“Perfect location and outstanding service”

This is probably one of the best boutique hotels i've stayed at in my Global travels. Simply outstanding customer service. They've raised the bar for many others and I hope my other stays globally will be able to keep up with expectations. Highly recommended for anyone to stay there. Will definitely stay there again on my subsequent visits.

“All absolutely perfect…”

except not working air condition. Hotel has still warming season. If you like to sleep in lower temperatures, then double check it. Open windows is not working solution as you will hear traffic coming the Vodickova street (trams included) . The rest - breakfast, beds, cleańliness were perfect

Hotel Icon was ideally situated for all the main sights. Had tram connections nearby which enable you to easily get around the city. Good local restaurants nearby. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms equipped with comfy beds and choice of pillows. Good shower. Excellent breakfast. Some minor repair work needs to be done to the doorframe and to replace the cracked hand basin. Overall a really good base in Prague.

“Fantastic location and excellent service”

Had very little expectations having booked hotels in Europe with a similar price range. Service from front desk at check in was fantastic - friendly and warm unlike the service offered in most restaurants and shops. We got a corner room which was very clean and toiletries from Rituals was a bonus. Highly recommend taking a room with breakfast - in addition to the spread of pastries and cold cuts, you were also able to order from a small menu of delicious hot food at no extra cost. 100% would book a stay at the Icon next time in Prague.

“Icon hotel Prague”

Wooden floors are not conducive to quietness, especially if you have a family next door. Chambermaids did their rounds at 9.00 am and ignored signs saying don't disturb. Topping up of bathroom necessities was sparse.

“Wonderful Hotel”

We really enjoyed our stay in the ICON Hotel in Prague. The room was large, clean and well stocked. We have absolutely no complaints with it. But, what stood out the most is how helpful and friendly the staff were. They went far beyond expectations with every interaction.

i have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. it has good sized modern rooms and is well located for walking to the major sites in prague. the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. food in the restaurant was also really good.

it was my 2nd stay at icon, and (again) i was really satisfied. location is great in the center, staff was helpful, speaking perfect english. the room is modern minimalist, very nice one.

This is my second time staying in the Icon Boutique Hotel. The hotel is located by the Wenceslas Square. Great location for night life and food. The subway station is located within walking distance from the hotel. A perfect place to stayed for exploring prague.

“lovely hotel, good service, great location”

this hotel is located 300m away from the famous wencescle square. the room is lovely. spacious room, big bed, nice decoration. most importantly, all the receptionist are miss world quality. they are really helpful in answering to all our queries.

“Conveniently located ”

We arrived very early but the Martina and Dean offered us early check-in and that was a saviour! The room was rather small considering it is a deluxe double but was basically and neatly decorated! The breakfast on offer was boring and the waiters had mistaken our orders twice, but were always courteous and polite! Housekeeping was late twice so we had to call and ask for fresh towels and for the room to be cleaned but having said that the gentleman in the reception (sorry did not record his name) offered us free massage, and they were a bliss! We had also late check out and the staffs made us feel at home! It is a good 4 star hotel and has certainly potential for improvement.

“Wonderful Service”

Outstanding hotel and staff. We stayed 2 nights and it was very enjoyable. The included breakfast was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond trying to find our luggage that was lost by the airlines.

“Stylish hotel in a fantastic location”

Hotel is perfect for a weekend away, or more. Staff were really helpful (booked us on a tour to Kutna Hora on the Sunday), the breakfast is ideal (not a buffet so you over-eat), beds are possibly the most comfortable ever, and the hotel is located within easy walking distance of the old town, Charles Bridge, and everything really. I would fully recommend you to stay at this hotel!

“Good value & great service ”

This little gem is hidden right behind Wenceslav Square which means that pretty much every tourist attraction is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, with very decent bathrooms, TV, minibar etc... There isn't anything particularly wrong with the rooms but I couldn't help but feel that they tried a little too hard to make the place look like a designer hotel but with a tight budget... I guess the test will be whether the place is still 'cool' in a years time. Overall though it is a great value for money given it's size, facilities & location. Special mention should also go to the extremely pleasant and friendly staff who went out of their way to help yet refused to accept tips! It's a fairly small place and gets booked up fast - so hurry!

