“Big room and good location ”
The hotel is being renovated, but the room I got was in good condition. I got an apartment type room with different rooms, which I found not nice even the space was big (not needed for 1 night).

“Superb service and excellent room and location!”
Had an excellent stay at Westin, most notable is the service where all staff are very attention to our feedback and I was so surprise almost everyone took note of my feedback and did every effort possible to rectify it and ensure our stay was superb. Room is very nice and clean and location is superb too right opposite Mix-C shopping centre and walking distance to 4 May square! Bravo to the Westin team!!

“Nice Location”
It is a nice hotel that lives up to the brand reputation. The location is good as it is just opposite a very big mall with very high end shops. Everything is according to expectation except the restaurant service for breakfast. It is a busy time and the staff were overwhelmed to such an extent that they ignore many customers' requests. The restaurant places only one reception staff to check the guests' room number when you enter the restaurant and she was slow and inexperienced. Invariably that forms a long line unnecessarily. Seems all the staff came to work with long faces. Not good for a breakfast place for sure. Better management and staff training should be able to fix this.

“Great location and super indoor pool”
The indoor pool at the Westin is a great facility not commonly found in other similar hotels. Location is superb with the MixC mall across the street with plenty of food and shopping choices.

“Excellent in every way”
We loved our short stay here. The rooms were a good size, with excellent amenities and big bathtub and separate rain shower. The pool and workout area were also very nice. The public areas were beautiful. The value for money was outstanding.

The location were good. Easily access to malls and dining. It's comfort while I stay in The Westin Qingdao this time. The staff was very kind, helpful and really polite. Everything is possible and always with a smile. Great rooms, comfortable and tasty.

“Not 5 star, 3 star at best”
This is not a hotel for westerners. 30min process to check in SHOCKING FOOD Weird design decor and layout Rooms are nice but entrance lobby and other areas are terrible. Such a disappointment. “Overall Excellent Experience with Room for Improvement in Key Areas 整體體驗優秀，但關鍵細節仍有改善空間”
The satisfaction could have been 100 points, but due to the following two issues, I had to lower my rating to 40 points... At around 9 a.m. on April 18th, I went to the restaurant on the 5th floor for breakfast. I saw a window seat that had just been vacated and asked a waitress to clean the table. The waitress skillfully wiped all the food scraps off the table onto the floor. Shortly after, I saw—though I’m not sure if it was the same waitress—cleaning another table in front of me and again sweeping food scraps directly onto the floor, including pieces of egg with sauce. However, no one cleaned the floor afterward. That was still just around 9 a.m., and many guests were walking back and forth along that corridor. If a guest were to accidentally step on those food scraps and slip, I wonder if the hotel would be legally responsible. After all, if the floor is wet or slippery, the hotel is supposed to place warning signs. The day before, on April 17th, I noticed a station serving egg dishes. I asked the chef in the red uniform to fry an egg for me. He didn’t respond at all, so I called him again. He then picked up the frying pan and forcefully scraped the leftover egg off the pan—some of it intentionally toward my direction. As a result, some egg residue landed on me. If this had happened at an ordinary street-side eatery, it wouldn’t have been such a big deal. But considering this is a hotel under a well-known brand, I really can’t make sense of it... Aside from these two issues, the room facilities, cleanliness, service, and food quality were excellent. 滿意度可以是100分的 , 除了這兩點 , 以致我把評分降至40分 ..... 4 月18號早上九時許我到 5 樓的餐廳吃早餐 , 看到了一處剛剛有客人離坐的窗口位置 , 便着侍應清理檯面一下， 那位女侍應很純熟的用抹布把所有食物殘渣掃到地上 , 不久我看到我不清楚是否同一位女侍應 , 清理我前面另一張枱時也是把一些食物殘渣直接掃到地上, 當中包括一些含汁液的蛋碎 , 之後並沒有清理地面 , 那是才是九時許 , 不少客人在那條走廊上行來行去， 如果不幸有客人踏在那些食物殘渣上並跣倒 ， 不知道酒店是否要負上刑責 ， 因為如果地面濕滑酒店必須擺上一些提示牌 。 前一天即是 4 月 17 日， 看到有一處是關於蛋類食物的， 我便著當時那位穿紅色制服的廚師煎一顆雞蛋給我 ， 那位廚師並沒有給我任何反應， 我便再叫他一聲， 他便拿起那隻平底鑊， 用力的鏟走鑊上的雞蛋殘渣， 有一些是 故意向我的方向鏟來， 結果有一些雞蛋殘渣 掉在我身上。 如果是街上一些普通食店， 以上的情況絕不是問題， 但是想到這是一家著名品牌的酒店， 所以有點摸不著頭腦 .... 除了以上兩點問題 , 房間設施方面，整潔度，服務和食物質素倒是一流的

酒店設備非常好，各項設施都很好用，床品非常舒服，在青島睡得最舒服的一晚了。每個服務人員都非常熱心盡責，體驗非常好，強烈推薦！地理位置也很給力，旁邊就是萬象城，離五四廣場和奧運會帆船中心都是步行可到的。有機會再來青島會想繼續住這家酒店。

“非常方便的位置”
不錯的體驗﹐位置近地鐵及大型商場﹐雖然發生冷氣不足的小問題﹐但員工非常積極解決問題﹐各服務員也主動提供協助﹐特別前台職員及餐廳侍應生﹐早餐食物豐富﹐座位寛濶﹐一定會介紹朋友入住。

“位置方便”
一出地鐵站就是酒店大門，去各個景點很便利，附近有萬象城，購物和吃飯都非常方便，第一次入住westin品牌的酒店，房間設計新穎和舒適，有海景亦可看到五四廣場，大部份員工非常有善，亦主動提供協助，只是離店前受到一名職員很不禮貌的對待，令人感到失望

“位置方便、整潔”
地鐵站口，鄰近公交車站，出行方便，到很多的景點也不遠，酒店對面是萬象城商場。服務員態度也很好，房間設施很整潔，但是床墊較軟，最奇怪是椅子只有一張，房間的空間絕對可以放多些椅子，就連沙發也可放，這樣設計令人感覺很差，降低酒店的級數。

“有待改進”
我們訂了2個房間不吸菸房，1間有很濃的煙味，另一間就有陳舊髒髒的味道。房間間隔奇怪，一間裡面有跑步機和瑜伽波，另一間有書桌但很黑。位置倒是一流的，一出門就是地鐵。很方便。性價比比其他我住過的WESTIN低。
