“Hotel's staff not tell truth”
We reserved hotel the Prince Albert Lyon Bercy for three nights for 2 adults and 2 kids but we have lots of problem with hotel’s staff. First, we booked a room with 2 beds and fully paid. When we wanted to checked in the guy told me we don’t have any room with 2 beds but they advertised as 2 beds room and our reservation was room with 2 beds!! and gave us 2 separates room and was so tribble and we paid tax for additional room!! In addition, the guy told us we have breakfast on our reservation but on check out they told us you have to pay for breakfast separately!! Hotel was clean and the location not bad but DON’T TRUST THE STAFF!

“Ok, but very rude crew”
The hotel is ok for the price and it’s clean. It seems to have been renovated recently. But the crew is very unhelpful and unrespectful. Checkin is at 14hs and we arrived on time, but the lady at the counter aggressively told us that we had to wait 2 hours for our room. Also, although she had a badge that she speaks many languages, she spoke to us only French, giving us a very hard time. She was always showing to be upset because we didn’t understand her. I won’t ever come back to this place unless the staff is renewed.

“No Air-conditioning/ No Electric fan”
It was a very uncomfortable stay. It was 29-30 C in the 3 nights we’ve stayed in this hotel. I was literally sleeping with my own sweat. I feel like I’ve booked a Sauna bath not hotel room.. There Lobby is fully air-conditioned but the personnel told us the hotel rooms air-conditioning are not working. For a Hotel Chain this is very disappointing & discouraging to book their other hotels. You should have a foresight to provide a remedy like a small Electric fan at least to compensate for your shortcomings and have the decency to inform your clients of the hotel room unpleasant situation. Having said that, in my personal opinion, its not worthy to be tagged 3 Star hotel. Sorry for being honest. But I hope this will improve your services for the money people that paid you in advance.

“Good room for Best price!”
Paris is expensive! But this hotel is cheap! And good! The room was small, the street was a bit noisy with drunks and some cars (although it's a small street), and we were on the 2nd floor where the A.C. doesn't work (so they told us -although there was an a.c. in the room, but no remote control or way to turn it on) so the room was a bit stuffy when we closed the windows against the noise… but the location is 2 steps from the main train station and amazing Sunday markets, the breakfast is superb and all you can eat, the room was clean and warm, the private bathroom small but great and all we needed, and the price… the price… with prices like these, we will return to Paris again and again… and to this hotel!

“Value for money ”
This is a good hotel in Paris. Clean and well laid out and with the facilities you would expect from a hotel in this category. The Gare de Lyon area is not city centre but it is easy enough to get to the main sights by underground. Breakfast is a bit richer than the average French one with coffee and croissant. Good English spoken.

“Not Impressed”
The Receptionist/Manager seemed to be a kind man. Internet access for one in the small lobby lounge.Dangerous staircase. We had to separate the "twin" beds ourselves. A small hotel, compressed into an even smaller site.A very small hotel, with only a single visible member of staff, though he seemed very nice. The staircase must be related to a ladder, a design to try to make the most of the limited floor area. The en-suite room was clean but with nothing except for basic furniture and a small TV. The lift was small, the corridors were condensed and there was only space for a small public lounge at the reception area. We did not visit the basement breakfast area.

“乾淨整齊，會再次入住”
地方雖小，但乾淨企理。住宿包括早餐，整體感覺很好。鄰近車站，酒店外也有單車停泊，可租借使用，方便出行。會再次入住。

“쾌적하고 깔끔한 룸 컨디션이 좋아요”
룸 컨디션이 좋고 에어컨도 시원하게 나와서 잘 묵었어요 위치도 역에서 찾아가기 어렵지 않아요 생수가 방에 무료 제공이 없는 것과 조식이 빵만 있고 계란요리가 없는게 조금 아쉬웠지만 쾌적성을 우선시 하는 제게는 꽤나 괜찮은 숙소였습니다.

찾아갈때 조금 헤맸지만 파리에서 가격대비 좋은 숙소라고 생각해요. 조식포함으로 신청했는데 종류가 많진 않았지만 나름 알차게 먹을 수 있어 좋았어요. 침구류도 편하고 시설도 깨끗했어요. 직원분들도 모두 친절했고 즐거운 숙박이었습니다

“리옹역과 가까움. 전반적으로 괜찮음.”
리옹역에서 기차 탈 예정인데 짐이 무거워서 거리가 가까운 숙소로 잡았습니다. 덕분에 걸어서 잘 이동했습니다. 11구 치고는 깨끗하고 고급집니다. 직원분들도 엄청 친절하시고, 간지러운 곳이 생겼는데 빈대 있는지 봐달라고 하니까 청소하시는 분께 말씀해서 싹 소독하고 알고보니 모기가 많았다고 퇴치제 뿌려주셨다고 알려주셨습니다. 대응 아예 안해줄수도 있는데 매우 친절하다고 느꼈습니다. 조식도 무료로 포함시켜서 예약돼서 아침마다 든든하게 먹고 돈 많이 아꼈어요. 나쁘지 않았습니다.