Staying in prague with a style at Icon boutique hotel. Walking distance to MTR, attractions and shops.

“Excellent breakfast, great location ”

Breakfast is really nice, you could request omelette, scramble eggs, fried eggs and pancake. Location is also very nice, in general you could access most of tourist spots by walk. One thing need to be noticed is the sound proof is bad, you could hear the sound from next rooms. And avoid top floor, we hear machine noise.

“Amazing staffs”

We had a short stopover but were absolutely impressed with this hotel. The location is fantastic, the room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent. However, the real standout feature of this hotel is its staff. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning soon.

Hôtel très chip pour un 4 étoiles correspondant à un 2 étoiles en france !! Mini bar vide pas de bouteille d’eau en chambre pas 2 sachets de thé de mauvaise qualité dans la chambre . Pas de sèche cheveux . Petit déjeuner digne d’un formule 1 !! Une honte

Sehr sauberes Hotel, Personal wirklich besonders hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, Frühstück sehr hochwertig. Lediglich hat das Zimmer schon leichte Abnutzungen. Und man sollte erwähnen, dass es keine Minibar mehr auf den Zimmern gibt.

Noch nie ein so gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis erlebt. Angefangen beim Check-in, als uns die Stadt von A-Z beschrieben und uns sogar ein Zimmer-Upgrade angeboten wurde. Das Zimmer war riesig und wurde jeden Tag TipTop gereinigt. Das Frühstück war für europäische Verhältnisse wirklich hervorragend. Auch der Service nach dem Check-Out sprechen für sich. Luxus für einen echt kleinen Preis!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, gute Lage in der Nähe des Wenzelsplatzes und der Altstadt.

Die Lage, das Personal und das Früstück passen. Das Bett, und darauf kommt es nun mal hauptsächlich an, ist allerdings eine Katastrophe! Eine dünne zu harte und zu kurze Matratze ist dem Bettgestell aufgelegt. Die Bettdecken sind ebenfalls deutlich zu kurz, der Bettbezug offen so dass die Bettedecken direkt spürbar sind. Alles im allen leider zwei unglückliche Nächte die einem 4 Sterne Hotelerlebnis nicht gerecht werden!

“Gutes Preis- /Leistungsverhältnis”

Modernes, zentral gelegenes und ansprechendes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und allem was mal zum verweilen benötigt. Das Zimmer war recht sauber, bis auf den riesigen gelben Fleck auf dem Bett und das der Safe leider nicht funktioniert hat. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, ich hätte mir nur gewünscht, dass Obst und Gemüse frisch und nicht ausgetrocknet gewesen wären. Ich würde dieses Hotel jedoch besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Buon albergo, pulito, vicino al centro storico. Si arriva ovunque a piedi. Stanze grandi, pulite, letto molto comodo. Colazione buona, nella norma.

Buona posizione per visitare la città, connessione internet un po debole, letto troppo morbido e anche i cuscini e non c'è modo di aver cuscini più duri, buoni prodotti da bagno ma manca il bidet supporto doccia rotto e porta rovinata dall'acqua, camera spaziosa peccato che le tende non oscurino del tutto la camera Cmq silenziosa

“Vicino al centro”

L’hotel è confortevole, situato in centro con una posizione favorevole per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni di Praga. Le camere non sono nuovissime ma sono pulite e confortevoli. Personale gentile e preparato per dare consigli. Consiglio di prenotare il parcheggio per chi arriva in auto.

Bell’hotel in ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro di Praga, vicino ad una delle piazze principali con diversi bar e ristoranti. Camera bella pulita e funzionale, colazione buona e varia. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Piacevole vacanza in linea con le aspettative.Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro sia per lo shopping sia per i numerosi locali della citta' di Praga.Il centro storico e' a portata di mano anche senza usufruire dei mezzi di trasporto.Bel bar interno ed ottime colazioni in un ambiente tranquillo.

יש רק בעיה אחת שהמסכנים לא מספיק טובים שם ומי שמגעיה בקיץ שיקח בחשבון שהמזגן לא ממש עובד חוץ מי זה הכול די סבבה והצוות המלון אם אנשים מקסימים
