立派できれいなホテルだったんですが、wifiがロビーでしか繋がらずそれが不便でした。 朝食は種類が多くて良かったです。
出張時はいつもこのホテルを利用させて頂いております。地下鉄の駅もでき、外国人のよくいくスポットである新天地や田子坊も近く、観光にも食事にも困りません。コンビニもホテルから道を渡ってすぐのところにあります。朝食は48階だっと思いますが、外の景色を見ながらのんびり過ごせます。インターネットは無料で仕事も集中できます。スタッフレベルも高いです。
観光地に歩き・タクシーですぐにいけ、一人の夜遊びなども安全に出来ました。 浦東空港からも約40分、虹橋空港までも約30分以内で行ける立地はとても便利でした。
はじめて宿泊しました。所在地はそれほど便利なところではありません。観光目的ならば別のロケーションのホテルがよいでしょう。 (ただしホテル隣の金玉蘭広場にある和記小菜というレストランはよいですよ。) 私は出張での使用でしたので、そういった点は問題ではありませんでしたが。 このホテルは中国でいまでも珍しいほど清潔感があふれていて、ハウスキーピングのレベルも日本並みに高ったです。 他のホテルスタッフのレベルはふつう、チェックイン/チェックアウトに非常に時間がかかるのが中国のホテル全般の課題と思いますが、このホテルもその点では及第点でした。
上海の親友の見舞いに四泊五日でしたが滞在。東京からの親友が先に上海支社も近い事から同ホテルを予約し、私よりも先の木曜から三泊滞在でした。到着日にデコメールで室内の様子をメールでくれまして、彼も中々良いとの評価。こちらも部屋に入るなり、総合的に中々良いと思いました。ここは比較的新しいのか分かりませんが、今後、年数が経過していくうち、どれだけ今回の室内イメージを維持出来るかが、キーポイントだと思います。
出張で使用したが、街の中心に位置し、地下鉄駅も近く、部屋も広いので、大変便利だった。インターネットも高速。一人で泊まる分には問題ない。
チェックインの際に、高層階のエグゼクティブフロアにアップグレードしてもらった。部屋からの眺めは最高で、ライトアップされた上海万博会場が一望できた。
部屋は非常に広く、清潔で快適。バスルームとてもよい。Panasonic製大型薄型テレビあり。景色は陸家嘴に比べるとどうしても見劣りするが、十分に綺麗。スタッフの対応はとてもよい。(掃除をしてくれたアイさんの愛想が最高でした。)ホテル対面にコンビニあり。道に混雑はなくタクシーにすぐ乗れる。バーやユニークな土産店などが密集する田子坊が近い。高架入り口も近く、タクシーに乗ると主要な場所まで比較的早くつける。
ジュニアスイートに泊まりました。十分な広さです。バスルームもシャワーが別で水量も問題ありませんでした。アメニティも歯ブラシからバス用品はすべてついていました。朝ご飯も洋風、中華、ちょっと?は和風までそろっていて味もまあまあです。場所はちょっと離れていますがコンビ二などはすぐそこにありましたので問題はなかったです。
コストパフォーマンスは間違いなく、ピカイチだと思います。とにかく客室の作り方や広さ、調度品の品質など、グローバル基準でも間違いなく、5つ星の資格があります。
イベントが、このホテルであり、到着も深夜なので、通常なら料金が高すぎて、選ばないけれど、予約しました。 結果、私にとっては、高いけれど、この値段で日本ではありえない良い部屋でした。 バス停で、地元の人に聞いても、ホテルが判らず、親切な高校が一緒に案内してくれました。それも、あちこちで、聞いてくれて、やっとです。近い距離でも、沢山ホテルがあって、地元の人でも、把握してないようです。 ホテルのemailで確認しなけば、もっとわからなかった。 こちらのwebは、もっとフォローすべきです。
初めてで、4泊滞在しました。 一人旅だったのでスーペリアKingBedの部屋にしました。 事前にいろいろなサイトで情報を集めたり写真を見ていましたが 予想通り綺麗で広い部屋で満足でした。 アメニティも、かゆいところまで手がとどく感じで好印象でした。 (厚手の紙袋が重宝しました) 使わなかったけれど体重計もありました。 ドライヤーが素敵な巾着に入っていたので最初わからず探してしまいました。 お風呂が、浴槽とシャワーが別なのがとてもありがたかったです。 あればいいのに、なくて不便!というものはなかった気がします。 部屋内でインターネット回線が無料で使えるときいていたので ノートPCを持っていったのですが、 難なくつながりとても快適に使えました。 せっかくの大きいテレビは、中国語がわからないのでほとんど付けませんでした 水道水は飲まないほうがいいと聞いていたのに、 ホテルに行く前に飲み物を買って行くのを忘れてしまってこまっていたら 500MLのミネラルウォーターが1日2本無料で飲んで良いと置いてあったので とても助かりました。 (横にあったエビアン500MLボトルが40元?50元?高くて驚きましたが) 朝食なしプランだったのですが1度だけ、49Fのビュッフェレストランで朝食を取りました。 (確か193元)朝からがっつり中華を食べる気も起きず、あまり量を食べなかったので 割高感はありましたが、景色がよくてさわやかな朝食を取れました。 オーダーしてから作ってくれるオムレツがおいしかったです。 (余談ですがこの階のトイレがとても綺麗で、景色もよかったです) 上海体育館、東方明珠塔などから帰る時にも、 タクシーの運転手にホテル名・道の名前を言えばすぐにわかってくれて便利でした。 フロントの人たちも、英語ができたので話が通じなくて困ることはありませんでした。 行く時間がなかったのですが、道の向かいにコンビニもあったし、 空港からの3番線バスを降りてからホテルまで3分程度なので便利だと思います。 また上海にいく機会があれば、泊まりたいホテルです。

