“素晴らしい立地 親切なスタッフ”
ビーチにあり素晴らしい立地と設備の良さとフレンドリーなスタッフすべての面で満足なホテルでした。レストランの料金がもう少し安かったらいうことないのですが税金がいのは仕方ないですかね。

“かなりよかったです。フロントから、部屋までは少しとおかった。”
プライベートビーチがあり、かなりよかった。ホテル内はすべて高いので、タウンにでたほうがよいが、衛生面はよくない。近くのハーバータウンはよかったが、少し高い。部屋は風呂タブがあり最高。アメニティも充実。

“普通、ヒルトンとしては少し不満”
ビーチが目の前ビーチが長いです。部屋からビーチ一望できます。景色が素晴らしいです。 スタッフが明るくて、会うたびに「フラー」とあいさつをしてくれます。ルームサービスを頼んだら、すぐに運んでくれます。 しかし、食事に関して少し不満です。レストランは２つしかなく、高い割にはそれほどおいしくもないです。 プールもいまいちです。プールサイドのシャワーの水が出なかったり、タオル返却時時間がかかったり（何かを調べているみたい）。プールもホテルサイズのわりには小さいと思います。全体的に浅いです。８歳の息子は水泳が上手なのに、大人用プールに入れず、浅い浅い子供用プールしか遊べません。 客室は古そうです。５つ星のホテルなのに、浴室の壁にカビがあるのは初めてです。

Location and staff great. South Sea island day trip awesome. Beachfront Deluxe outdoor pool area was nothing like the advertised photo, very dated. Deli/cafe great.

“Regretted having to leave”
Simply loved this facility. Great location, staff, room, meals and activities. The pool is really as good as the pictures suggest. Warm atmosphere, everyone fully committed to making the stay a pleasant one. Recommend!

Location is good with easy access to restuarants. Staff are friendly and attentive. Pools are nice. Buffet breakfast is okay.

Great location , mouth watering food!! Staff was really respectful and helpful. Loved the way they treat guest , almost all the facilities where available in house. Beautiful sunset with pool side.

“beautiful Fiji location”
The staff at this location were unbelievable kind and helpful. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Having a laundry in the unit was very convenient and made it easy to catch up after a week cruise and minimal packing. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Staff wonderful. Restaurants great food but staff need more training with bills etc. of course beach is not good for swimming but I knew that . Pools were very warm to swim in being hot weather there

“Hilton Denarau ”
Booked beachfront room and they upgraded to one with private pool. Pool was too warm to swim in and a bit grotty with missing tiles etc. room was lovely but curtains would not close as were broken at top. Second night the smoke alarm went off 4 times hence not much sleep and next night happened again. They gave us a free foot massage and a fruit platter forgot our sleepless nights. Restaurants had lovely food and staff were lovely but service slow and bill very mixed up as we were group of 9 and splitted bill. We will not return.

“Luxurious Motel ”
This is a lovely motel, the staff were amazing, all the restaurants were good, so relaxing, the beach was your backyard, you could transported around in large golf buggy all day and in the night, the great smile and friendliness from the staff everyday, you could catch the Hop on off Bulla bus all day to travel around the island. Lots of activiities to do, well worth the stay.

“My Stay”
Location exceptional, staff very friendly, my room was next to pool, stay you from pool area, view from my room was very good. Dinner at the main restaurant was very disappointing, I ordered some kind of stir fry dish there was no taste and noodles were overcooked and soggy. I also had breakfast, average, stay there but look for food else

Amazing hotel. Just need to know that you have a bit of walk from your rooms to reception or the pool but there's bula express buggy that keeps going around in the hotel dropping guests to their location

“Best experience!”
The staff are the most beautiful people and so welcoming and accommodating. They have an area for just adults and then they have a main pool where all families can go. It’s in the perfect location if you’re wanting to go check out other islands aswell

“Exceptional as always”
Great stay at the Hilton Beach Resort, again! This is our 4th time staying at the hotel and we always come back for the same reasons. Great facilities, especially the adults only area, restaurants and breakfast buffet is consistent and has a great range of breakfast items. The rooms are huge, gym is pretty good - and really close to the Marina so you can walk everywhere. We played tennis at the Racquet club which is within walking distance, that was great fun. Highly recommend, great service

“Wonderful staff but resort getting a bit tired”
Wonderful staff, most very friendly and helpful. Signs of resort getting tired, inadequately maintained: broken seating around pool; missing lights in room. Food in restaurants inconsistent - except for buffet breakfast which was always exceptional.

“Comfy”
The hotel itself is kind of run down. More like a 3 star hotel. However, the staff made up for it. Came for my birthday as a solo traveler and they made me feel so special. Performed a birthday song upon arrival, delivered cake and champagne to my room, and this lovely made my bed with Happy Birthday decoration. Highly appreciated and grateful for the lovely staff. Thank you for making my trip special

Staff are amazing, three individual restaurants and an adults only area which was great for us. Staff are so attentive. Perfect location to relax but also to quite easily get out to the islands.

“Amazing staff and place”
The resort was fantastic, location was great and the resort has everything inside. This is a great place to stay with kids as they have loads to do. The best of all were the staff. They were super helpful and always cheerful. Will recommend this place to everyone

素晴らしい部屋で休暇を満喫出来ました。リビングダイニングが広く素晴らしい部屋でした。スタッフも皆良く帰る前日にはお別れの歌まで皆で歌ってくれて感激でした。