체크인 시 이름 확인하고 트윈 베드 맞는지 확인까지 해 놓고 방에 가보니 더블베드여서 놀랬고 아침 조식이 언제부터이고 체크아웃 시간은 언제인지 종이조차도 안내가 없었다. 그 점이 아쉬웠고 아침부페도 부페랄 것도 없다. 그 흔한 스크램블에그조차도 없고 빵쪼가리 치즈 햄 삶은 계란이 다 이다...너무 기대는 마세요.

스위스가는 기차가 파업으로 캔슬돼서 급하게 잡았는데 직원들도 친절하고 숙소도 청결해 만족스러웠습니다. 크기가 좀 작아서 28인치 캐리어 두개를 두면 꽉 찼지만 가격대비 만족했어요 ㅎㅎ

“Fin de semana completo”
Lo mejor es que todo po pudimos hacer por internet: reserva, pago, etc. En el hotel ningun problema ni con la habitación ni con el desayuno. Además en la recepción del hotel teníamos cortas pero fáciles conversaciones con los recepcionistas i nunca tuvimos ningún problema con ellos. Utilizamos el francés y el inglés para comunicarnos.Sólo apuntaría el hecho de que siempre que llegábamos con el ascensor a nuestra planta teníamos dificultades para salir del mismo ya que siempre estaba allí el carro de lavandería lleno de sábanas. A pesar de ello se trata de un contra poco importante.Llegamos al hotel cerca de las 16h y nos encontramos con el recepcionista, como es debido. Nos entrega la llave de la habitación de forma natural y subimos a la habitación. Allí descansamos después de un largo día de paseos y caminatas por París que empezó a las 8h de la mañana. En la habitación mi novia y yo descansamos un rato y luego nos disponemos a canviar nuestra imagen para ir al concierto de un grupo de Punk-Rock del que somos incondicionales y al que hemos venido a ver actuar en directo en París. Nos vamos al concierto hacia las 18h y al pasar de nuevo por la recepción del hotel la cara del recepcionista cambia por completo al ver nuestra imagen... Por qué será? (Basada en hechos reales el día 4 de Octubre de 2009).

Un séjour absolument parfait ! L’accueil était chaleureux et professionnel, le personnel toujours souriant et disponible. La chambre était propre et très bien équipée, avec une literie confortable. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y retournerai sans hésiter !

“Petit hôtel parfait”
Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce charmant hôtel, et c'était un séjour parfait : personnel à la réception très agréable et serviable, chambre certes un peu petite mais totalement fonctionnelle et surtout très propre et moderne. Le petit déjeuner est très correct et la dame qui s'en occupe est absolument adorable. Nous avons apprécié le calme, la qualité de la literie, et des sanitaires, et l'emplacement, 5minutes à pieds de la gare de Lyon seulement! Merci à toute l'équipe, nous reviendrons certainement.

“Très bon séjour ”
Nous avons passé 3 nuits parfaites dans une chambre calme et propre, proche gare Lyon et métro. Le chauffage marche très bien, l'eau chaude aussi. Les WC sont séparés. La literie est parfaite. Le petit déjeuner est très bon dans une jolie petite salle voûtée et la dame qui s'en occupe est adorable. Je reviendrai automatiquement et avec grand plaisir dans cet hôtel lors d'un prochain séjour à Paris.

Les salles d'eau sont minuscules (exemple la 606) , mal aménagée (exemple porte de fermeture de la douche mal commode qui "mange" tout l'espace, espace WC insuffisant pour les jambes. Bref, convient pour les 1,60 m maxi ...

“Hotel tres accueillant ”
Personnel toujours souriant et aux petits soins avec nous Nous avions des besoins particuliers et ils ont su largement y répondre! Les chambres sont un peu petites mais cela suffit largement Hôtel très bien situé : à 5 min à pied de la Gare de Lyon et du métro Diderot dont la ligne principale dessert quasiment les grands sites à visiter Je recommande vivement, nous avons passé un agréable séjour!

Un hôtel qui est très beau avec un personnel très accueillant et agréable. Situé à environs 5 minutes de la Gare de Lyon, il est permet de passer une bonne nuit bien au calme

“Close to Gare du lyon”
Very modern spacious clean room. We are family with young kids, too bad , we stayed only for 1 night because we need to catch our train to Milano. The room has everything you need. Nice matras, cleaned, fridge, water cooker , wifi, USB stick connectors, shampoo, handwash ,enough towels. I am giving 5star for this small hotel.