Hello, Could you please tell me whom I can contact to resolve my issue? From March 1 to March 3, I stayed at the Pullman Hotel in Shanghai. Upon check-in, I was required to pay a deposit of 1,000 yuan, which was charged to my Indonesian card. During my stay, I had breakfast for two days, which cost around 300 yuan. I was supposed to receive a refund of 700 yuan. However, I only received 3 dollars back, which is significantly less than what I should have been refunded. Could you please help me resolve this issue? When can this be done?In addition, when I checked into the hotel, I was not provided with dental care items, shaving kits, and other amenities. I had to ask the housekeeping staff the next day to get toothbrushes.

Door was spoilt, and furniture dated. Carpet was dusty. Large rooms though. Not for the fussy.

Enjoyed my stay here! Location is good - train station and mall is just a short walk away. Special shout out to the staff Michael! He was so helpful in helping to find my parcel and even assisting in the refund of my parcel as I do not have a local number. Totally went an extra mile! Will definitely come back here again :)

The room is big, the service also good. Only the Aircon abit hot but after they repaired is ok . A lot of restaurants nearby.

Went for business trip during July. Check- in was disappointing! Gave me a room key but the room was not tidy yet after the previous guest check out. What a service! Overall location is good.

Worth for the value, good food nearby, rail station within walking distance too. We enjoyed our stay there.
The hotel is a short walk to Tianzifang, which is a little warren of alley ways with shops and restaurants. While it is touristy, I like going here at night when it is less crowded. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast selection is lovely.
Rooms are big and clean.
Love the hotel nice and clean. not far from the station but you have to walk a bit across the street so for elderly keep that in mind specially on winter when you have to drag the luggage. A bit far from the city which I like its not crowed but not that far. it took a few station from the hotel to the Bund. overall love it. diffidently coming back to this hotel
For a 5 star hotel, i sure don’t feel i’m getting that service There was no greetings no luggage handlers, you better off staying at normal hotel with a more cheaper rate Cleanliness is a plus though

Hotel is at good location, spacious and reasonably price but staffs more anticipate in guest service.
Everything about my stay was great. The hotel is in the process of updating, so some things (TV in the room) are a bit outdated but this did not detract from the quality. The service was excellent and all staff that I interacted with spoke good English.
Location opposite MRT, breakfast can be more variety. Room was big & will stay again
Umm...I thought we are at the wrong hotel when the taxi driver dropped us off. I even doubled check with my google map. So it is not as nice as the other Pullman. Everything is kinda old. The TV is quite small compare to the big room. Other than that, location is excellent. Walking distance to田子坊,wide range of food to choose from.
Everything is up to 4 stars standard except the staff at check in counter was not very friendly.

On 9 Nov, I told the executive lounge staff that I would like to have late check out on 11 Nov. The girl said ok. And I assumed they had marked it on their system. But when I came back to the hotel around 3pm on 11 Nov. I found they locked my door so I ran to the executive lounge and ask to open my door again. Luckily I could catch on my flight. But this is indeed a poor management and arrangement. Also , when I checked in the hotel the staff didn’t even tell me where is the place for breakfast. This is definitely not a five star hotel. They only provide three star service.

Over priced vs the location and facilities. There are many similar hotels with half the price.

As one of the five star hotels in Shanghai, the prices we are offering are competitive and is the average prices of five star hotels in Shanghai. The hotels you mentioned that offering half the prices are not five star hotels. Our location is centrally located and a business district. Regarding the facilities, We do have an Executive lounge at the 52nd floor which are offering breakfast, afternoon tea, and social hour, G15 restaurant which are offering breakfast, a la carte lunch and a buffet dinner, fitness center at the fifth floor which we have gym, swimming pool, spa ( managed by an outside company ), a salon ( managed by an outside company ), A lounge at the first floor where we offer drinks, food, and afternoon tea, A Japanese restaurant at the 49th floor ( managed by an outside company). Photos need to be updated. Rooms are dated, bar and restaurants on top floor was closed and not accessible by the hotel guest lift. Gym is spacious and well equipped though.

No refill of tea bags
The hotel is in a great location unfortunately the swimming pool was out of order. This was one of the main reasons I booked because after a long hot day sightseeing , this would have been Ideal . The old grey carpet telling me cleaning was in progress was also not a highlight . However the rooms are fine and the breakfast offers a good range of food
