“price is reasonable”
저는 3월에 있어서 모기가 없엇고 니스쪽 숙박이 비싼걸 감안하면 싸게 묵을 수 있는 곳입니다. 저는 어디에서나 잘 지내기 때문에 만족했습니다. 엘레베이터 없구요 혼성 룸이기 때문에 남녀가 같이 지낼 수 있습니다. 화장실 및 샤워실은 각 층당 하나씩이지만 비수기여서 그런지 기다려야한적 없어요. 좀 칙칙하다는 생각이 드실 수 있습니다. 직원분들이 친절하세요. there is only one of rest room and shower for the whole corridor but i never had to wait to take shower. (stayed in March) not very clean and decent place to stay but considering the price, i was pretty satisfied. receptionists are very nice and well speaking English. Wifi was okay not bad but not that good either.
◇投稿日 2016年4月2日土曜日◇Thank you for your review. Wifi needs to be reset sometimes, it is normal, you just need to tell reception. Same for the cleaning if you tell the reception we check the cleanliness strait away, we take hygiene very seriously here.

“Defaut d'accueil réception”
Pas de réception permanente ... Clefs déposées le matin du départ ou il n'y personne à 6h30 du matin .... clef ensuite réclamées par la gérance ... Bref

“Bon rapport qualité prix pour l'emplacement ”
Personnel très sympa. A 2min de la gare et pas loin du vieux Nice Vélo mis en sécurité, ouvert à 6h30 le latin pour prendre mon train à 7h.

“Hôtel Meunière”
Très bien situé et plutôt tranquille. Rien de transcendant comme prestations alimentaires mais bon, il est Gare Thiers donc ce n'est pas ce qui manque.

“非常に満足”
Nous avons passé un super séjour. Hôtel dans une belle bâtisse, proche du tram, dans une rue assez calme. Chambre spacieuse, salle de bains neuve. Propreté impeccable.Hôtesse aux petits soins. Seuls bémols peu de pression d'eau dans la salle de bains et parking un peu cher.

“Schönes Budget Hotel”
Das Hotel ist zentral direkt am Bahnhof gelegen. Man läuft nur knapp 13 Minuten bis zum Strand und den vielen Läden. Für den Preis ist es unschlagbar. Wer mit dem Zug anreist hat hier die besten Optionen.

“Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel ”
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich mehr positives gibt's nicht.

“NB toilet og bad er ikke på værelset ”
Det var ikke badeværelse på værelset. Hvilket ikke var specificeret ved bookingen. Toilettet var på gangen og var uden håndvask. Håndvasken var på værelset. Bruseren var i et tredje værelse. Der lugtede meget dårligt (af opkast) i entreen, da vi ankom. Vinduet kunne ikke lukkes til, så der kom sollys lige i ansigtet om morgen. Det eneste positive var, at vi kunne få lov til at stille bagagen dagen efter.

Gæsterne kan vælge mellem 3 typer værelser. vi bestemmer ikke for kunden, det er kunden der vælger og betaler for det han vælger. For solen er der skodder på vinduerne i Frankrig, du skal vænne dig til lokale skikke, når du rejser, som for håndvaske, til hver deres. Mit hus lugter ikke af opkast, mit sted er rent.

“Old-world charm in a perfect location.”
This was not my first stay at Belle Meuniere. The first was 10 years ago when I stayed for a month because I love this charming historic place. The villa accommodates couples, singles, families, small groups or 2 single solo travellers as my son and I were. Belle Meuniere tries to accommodate your needs whether its a double, dorm or family room. Some of the rooms share a bathroom. The friendly and helpful staff make you feel ‘at home’ straight away. Breakfast is available for a small additional charge as is getting your washing done, or your baggage stored. There’s pebbled courtyard under oleander trees where it’s lovely to sit and and nibble the delights you’ve bought at Nice’s impressive open market only 15-min stroll away at one end of the Ave des Anglaise. This, and that it’s only a 2-min walk to the station makes the location perfect. We’ll be back for sure!

“기차역 근처 오래된 호텔, 개인실 이용”
늦은 밤, 새벽 일찍 기차를 타야해서 기차역 근처 숙소로 잡았습니다. 남프랑스의 옛스러운 건물 그 만큼 시설은 낡았습니다. 2층 복도가 너무 어두워요. 개인실에 묵었는데 그래도 저렴한 가격에 편하게 보내고 왔습니다. 트램역까지 도보 7분 거리라 시내 나가기도 나쁘지 않아요.
Thank you for your comments. There is a tramway stop at 3 minutes walk and another one at 7 minutes walk, although we are in the centre of town you can do all by foot from here or you also have the train station for day trips very near by. The light upstairs has a switch for you to press when needed, it is not automatic.
