“Elevator”
The elevator was out of order! It looked like it wasn't used in a long time. The staircase is narrow and steep, I was on the 5th floor with two huge suitcases. It you fix the elevator, the hotel is good. Complicates check-in, you get a code sent to your email 2 hours before your check in time, no reception.

“Great value with caveats”
Stayed one night early July 2024 - Very clean, decent mattresses, but the lift does not work, it is a loud area in the evening, and there is no reception - so may not work for some people. The staff at the sister hotel nearby were however quite helpful.

“By far worst hotel and customer service ever!!”
I booked 3 rooms for my family and I, in hotel kraemer, we arrived in the hotel at late arrival coming from strassbourg france , may 19, 2024 . Our hotel rooms are paid from may 18-20,2024, only to find out the hotels elevator was broken. We have huge suitcases for 6 adults, and theres no way we can drag all the way to 5th floor all the luggage we have. It was very traumatic being left unattended at 3am in the morning. So we called the number displayed at the entrance door, but to no avail the guy was over the top rude. He Was even mad that we phoned him . We called again , this time my German family (retired chief of police in Germany) and was abruptly hang up and screaming at him and told him not to call again. Then we call the 24hrs service for elevator what's displayed there, and Told us, yes we can come but are you willing to pay? I said, I am a guest here and i dont own the hotel, was advice they can come anytime but we as a guest have to pay to fix the elevator. What hotel in the world would ask their hotel guests to pay the broken elevator of their property?? As we checked the rooms provided via email, the rooms has nasty strong smell!' It was bad. So, we went to the address of the sister hotel wc was few meters only from hotel kramer where we checked in , but was chased away in a hostile manner! We all witnessed it. I am disputing the service was beyond not acceptable of hotel kraemer. I have videos of the elevator was broken and that some guests told us on videos that it wasn't working since this morning. Mind you we got in the hotel at 3am may 19.2024, we were stuck sleeping in our car rental at 3am!! No help and bad treated!!! DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEl, you will be sorry!!!! This hotel should be shut down! Will be filing a legal suit on this.

“Centre Hotel of Frankfurt, self check-in”
The hotel is centrally located, in close proximity to Römerberg and Hauptwache Station. The room is clean and comfortable. There are hair dryer, soap, shampoo, shower towels in the bathroom. The room is perfect for our stay. Apart from that, there is one major downside of staying 3 nights in the room 44. Wifi connection didn’t work at all. No signal of wifi appeared. The hotel staff had been notified of this matter, and the help was too far to arrive- no reception, we communicated via Chat & Email. We tried to connect it with our devices; 1 MacBook, 1 iPad, and 2 iPhones. It was unsuccessful. But when we were in corridors, or in the empty common area, the wifi worked so well with our devices. At this point, I assume the wifi didn’t work just only in room 44.

“Substandard hotel in prine location”
This hotel is just terrible. No light in the elevator you are going up with luggages in a totally dark metal box. There is no staff in the hotel, if anything happens. In the room, no refrigerator or coffeemaker, standard in all hotels. No outlet on the wall where they put the table serving for a desk, and no outlets on the two adjacent walls either. The most surprising piece of furniture was the single char, discreetly put against the wall. It had 3 legs! The forth was broken put in the cabinet. There is no reception but they suggest to walk over to their partner Hotel Mianmar, if anything. I did but the receptionist there was totally unresponsive, suggested to write a complain to Adoga. The location is perfect, it is húga waste running such a substandard business in that prime location.

“For one night is close to perfection ”
I had a problem checking in - I was informed CI at 2pm but I was able to check in at past 3. It’s a self check in and the check in machine is useless. Wait for the email to get access. To your room. With my recent knee injury they did not Inform me that elevator is not working and I need to get in the 4th floor by stairs with injury. No water kettle in the room to have hot coffee in a cold weather. But then again location is perfect for me. Close to everything

“Terrible”
We are travellers and its our first time to walk away from a booked hotel. Check in computer is not friendly, no reception, room filthy with smoke ashes, sticky floors, hairs and dirt all over room. we were told to contact sister hotel however staff very unhelpful and basically said “nothing we can do about it”

“Never again”
No reception in the hotel. No one to attend you. You get A PASSWORD BEFORE 3 PM. ALL AUTO OPEARATION. I WAS 3 HRS EARLY. I WALKED TO A HOTEL CALLED MIRAMAR. Good lovely hotel. Checked in at 11 .15 am. Same price 50 euros. Good hotel with 24 hr reception 16

“Bad Service ”
I request by email a blanket and No response . The Room very very cold No stuff to help or even to check your emails .. Even I complained to the sister hotel near to this Hotel, to solve the issue ...but no response ...I don't recomend this hotel to any Passenger

“Location, location, location”
Very basic accommodation in a fantastic location. Unusual check-in process. There is no front desk; you receive an email with instructions for accessing digital door locks. This was unexpected, but the locks worked fine throughout my stay.

“no hot water for shower”
There was no hot water in the bathroom. Impossible to take a shower in summer. Really bad experience

Location is right in the City Center, be aware that it can get loud during the night due to nightclubs. The Hotel is unmanned and you will get a Code to get in. Agoda says that Check in is at 2 pm, but it is at 3 pm, dont expect to get in earlier. Room was quite spacious.

“Great Location”
The room was a little dated but clean and to me thats the main thing..bathroom and bed linen was clean , the room wasn't big The main problem was there was no air conditioner, it was quite hot when we stayed there , the other thing was the curtains , although were block-out they did not cover the window well and we had to tape the ends to the wall to stop the sun from coming in and only had a small fan in the room. The continental breakfast is great , It is in the best location, very close to Romer square, the river and with many shops and restaurants all within walking distance, Hauptwachehe station is also an easy walk away.

