“最高!”
Excellent hôtel, accueil prévenant et souriant. Chambre confortable et spacieuse, vaste lit. Nous avons profité du restaurant le soir, service discret et très attentif, mets finement cuisinés délicieux. Pour profiter d'un voisinage plus calme, on nous a spontanément proposé de changer de table durant le repas tout en nous offrant un verre. Attitude parfaite.

“Einmaliges Ambiente im historischen Gebäude”
Das Vier-Sterne-Hotel La Citadelle liegt absolut central in der Altstadt von Metz, beeindruckendes historisches Gebäude mit sehr großen und exklusiv eingerichteten Doppelzimmern. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Immer wieder bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in Metz.

Zimmer ok und sauber, angesichts des hohen Preises ist es dreist, dass die Parkplätze vor dem Haus 18 € zusätzlich kosten. Es gibt keinen Wellness Bereich und das Personal war freundlich aber etwas chaotisch Frühstück war gut aber auch nicht außergewöhnlich, Lage gut ausser zum Parken

“Tolles Hotel und sehr gute Lage”
Das Hotel liegt ruhig am Rande der Altstadt. In 10 Minuten sind alle wichtigen Punkte fußläufig erreichbar, unser Auto haben wir während unseres Aufenthalts auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz stehen lassen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern und die Betten sehr bequem. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch.

Wir waren begeistert. Sehr schönes Hotel, angagierte und nette Mitarbeiter sowie überdurchschnittliches Frühstück. Die Lage zur Stadt perfekt. Check-in war schnell und freundlich. Wir würden wieder bei Ihnen übernachten.

“Perfektes Wochenende in einem perfekten Hotel”
Das wunderschöne Hotel mit seinen sehr freundlichen u. hilfsbereiten Personal hat unbedingt zu unserem perfekten Geburtstagstrip nach Metz beigetragen. Sonderwünsche, wie z.B. ein extra Stuhl auf dem Zimmer wurden prompt erfüllt. Unser Hund wurde genauso freundlich u. liebevoll aufgenommen. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!

“很好”
房间很大，有免费的橙汁和水，早餐很不错。酒店是一座古建筑改造的，周边环境非常好。但离火车站有一定距离，且周边餐饮较少。如需在酒店一层的餐厅晚餐需提前预订，最好能在入住前提醒客人。酒店房间很大，但淋浴和卫生间在床两侧，略有不便。梅斯很干净，不像其他城市游客众多。所以餐饮较少。

Siamo stati solo una notte in transito verso l’Olanda. L’hotel è confortevole e ben locato rispetto a centro di Metz. Ci si arriva comodamente in macchina e da lì si raggiungono i punti principali della città a piedi. Unica cosa che avrei voluto una palestra interna

Prima hotel, bij het oude centrum. Prima uitgangspunt voor culturele uitstapjes en bezichtigen. Veel keuze uit restaurantjes, ook prima restaurant in het hotel.

Prachtig hotel met goede ligging. Dicht bij het centrum en makkelijk te bereiken vanaf de snelweg. Mooie kamer en top restaurant in het hotel. Personeel vriendelijk en persoonlijke benadering.

“Prijs kamer onjuist”
Jullie geven de verkeerde kamer aan. De prijs is voor een gewone kamer zonder douche, alleen met bad. De prijs van de kamer die jullie aangeven is veel hoger
