“Nice pool and sauna ”
Nice hotel, plenty of space in room. Very pricey in Summer. No fridge in room. Restaurant just really a burger place. Best two (3) things, staff at reception were super excellent and cave type pool and sauna.

“Excelentes stay ”
Front desk was very nice. They allowed us to do an early and late check in/out. Room are small but comfy. Grotto pool was beautiful. A great gate away for Two days. Breakfast at Chilis was delicious. I will go back there again.

“No A/C”
The Room we ended up with did not have AC. The only window in the room that could be opened shared a wall with the guest traffic lane. Noise and privacy dictated the window be kept closed. Not Good given summer temps in Banff.

Hotel was clean, in a decent spot considering the circumstances. No sir condition made it hard to sleep, beds and pillows were uncomfortable.

“Two stars”
Paid around $300 per night. Room was so congested for a couple. Not a good value for money I paid. Breakfast was nice though.

“Really good service ”
Hotel is rated 3* but actually it’s more like a 4*. Comfortable beds and has everything you need for a pleasant stay! Would recommend!

“FAVOURITE ”
Amazing stay in Banff at the Fox. Room upgrade to 2-level suite was worth it. Hot tub-pool was fun and the kids loved the cave-like appearance. Enjoyed inclusive continental breakfast. Bathrooms are stocked with local-based toiletries with essential oils. Location is great for proximity to everything! Beautiful view of the mountains from your room. Would definitely stay again!

“Very Clean, Rooms a bit small”
The hotel is very nice, clean with good staff. The on-site restaurant Chilis is good, but the menu a bit limited. One can take out breakfast if unable to take it there. The rooms are a bit small and on the tight side for the rate, and the sink is separate from the bathroom, in the bedroom. We found out a bit late that room service to clean up the room and replace towels etc has to be requested the night before, so after a long day out had to come back to an unprepared room.

“Best hot pool”
we enjoyed our stay, their hot pool is amazing. Safety precautions are in placed. There's complimentary bus pass to downtown banff so no need to drive and it's only 10 mins walk if you miss the bus. Downside- the bed was not that comfy but overall it is one of the best hotel to stay in banff.

“Beautiful Hotel, Less To Be Desired Items”
This hotel is a great location. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to get a good walk into town. The rooms are lovely, we stayed in a loft. Beautiful set up with stunning views. The decor could use some updating to match the newer bathroom. Beds are comfortable, and lots of space. The hot stub facility is amazing, and wonderful to use. It gets quite busy but found that early morning was the best time. The exercise room is less than to be desired. Not much in there, and the seating is in need of repair on all the machines. There is no lounge, only the Chili's. Pricing is average, as is the food. The continental breakfast is the most disappointing thing. You pay what you pay, to stay in this hotel and the breakfast is boring, not fresh and minimal. I was extremely dissatisfied with it. Not hot food aside from waffles. The eggs are hard boiled, and the fruit comes either from a bucket or frozen. You have an in restaurant option that you have to pay for.

“Loud”
This is a ski hotel with a chili’s hotel inside. It was loud with a party vibe. I was on a girl’s trip with my mom and we would’ve liked something quieter.

“最高!”
Terrific hotel. The room was a little small but comfortable and clean. The property is immaculate and the hot tub grotto was not to be missed. Parking underground felt safe. Chili's restaurant is on-site and a complimentary continental breakfast was included. It is a leisurely 10 minute walk to the town center. The bus runs right by the hotel and your room key gets free passage. I would definitely stay there again.

“It was clean. The room was small. The complimentary breakfast was good. ”
The complimentary breakfast might change some each day. After 2 days were were ready for a different place.

“Though the rooms were pleasant in design. Very dry very morning, fire place has leak”
The gym downstairs is embarrassing, the water flow was a drizzle, no pressure for shower or sink taps, cleaning staff made the bed but left all the towels on floors, didn’t clean any other part of the room, left the garbage but room empty cans and bottles. Extremely disappointed in the complementary breakfast. Odd amount of tiny pillows on bed. Positives were the hot tub which was greatly maintained, the view was great. Definitely not worth the price they want for a king suite room at all. A motel 6 is much more relaxing and House kept.

“有洞穴温泉”
酒店挺有意思，有一个洞穴温泉，美中不足是年头有点久，所以设施稍微陈旧了点。但是有免费的地下停车。我们订的房型有烧水壶好评

“Banff - Girls Trip”
We stayed here because of the pools (we've stayed here before). It's close to everything .. close enough to walk everywhere and the hotel is awesome.

“Great stay in Banff”
My wife and I had an amazing time at the Fox Hotel. Staff were on point, professional and polite, including recommending local places to eat that didn't break the Banff budget. The rooms do not have air conditioning -- which normally wouldn't be a problem, but there was a heat wave and while it wasn't unbearable at night, we did have to sleep with windows open to help cool the room. Overall, would stay again.