“Great location”
The location is in the city center, within walking distance to many attractions. We took the train in from the airport and after soon fumbling around learning how to get train tickets, it was a quick and easy trip to the hotel.

“Mixed results”
This hotel has an excellent location on a pedestrian only street with lots to see close by. The rooms are clean but small. The circular stairs are not easy to use and the elevator only has room for 1 person with their luggage at a time. My biggest complaint is that my room #10 had 5-6 mosquitoes in it each morning. They had fed well. This may only be a problem for the first floor. Also pidgins roosted outside my window each evening and made noise. also probably a first floor problem.

“Great location, but very noisy and no AC”
The hotel is very centrally located, but my room didn't have AC, so I had to leave the windows open, but it was so noisy and the windows didn't really help cool anything down. Would not stay here again unless it was in the winter.

“Conveniently Located Hotel Near Shopping and Square”
This is a wonderfully located hotel. My wife and I were passing through and wanted to see the old town square easily, and this is a perfect location. Essentially walk across the street. There are also many shops for food and shopping very close by. I would recommend the hotel. The one item to note is that it does get warm, and, while they do provide fans, it still can be a bit stuffy. Very friendly staff and easily accessible. I would book again.

“Great location; clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff”
I really enjoy my stay at this hotel, it was perfect for my family and me. The location is superb, the breakfast is delicious and also, you can have coffee and cake for free in the afternoon. The only problem is during the night the street is noisy

“Great Location”
Great location. A little noisy at night but it was a holiday weekend. Good breakfast. Coffee and cake in the afternoon. Room a little on the small side but clean and adequate. Shower difficult for seniors to get in and out of.

“Not very customer friendly”
I had booked the room for my wife with my creditcard, but in the confirmation I saw that only the person that booked with the relevant creditcard would be allowed to check in. So I canceled because I would not be with her. Then I noticed that it was not a free cancellation. I called immediately and asked the hotel to change the name into my wife's name instead of my own name. This all happened within 5 minutes after my booking. What happened: they would be willing to do that after I would accept an additional penalty payment!!

Stayed one night on 1 Dec 2017. Room was small but then again, you get what you pay for! I liked this hotel because it is at the heart of Frankfurt X'mas market. The hotel staff are super helpful. Nice no-frills hotel. Would I stay in this hotel again ... yeah!

“The location was great and the most amazing staff. ”
My only problem is I paid close to 100€ a night, and got a walk in rate at Le Méridien for 130€ which is a much nicer hotel.

“Weekend in Frankfurt”
There were real pros and cons about this hotel. The pros were - arriving late from a delayed plane, 1.30 am and no problems at all re entry. The room was clean as was the ensuite shower room. The breakfast is great, very varied, something for everyone and in a lovely bright room with a massive window. The free wifi connection was excellent. The downside was, for us, no air con. It was a very hot weekend. Ended up having to leave the windows wide open. Friday and Saturday nights were very, very noisy outside, even when we ended up shutting the windows. I would not return here in hot weather and I would not get a room facing out to the pedestrian precinct.

“Value for Money, Spacious Hotel-Apartment, Good Location”
We stayed in Frankfurt for only 1 night and did not have any high expectation of our place of stay nor to tour the city. Hotel Neue Kraeme Am Roemer gave us a huge, comfortable apartment (3 adults & 1 toddler) - we enjoyed the space that allowed our toddler to roam around safely. What we loved most was the location of the hotel, conveniently located in between the old frankfurt and the modern shopping paradise. For a short 1.5 days, we managed to enjoy a city bus tour (boarding point was across the road) and did plenty of shopping & eating! Highly recommend this hotel...it's value for money

“Good and convenient place for travel in Frankfurt. There are not air-condition in our room.”
Fantatic and conformable place for our trip. It stay in the central of Frankfurt and near the Main river. There are many beautiful and attractive landscape in the both of Main riverside. You can get a lot of nice pictures at Eiserner steg. The bridge is the symbol of love in Frankfurt. Hotel is near train station which is convenient for transfer from/to Airport or go around in Frankfurt or other area.

“Excellent location and value”
Staff were friendly and helpful. We had booked a standard room but were upgraded to an apartment. The apartment was clean and tidy and had all facilities we needed. Overall good value for money.

“Great hotel in Frankfurt's city center”
We stayed here for 3 nights with our 2 teenage daughters. The staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We got last minute concert tickets the night we arrived and the manager was extremely helpful with printing tickets and public transit directions. Location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. No a/c but it wasn't that hot during our stay and a fan was provided. Breakfast provided was excellent. Rooms were quiet on the back side and a little noisy on the street side. We had one room on each side. Our only complaint was that our shower head had very little water flow and needed replacing but the maintenance guy wasn't available on the weekend. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and would stay here again!

“LOCATION”
Location, location, locationLike the title this hotel is located in a great location. Close to subway station, Kleinmarkthalle, shopping area on Zeil and Paulskirche. The hotel has clean toilet and comfortable beds. Don't expect luxury, just a place to sleep. The street outside is a busy pedestrian only street. So there are many tables set outside for people to sit and eat. There were few homeless at night when all the business close but they did not bother us during our stay.

“Friendly & helpful staff”
helpfulness of staff, location, free wifiOverall is above average. The staff is very helpful, friendly and patience. Unfortunately the taxi for pick to airport was late for 25 minutes (luckily we manage to catch our flight)
