You can’t fault this facility. We had a booking with pool side room. It’s just perfect. I love the fact that I can let my teenagers roam safely and have such a great time. They are harsh critics but love this place. We are booked back next year. Shout out to ALL the staff who are just sensational. Give them a raise.

While we were having dinner at the hotel’s main indoor restaurant, my husband was suddenly stung by a wasp. We immediately called the staff for assistance, but unfortunately, no help was provided. We couldn’t finish our meal due to the incident, yet we were still charged the full amount. Additionally, the hotel only had one pool area, which offered little entertainment or fun for children.

“Absolutely a different level resort”
I believe that it is the best resort in Fiji, having stayed at Hilton and Marriot. Most importantly, it is a resort owned by Fijin government, which means that all profits stay in Fiji for the benefit of the Fijians. The resort has great restaurants and it is very welcoming for children.

It's an absolutely stunning place. The beach, the ocean, the layout of the resort are all just perfect. The room we stayed in required some repairs and maintenance. A few tweaks here and would do the trick. Otherwise absolutely gorgeous it was. Definitely a place to go back to.

We were blessed to have celebrated my daughter's wedding at Intercontinental. Everything was amazing, the staff, especially our buggie drivers, were very accommodating and looked after us like family. I would definitely come back to Intercontinental next time we travel back to Fiji.

Only downside is with check in, they mixed up a few of our rooms because of our surname being the same. Took a while to check in before we realised they put our rooms under the wrong first name. Happened with a few of us.

“Heaven on Earth”
We loved our stay at Intercontinental Beach Resort. There's nothing really to complain about and I would highly recommend this 5 star resort to all couples and even families with small children as it is a family resort which has a lovely pool for kids and toddlers, including an Adult's pool.

The staff is the best! Genuinely friendly, always smiling, always eager to help! You can walk right to the best beach in Fiji, Natodola. For a resort type hotel I could not recommend more!

“Amazing Stay”
We loved our stay here and didn't want to leave. The staff, restaurants and amenities were great. There is nothing else around there so just be prepared to pay resort prices or bring things with you. The beach for swimming was great also. We can't wait to get there one day.

Can’t fault it. Expensive but worth it. However, that resort would be NOTHING without the outstanding staff. It made everyone’s stay. Resort is flawless. Food, rooms, beach, drinks. Everything top notch. Thanks to the staff ❤️

“Perfection ”
Beautiful place. Exceptional food and drinks. Lovely staff. Loved the snorkelling and pools. Loved finding a place with a 30-minute policy about unattended pool loungers. Although the pools were quiet so people didn’t try the towel-out-before-breakfast trick. Easily the best beach and resort I’ve visited on the mainland!

“Amazing stay!”
We had the most wonderful week away at the Intercontinental Fiji Golf Resort. The beach just meters from our bure was the highlight of the trip, beautiful clear water. My kids also loved the family pool and the activities throughout the day were a hit especially the crab race!

We recently had the most wonderful stay at Intercontinental! From the service, facilities, food, cleanliness, entertainment and especially the staff! Cannot fault anything during our 7 night stay. Highly recommend and would love to return again soon!

“Amazing stay, we will be back!”
Travelled with my 7 year old daughter for 6 nights in a beach front 1 bedroom balcony suite. Location is amazing, room was lovely and staff were fantastic. We loved happy hour at Kama Bar listening to the live music and watching the sunset while the kids all played on the lawn. Family pool and beach were great for the kids and never too crowded and were always able to get a Sun lounge without any issues. We will definitely be back.

“良い”
We stayed here due to a wedding. Staff are friendly but the rooms are a little runned down which is fine but for the amount of money you're spending you don't expect the basins to be peeling. They are roomy so that's a bonus. There are no fans in the toilets and our aircon stopped working the night before we left. You must check your bill at the end of your stay as a few of us were overcharged for amenities we did not use. Be prepared for a hefty $400 a day for each night you stay which goes towards food and amenities you use while you're there. What you don't use will go back on your card. Apart from all that, the beach, the staff and evening performances were great.
