airport or doing sightseeing in Frankfurt city. It took us 10 mins from the airport to the city centre by train. The room is spacious and clean. The staffs are helpful and friendly. We stayed here twice on our recent trip, on arrival and about to depart. I bet you will like the hotel.

“Perfect location, but expressive extra service ”
It's good location for over night stay, if your connection flight is on the next day. However, you still need pass immigration. Many good restaurants and supermarket also around . However, we booked just a normal room and the charge for WiFi is 10€ per day and there is no free drinking water, only if you part of Hilton honors member.
