“good value ”

good place, clean and close to Gare de Lyon. Overall friendly staff except at arrival on Monday Nov 18th around 12:pm. Rude attitude from the receptionist. Contacts with reception staff afterwards (ther members) was much better

“Paris and Disney Trip”

Close to Gare de Lyon and therefore very suitable for a day trip to Disney within our Paris stay. Clean comfortable room, had kettle for making tea/coffee. Clean bathroom with supplies and fresh towels. Also not far to walk to the Seine for a trip on a boat from Pont Neuf, , Notre Dame area easy to walk to and also other areas of Paris.

Great place if you're not spending much time in your hotel room. The location is perfect and very near the train station and near many eateries. Hotel itself is pleasant, clean and covers your basic needs.

I was amazed by the kindness of the 2 staff, Momo and Marie.. They were so friendly. However, Mohamad, was so arrogant and unfriendly. So arrogant and he gave me 5 mind to clear the room by 12pm. They don't entertain late checkout at all. This is frustrating.

“The worst experience....stay in EUROPE”

It's not what it's deemed to be. Had to make glances from the door to the receptionist's desk more than twice to realize I was in the hotel. I thought it was a travel agency or some sort. The staff are ridiculous, they don't even provide the basic essential needs like slippers and even lied to my face that no hotels in France offer slippers. Also, the pictures don't do justice. The rooms are teeny-tiny, and the poor maintenance has had a toll on the rooms and the facilities. The room we got on the 3rd floor is rotting away...literally as the floor was black and DIRTY, unvaccumed, and had dirty black walls. Also, had to leave to the airport with wet hair since there was no blowdryer. The shower curtain was moldy with the space being minimal to -1 person, meaning it was too tiny to stand comfortably without feeling safe. The shower head was spinning the other direction as well, it was an awful experience. Shame. Don't you call yourselves 3 star, because you are a -1

PRO: Hotel was within walking distance to Gare de Lyon. CONS: Rooms were extremely small with barely enough room to walk from the entrance of the room to the bathroom. Bathrooms were also extremely small with barely enough room for 1 person to move around. I would only recommend this hotel if you must stay close to Gare de Lyon.

okay place if you need to travel using Gare de Lyon Train Station. Area near Bastiles is more cleaner but as always in Europe, neighorhood near the train station is a bit scary with homeless people.

“Excellent Location”

The location is superb and is close to the main Gare de Lyon station as well as couple of metro stations. Close to Bastille and Notre Dame as well, 10 mins walk. The room was small but comfortable. The staff during the evening and night shifts were very good, but the early morning staff especially the reception manager was rude and obnoxious.

It's near the train station as you can drag your luggage from train station to hotel , about 5 to 10 mins walk. We were given a basement room which is rather stuffy with no aircon, but for a one night budget stay, it's okay. The staff is helpful and friendly too.

Miserable due to heatwave and Paris, small room, no fan, no Aircon. Sweating all night, no sleep, windows could only be partially opened due to ground floor.

We enjoyed our stay at Timhotel. We would recommend and would stay again. Rooms are small and basic but you have everything you need and the location is great if you are traveling on the TGV.

the hotel is located very close to the Gar de Lyon train station, around 5-7 mins walking distance. Surrounding areas has good restaurants. Breakfast is standard like other European hotels. Overall, a very good hotel with great staff and excellent value for the money and location given the very high hotel prices in Paris. Would definitely recommend it to others.

We had booked a room for one night due to uncertainty in our travel plans. We arrived by midnight and we had informed them earlier. The night staff was very courteous and ensured a pleasant check in.He also said if we are planning to extend our stay , there was only one room available and he would make a note for the morning staff about it and also discussed the room rates. We were quite satisfied with clean and cosy room. It was quite small but we didnt mind. The bathroom was clean and small. We had a good night sleep and the next morning we decided to extend the room for 2 more nights. We spoke to the the morning staff and he quite blandly told us he didnt have any double rooms available.Even after explaining our discussion with previous staff, he refused to hear any explanation or check with the previous staff. He was quite rude too. We immediately checked out and left. Quite horrible experience with the staff, otherwise the stay was ok. I would not go there again for sure.

Enjoyed my stay here with my family. The room and hotel is clean in general, just a little small but I guess it's the same everywhere in Paris. Room was just next to the lift and I could practically hear conversation in the lift. Would be good if there is a fridge.

The location is very convenient and although it is a bit small, it is fairly clean and the bed is soft. No problems with WiFi or service.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the station, ideal if like me you arrive late in the evening. The area felt safe. The man at the reception was pleasant. It is a basic, budget hotel and it was adequate for my needs. I was comfortable in the single room and the bathroom was adequate though I am not sure the frosted glass window is sufficient to stop people choking on their suahi over the road. I did not stop for breakfast at the hotel as I left too early, so cannot comment. Around the corner from the hotel there are restaurants, cafe's and bars.

Hotel is not so easily located from the Gare de Lyon station, have to walk around carefully to spot it. Friendly staff who offers great tips on how to travel around. Besides the Gare de lyon train station, there are 2 metro lines nearby the hotel

“Comfort and great location”

We arrived Paris and went to this hotel by taxi. We discovered that this hotel locates near Gare Lyon, one of the main railway station in Paris. It's easy to travel to anywhere else in Paris using public transpotation (14 subway lines). If you would like to go to another country using TGV, go to Gare du Nord. It's main railway gateway to explore Europe.

“Exactly.... "Great location but small rooms"”

We stayed in a triple-room 3-on the ground floor, which was a double room with a bed added. It was hot and cramped with no fan or aircon.We slept with the windows open so noisy from street traffic and restaurant opposite. The fab thing about this hotel is the location and the price. It is 5min from the Gare de Lyon and was £50/night for a triple. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. I would stay here again for location and price.

Very small, poor housekeeping standards - I would not stay there again either with family or on my own. Pleasent staff - terrible Hotel. Did not even have fridge in room, though the staff did let us use the one in the Hotels kitchen area. Wifi did not work in room, had to sit in Lobby.

老實說，房間設備真的有點陳舊，有電梯，沒有冷氣（有風扇提供），空間狹小（但巴黎就是這樣，理解）。 職員自前台到房間清潔員工的態度都非常好，酒店地理位置優越（距離TGV車站GARE DE LYON）只有350米步程，四周食肆林立。家樂福超市也很近，推薦。

房間太舊，衛生環境一般，附近治安環境差，黄皮膚的人好容易成為目標。不建議下塌。

위치가 참 좋았음. 다음날 스위스로 넘어가기 위한 기차를 타기위해 최대한 가까이에 묵으려고 옮긴 숙소여서 기대 없이갔는데 가격만큼 기능을 하는 숙소였다. 숙소 시설물에 기대하지 않고 새벽열차를 타야함이 더 중요한 사람이라면 묵어도 싫은 소리는 안나올것임
