“3 nights stay - Decent stay”
Perfect location - walkable distance to the bund, Nanjing Walking street and great thing they have coffee next door and Starbucks opposite the street. No proper parking to drop off passengers and luggages, just pull by roadside, non-waiting area for quick drop off and pick up. Didnt manage to try their breakfast. We choose a non-smoking room however the room walkway still got cigratte smell. Small room, small toilet, small lift but clean. Comes with window but no view (opposite building ceiling). Good and attentive staffs.

“Great location, Value for money”
Hotel staff are every so ready to help the guests which we appreciate very much. This is a no frills hotel but it is comfortable enough for a few nights’ stay. The wash basin and the toilet is separate . Generous replenishment of mineral water everyday (4 bottles). Breakfast is worth it and good variety of hot food items, both Chinese and Western. Opposite the hotel is a Starbucks, book store and Chinese tea house. The location is excellent as it’s just a 5-10min walk to the famous Nanjing shopping strip as well as the Bund. We found highly rated restaurants around the hotel area. Overall, we were happy with our stay at the Atour.

“Positive review”
Overall service was good. Staff were friendly and attentive (for eg if you requested no housekeeping services, they would remember to leave fresh bottles of mineral water and tissues at your room door). Have also observed the staff to be able to handle adverse (unreasonable) feedback from other customers politely and efficiently. Location was relatively good as well, being near Nanjing East Road metro station and the popular tourist attraction - The Bund. Several bus routes that lead to various tourist attractions are also easily accessible from the hotel, within 3-5 mins of walking. Simple supper are also provided free of charge every night. Only thing to improve would be its personalised message on the TV as the guest name kept appearing wrongly but it was a nice gesture. Would recommend others to stay here.

“Great location, Value for money”
The front desk staff are very helpful and courteous. They took the initiative to help us book a big 6-7 seater to the airport. And when we landed at the wrong Atour hotel in the Nanjing area, they had a staff to walk us to the one we booked round the corner. This is a no frills hotel. Our twin room is comfortable. The wash basin is outside of the toilet. Don't expect big windows. They are generous with the mineral water bottles. The breakfast is worth taking - spread has lots of hot foods including traditional beancurd, soya milk, millet porridge, noodles, as well as salads, pastries and fruits. Coffee was good. I would recommend it. We had our parents with us and they were able to have their breakfast early. We love the location for convenience and quietness at night. It’s about 5-10min walk to the famous Nanjing East-West pedestrian shopping stretch. Opposite the hotel is a Starbucks, tea house and book store. Right next to hotel is a coffee place for take aways. We took the bus (that starts) opposite the hotel to Zhong Shan park. A 5-10min walk to the Bund. We found some great eats around the hotel area too. Overall, we are pleased with our stay. Atour is a value for money accommodation situated right where the action is.

The room is very new, clean, and comfortable. It’s close to the East Nanjing Station 500 m. walk. Staff are helpful though they can’t speak English. Very recommended.

ห้องพักดีมาก มี 2 เตียง เตียง Double 1 เตียง และ single 1 เตียง ที่นอนและหมอน ดีมาก หลับสบายมาก อยากซื้อกลับบ้านเลย ภายในห้องไม่กว้างมาก แต่จัดสัดส่วนได้ดี สามารถวางกระเป๋าเดินทางใบใหญ่ 2 ใบ และ ใบเล็ก 1 ใบได้สบายๆ ห้องพักใหม่และสะอาด ทำเลดีมาก สามารถเดินไป the bund และ ถนนนานจิงตรงแยก Pop mart ได้สบายๆ ใต้โรงแรมมีร้าน manner coffeeและฝั่งตรงข้ามเป็น 7-11 ถนนด้านหน้าโรงแรมเรียก didi มาจอดได้ง่าย พนักงานน่ารัก มาถึงก็รินน้ำชาให้ และใต้โรงแรมมีเครื่องซักผ้า ซัก-อบ ฟรี เจ้าหน้าที่มาช่วยเหลืออย่างดี ถ้าเราออกไปข้างนอก เค้าบริการส่งผ้าให้ถึงห้องเลย แอร์ในห้อง ปรับได้ทั้ง ฮีทเตอร์ และ แอร์ นอนสบาย ไม่อึดอัด ตอนเช็คเอาท์พนักงานช่วยลากกระเป๋าออกมาส่งด้วย ถึงไม่ได้อยู่บน walking street แต่ก็เดินไปนิดเดียว ไม่พลุกพล่านดี ถ้ามาเซี่ยงไฮ้อีก จะมาพักที่นี่อีก ประทับใจค่ะ

“Disappointing ”
Was staying in Atour at Xi’an for a week prior to this and the service and quality of everything has a huge disparity. Even the sheets used were not as nice. Just an overall disappointment.

“位置非常好, 服務超好”
酒店位置非常好, 只是幾分鐘就可以走到南京東路步行街, 但是酒店地點是很安靜。酒店前台的人都很好很貼心, 房間很好, 很乾淨, 所有洗髮用品和電吹風都非常好用!讚, 會推薦給朋友和下次去一定會再入住。

“服務員操手有問題”
櫃檯員工多次強調房間太細，不足夠住兩人，多少請問我們是否需要加錢升級房間，我們已經再三拒絕要另外付費的升級，最後酒店只能接受我們不付錢升級的決定，最後發現我們的房間的空間是足夠兩人住宿的，因此，感覺酒店员工非常不誠實，故意要求客戶另外付費升級房間。

“중국에서 제일 후회한 호텔”
광저우,심천,남경,상해,소주 여러군데 호텔을 다 다녀봤지만 여기만큼 불친절하고 최악의 대응을 한 호텔은 처음입니다. 12:30분에 호텔에 도착, 방키를 받은 시각은 4:30 무려 4시간이 지나서 방키를 받을 수 있었고, 방 상태도 더럽고 방음도 안되고 그냥 좋은 위치에 가성비로 갈 사람만 가세요.

“Service ”
I don’t like to get DOUBT by the service crew. First you should check that all the PowerPoint SHOULD BE WORKING. I am staying in this hotel because it’s near my office and I have to work. When I mention I couldn’t use the plug, first the service crew doubt me do not understand China plug and I need an international adaptor ? Second, do not trust me but come to my room - didn’t task the technician to do anything but USE my adapter to check again and STILL DOUBT MY ADAPTER got issue ???? Third after verified my plug got issue, still ask me to use the bedside plug. I have to MENTION MULTIPLE TIME THAT I NEED THE PLUG AT THE TABLE TO WORK AND INSIST, at the end only allow me to change. Imagine I could speak fluent Chinese. If you are speaking English the possibility is they can’t understand ANYTHING ! Also the first room with the plug’s issue is just so bad .: the bathroom door can only open half and it got block by basin ! Very bad design with a rip off prize. Don’t stay here. Stay somewhere inside the city but not the bund. It is simply NOT WORTH THE MONEY ! They are also too busy to give you good service although I know they try

“Nice hotel with complimentary laundry facilities ”
stayed in Atour hotel in Shenzhen and was impressed by the cleanliness of it. Decided to book one of the Atour hotel in Shanghai. It’s closed to the Bund, nangjing road etc. the plus point is the book cafe called Y Time! Love their coffee and food there. The only thing is the lobby could be more accessible. Otherwise, I’m happy with the hotel.
