The service from the staff really came from their heart and it is consistent with every staff member. They are attentive, warm and meticulous. The breakfast daily plus the all day drinks was amazing. The location is v easily accessible. They also provide free transfers to/from airport or the train station as well as to the castle. The hotel is also very quaint and pretty. Love it!

We stayed one night at Hotel Residence Agnes before we left Prague. Their service was amazing! Frank picked us up from the train station, Victoria sat with us to schedule dinner and a concert for the afternoon, Lucy kept serving drinks throughout the evening, and the other Frank drove us to the airport. The breakfast was amazing, too. Victoria gave us an upgrade to our room, and we felt very much pampered, perfect for the end of our trip. Thank you very much, and we will sure to stay with you when we come back to Prague.

An amazing hotel, with wonderful, attentive, friendly and helpful staff. They helped us book train and bus tickets, made sure we were hydrated, bought our bags down from the room for check out while we continued to explore the city. Probably one of the best hotels my sister and I have stayed at.

Will keep it short. There's a reason this hotel is rated so well, and we got to experience that in full during our stay this month. One thing I will add because it's not mentioned anywhere is that they have plenty of great gluten free options for breakfast, including gluten free bread.

I have traveled a lot and been to many Hotels. I would rank Hotel Residence Agnes among the best that I have stayed at. In addition to the outstanding location, accommodations, and value for your money, the personalized attention that staff give to their guest is the exceptional. They were helpful in every way, from arranging tours, suggesting restaurant and arranging transportation, and in providing information about sights to see. All this made our stay in Prague memorable. Next time we visit Prague, we will definitely go back to Hotel Residence Agnes.

Located in a quiet, yet central location. Staff are incredibly helpful in every from offering drinks at any time of day to arranging a ride to the station and offering excellent suggestions for dinner. Rooms are large and comfortable. I tried to return but they were sold out.

Everything is perfect. Every hotel staff is very kind, and they are ask first if there is anything uncomfortable or necessary. The room was cozy and very comfortable. The breakfast is so good, and I love their omelet and coffee! If I visit Prague again, I'm going to stay here definitely.

Clean and cozy rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. When we came to the hotel they sat down with us and discussed our plans for the stay, giving directions and suggestions on how to get the best out of our trip. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay with them.

The hotel is located a five to ten minutes to all the major attractions. The staff is super friendly and helpful and go out of the way to make you feel welcome! Highly recommend!!!! Also great air conditioned rooms which is important when its 35 degrees outside.

I chose this hotel by 9.9/10 review agoda score. I also double check in Pinterest that this hotel won Prague’s best of all categories. Here are my experiences… I received warmest welcome foods at arrival Beer from Ayana, Ice Cream from Frank the owner and pretzels. I received free rides everyday by Bizek to sightseeing places. And I also received free ride on my departure to the airport by Romane. Every evening when I returned to properties after long walk, the staff offered me drink without asking. I think their services are just their nature from hearts. I highly recommended this property. Thank you for everything, memorable trip since the pandemics.

If I begin writing of the kindness, service and many other things the staff provides, I will have to write an essay! Simply the best, starting with pick ups; drop offs, complimentary wine; beer (through out the day!!!) - UNLIMITED; water, tea, coffee, ice cream, snacks and much, much more. My wife asked for desert, they had it available in 2 minutes (complimentary). I was looking for cigar shop, they drove me to a cigar shop and then to the train station (again complimentary). I wanted a simple local restaurant, Frank, the manager, walked with me and got the table during rush hour. This is a little boutique gem hotel in the center of Prague. Very conveniently located among many eateries and other attractions. 10 minutes stroll to Charles Bridge. Besides other beautiful buildings and sites in the city of Prague, this place will satisfy your travel. When I plan to return, it will be only Agnes Hotel!!! Thank you for making it so satisfying and pleasant !!!

スタッフさんやサービスが素晴らしかったです！ 客室内でゆっくりできるだけではなく、プラハ城に行く際やプラハ駅への行き帰りは車で送っていただけたので、快適にプラハを観光できました。 次プラハに行く際はまたこちらを利用したいと思います。
