reception service was terrible. 受付の対応が非常に悪いです。ヒルトンとは思えない程のホスピタリティーの無さでした。 客に対してとても不機嫌に接する、無視する。私がアジア人でかなり若く見えるからかも知れませんが、接客は誰に対してもフェアで、品質を保つ必要があると感じました。
こんにちは、 私は2022年11月1日から11月2日まで(1泊)の予約をしていました。 その時、デポジットを支払うためのクレジットカードがなかったので、デビットカードでデポジットを支払いました。 ホテルの receptionist は、翌日に返金されると言いましたが、今、15日後でもまだお金が戻ってきていません。 これについて確認していただけますでしょうか? そして、すぐに対応していただけますようお願いいたします。 また、この件についてメールを送りましたが、返事がありませんでした。
支払った価値に対して素晴らしいホテル。清潔で、空港シャトルが便利です。
Rude and Unprofessional front desk Staff, Lack of basic facilities, sad breakfast, Illogical rules and regulations regarding the shuttle transfers, zero hospitality. Simply Avoid this property. Its nowhere close to Hospitality. They are ruining the Hilton Brand Name.

we stayed there for 2 nights. they charge $18/ night for car parking. The hotel is good.
Although the hotel was clean and checkin was smooth, there was no water for the day and the staff seemed absolutely unable to do anything about it. That really lowered my standards for a Hilton brand hotel.
Can't say anything negative about our stay, all was good including the shuttle to the airport that was punctual.
Hotel has deceptive advertisement. Car parking is advertised as facility but at check in they asked for overnight parking fee . Staff is combative and lacks understanding .
First room given to us was occupied by someone. Unfortunately I didn’t know until I opened the door to find people in the room. When I told the front desk, the manager had nothing better to say, they didn’t even apologize for their mistake. An awful experience.

Selected this hotel for the price compared to Toronto area ($300+). Good value though surprised parking was additional charge.
good hotel worth the money , if you are stationing in Toronto get a car or learn to take public transport like I did 45-2 hrs journey each way.
My reservation says with breakfast but you still charge breakfast

I booked this hotel for my first time in Toronto. My biggest issue was the fact that the room wasn't clean. By the time I checked in, it was so late I just slept on my personal towel, got up a couple hours later and checked out. I will not be booking a stay here the next time I'm in Toronto.
Shuttle service was excellent for going back and forth to airport to catch UP Train
The staff at the front desk was very friendly, but the room looked like they cleaned it long time ago but no one had used it for a long time and they didn’t check it again the day before they gave us the room. I kept sneezing and when I put my phone on any shelves, there was so much dust that I had to wipe them before I put something down. Again, it wasn’t filthy and there were no stains from previous guests or anything like that. It just looked like they cleaned it a while ago and hadn't checked ever since. The biggest issue my husband had was there was no curtains that block the sunlight in the morning.
This was a very good place to stay except the air conditioner was extremely noisy and made it difficult to sleep!
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. room was very clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is in a good location. Well located to the subway for commuting and walking distance of many tourist and popular sights. Additionally, easy access for many needs and nearby to basic facilities such as local deli's, banks, and corner stores.
Was in transit through Toronto when flight was cancelled due to weather. Booked online and took the free hotel shuttle, very convenient. Friendly staff, nothing open at the time due to lockdown. Nice room, modern.
Want to charge for parking after payment of room . Be wise ask first
The hotel is good. I liked the amenities. I don't like, that there's no coffee machine in the lobby. And, female employees were rude and ignorant.
The staff were great, the rooms are nice, newly renovated. The only thing I did not like is us being on the floor where guests who are in quarantine are on the same floors as we are. It would be better if they put the non-quarantine guests on separate floors, but overall it was great.
Hotel was fine no complaints, staff were rude and not pleasant at front desk.

The floor in the room is wet and there was really really really bad smell all day long. Air conditioner is too old and also it smells really bad. The reception is not kind, not friendly. Only shuttle bus driver is very kind and professional.
급하게 예약했는데 지내기 편해서 만족합니다. 객실 내부가 넓어서 답답하지 않고 여러가지 편의 시설이 있어서 좋습니다.
보증금 환불이 일주일이 지나도록 이루어지지 않고 있네요. 무척 신경쓰입니다. 몬트리올 시내에서 좀 떨어져 있어서 가성비대비 나쁘진 않지만 조식의 질이 너무 떨어지는것 같아요. 조금만 신경써주시면 더 좋을것 같아요.
공항하고 10분정도 떨어져있어 비행기 소리 안나고 조용합니다. 숙소 매우 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 차량 렌트 하셔서 이용하시는 분들에게 안성맞춤입니다~ 조식 미포함이 조금 아쉽네여 저렴해서 그런지

L'hôtel en soit est bien. Propre, plutôt bien placé, calme. Points négatifs maintenant. L'odeur du pot sur tout l'étage a plusieurs reprises dans la journée est insoutenable. Même si certains membres du personnel sont très gentils, on a eu une très mauvaise expérience avec un membre du personnel a l'accueil. Hautain, méprisant, désagréable... Bref, une très mauvaise expérience

Close to the airport about 15 minutes to drive
We called in to request an early check in, lady over the phone was very kind to tell us yes it’s available and that they will accommodate us. After getting to hotel man at counter Damal ( or Damar ) tells us early checkin is extra $100. Then we asked for the welcome cookies which they said “sorry check in is at 3 pm so we can’t give you the cookies”. I personally love double tree but this location seems to be more self operated and don’t have the Hilton standards at all. I would never go there again or recommend to anyone else. They need their front desk staff trained.
Was a good stay. Hotel staff friendly. Room was clean and bed comfy. Would stay again. One thing though when booking, it specifically said separate tub and breakfast. And the lie detector determined that was a lie.
Room was fine, staff mediocre, parking over average , I can’t imagine paying $65.00 for breakfast. I would have to imagine I was at the bottom of the eifle tower in France. Once bitten twice shy.

You must pay for parking, good cleaning, nice beds, not bad for the price.
Shuttle available from airport, warm cookies at check in. Staff were polite and very helpful. Beds are clean and comfy. Would stay again for sure
