We stayed here for 4 nights and it was wonderful! We enjoyed the ambience, the food and the friendly staff at this hotel. Not exactly central (which is good to be away from the big tourist crowd) but within walking distance to pub street and old market. We will definitely come back if visit Siem Reap again and happy to recommend our friend for a stay here.

Thank you for upgrade my booking. The round bathtub is fantastic for relaxing after a long travel from Guangzhou especially when I check-in close to mid-night. Staff is helpful and friendly, room is clean. Breakfast serve up to 11am, can wake-up at 9am and not so rush. Food is good.

“Lack of information to contact Room Service”

I was check in late around 10pm and try to contact room service to order some food for 3 person in the room. First disappointment was no instruction to call room service, i managed to get the housekeeping to help me to order our food. 2nd disappointment was ordered 3 bowls of Wantan noodle but only sent one to our room. Hence, I have to call again to order another 2 bowls. Imagine when you are starving a long travel from airport to hotel and have to wait another half an hour to have your food in the room. 3rd disappointment was i booked the room for 3 online, However, upon check in, the reception agreed to add on another bed but the housekeeping lady was not happy as she has to adjust the sofa in the room and told me there is no 3 beds in a room and showing me her unwilling face! If you not able to accommodate 3 person in one room then should not allowed your guest to book the room for 3. This kind of services I will not recommend anyone to stay.

Very up market 5 Star Hotel than 4 star. Although train station is about a 15 minutes long walk, concierge staff ever helpful to procure hotel transport (free shuttle service)within 10 minutes each time, even without prior reservation. Free shuttle to express airport bus at Jixiang Station is a plus. $120 reminbi for a 2 way ride to Hong Kong shopping heart is another plus. Excellent experience. Will definitely stay there again, 2 weeks from now for another biz trip.

the trip is nice, the room is spacious and clean. The gym room opens til mid-night so we can still enjoy it although we checked in after dinner

Probably one of the cleanest hotel in Shenzhen Area. Hotel is very grand with huge lobby. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Though price is a bit expensive, but it is worth to spend for such a nice hotel. Overall this hotel is one of the hotel not only in Shenzhen but also in China Mainland.

Located in the central of Longgang, good for business. Hotel is clean and room is spacious. With friendly staffs who are attentive and helpful. Chinese Restaurant serves excellent dim sum with great service though price might be a little bit expensive. Overall it is good hotel for business and conferences.

We arrived the hotel very late that night and staff offered us to postpone check out time to 2pm, it was very sweet. We had a wonderful time at breakfast and after then gym was very good. Would sure come again as there are shuttle bus from major bus station and MTR.

Stayed in this hotel for 3rd time, and each time we have a good and pleasure experiences. Located in Longgang City Centre, good location if you have meeting around Longgang area. The room is clean and bed is comfortable, There is no smoking smells which is commong for hotel in China. There is one Chinese restaurant called Fortuna, the dishes are delicious and staffs are friendly and helpful. They deserved the tips. Room service are efficient and staffs are very helpful and friendly. It is one of hotel in China which professionally managed.

The location is a little bit far away, but the hotel is comfort and with a big toliet. Besides, the price are quite reasonable. However, the air con. system had a big problem, we cant adjust at the room cause they said that the temperature was fixed
