“Stay at Hyatt”
Good location surrounded by shopping malls. Room size was just right for 2 beds & a sofa bed. Housekeeping was decent except they didn’t wash my mug clean as orange juice stains could be seen at the bottom. And if u are booking through agoda, do make sure the number of pax is correct as my agoda booking showed 2 instead of 3 pax. Agoda could have done better to sort this. But in any case this was easily resolved by the hotel.

“Staff was rude ”
When I arrived, the manager block us from queuing up at the counter to checkin, he said that there will be a long queue and he only has two staff. When we said that we are ok, to queue, he block us from going forward and escorted us to the seat. We refused. I don’t think he had to do that.

“Worst customer experience”
The hotel charged me twice. So I called the hotel and the guy that initially spoke to me was very rude and said that they didn’t, he told me to call back when the manager was on. After another 2 phone calls and a lot of going back and forth they figured out they did charge me twice, however was told that it would take 1 month to get the money back. After another call to head office and then back to the hotel the manager finally told me that the refund would be within 5 days. I honestly don’t understand how they train their staff and the customer service is shocking. Honestly the worst experience I have ever had from a hotel, not even going to mention that it took me an entire day to try and get the refund back. In addition to that the housekeeper broke one of my skincare serums. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, please reconsider before you book.

“The hotel is close to our meeting. ”
The hotel staff attitude is not so good while we checked out hotel in the morning (12th of October 2018), we did not like his service at all, but the staff for checked in on 11th of October 2018 were very good! Hotel facility is very normal compare with the prices that we pay.

位置不館，和虹橋火車站只有幾個地鐵站距離，方便到市中心遊玩或到其他成市遊玩。惟房間較熱和可能因為春天有昆蟲滋生。

“No Air Conditioning ”
The A/C is centralized and they didn't turn on. Woke up middle of the night and hot like a sauna and can't breathe. Reception can't turn on the A/C and only able to provide a fan, but still feel no air in the room. If you like living in a sauna room, then this will be perfect for you.
