“Couldnt find a more passionLESS staffing”
What is most striking about this place is the RUDE, PASSIONLESS STAFF. there are three booths are the lobby. The staff will check you in while checking their phones. and give the card to you without a single direction on where to go next. They just dont give a shit. Granted I can ask, but will it hurt to guide your customer alittle. Now I dont expect too much. At least a certain amount of respect and eye contact would have been nice. Disappointing.. wouldnt come again

“Good location ”
This is a condo apartment in a mixed commercial building. Quite hard to find the location as the entrance is at the back of the building. The plus point is that it fits 4 pax and it is walking distance to Beijing road. Overall thumbs up.

“Excellent location but very run down and poor service”
The hotel is located just above a metro station and shopping plaza but the guys behind the counter were unfriendly and unhelpful, when we asked for luggage storage, he provided no help with storage service.

“Spacious, clean but kinda old”
furnitures are kinda old, shower head can be replaced, bed is hard but room is spacious and clean. location is good as it's above Amall, plenty of food choices and walking distance to Beijing Road.

Overall is good, just the reception staff not so approachable and not so helpful. Room is big, bed comfortable and there is washing machine inside our room and some kitchen items which allow us to heat up our food whenever needed. walking distance to shopping area and train station is at the basement. very convenient.

Central faultless location. Big rooms but crummy finishings. Poor lighting. Bed impossibly high. Soap hopelessly sudlessly. Bathroom mats needlessly hard. Management : Pls go emulate atour hotels

“Lacklustre service”
Location was amazing, near to shopping district and other amenities. Service attitude of staff left to be desired however, especially in comparison with other similar apartments in the same building. Not proactive and constantly on their phones. Luckily check in was sufficiently fast. Room was quite spacious, albeit a bit old and worn and looks dated

Excellent location. Walkable to nearby attractions. We had 2 rooms and both had slightly different settings ... the cleaner seem to have only straighten our beds during our stay .... anyway, we had still enjoyed our 4 nights stay.

Equipe with washing machine, fridge, microwave , dish washer and electrical stove, very good location , mrt station from the same building. Only down side the room alittle run down. Is converted from a condo.

checked in at 17:30, location is good, door is hard to open, forgot to throw the rubbish, WiFi is very weak, staff all ok. Just the electronic equipments are old models.

“Value for money and good location.”
Good deal for 5 of us staying there. Very good location. Just have to bear with 1 toilet for 5 to share, otherwise fantastic stay. Even though only 1 toilet available, there is a basin outside so that we can still brush our teeth when someone is using the toilet.

“nice and cozy big hotel”
I was in gz for 3days 2 nights and I saw that this hotel was in a good location. The receptionist was very kind and they upgraded one of our room as we had 3 person. The room is very big with cooking facilities and had microwave and stove. We didn't cook but we used the microwave. Toilet n bathroom was quite nice too! Would recommend this hotel for those with kids.

Booked with late checkout deal, however when arrived, the front desk denied late checkout and no coffee or even welcome drink provided which was included in the deal. Location near Beijing Road.

Receptionist is not very welcoming to say the least and cleanliness was good but not exceptionally clean. However, overall room condition was great with a nice view. If you're staying for quite some days, there's no dryer in the room.

“Where is the hotel?!”
Rooms are large, staff available all time for checkin but hotel is not at all on the location indicated by Agoda app. In fact its almost 25 min walk, very very frustrating especially if arriving at late night. Better ask a Chinese person to call the hotel and ask for the address because it is impossible to find unless you can identify it based on pictures.

“The hotel is very dusty and look old”
The apartment we stay very dusty, light not bright, and furniture look old. Very dirty, you stay inside can see the dust in the air and feet also dirt. Door also can't lock.
