“Wonderful hotel”

“素敵なホテル”
3泊しました。ホテルで当日トゥクトゥクを呼んでもらったり、アンコールワットの日の出に間に合うトゥクトゥクの予約もでき、市内移動はとても助かりました。朝食のメニューは日替わりで美味しくて飽きないし、プールものんびり出来ました。アンコール遺跡群巡りで筋肉痛になったので、スパを利用しましたが、とてもお手軽なお値段で気持ちいいマッサージをしてもらいました。スタッフ皆さん親切で、部屋も清潔で広く、とてもお勧めのホテル。シェムリアップ再訪時はまた予約したいです。

“食事も人も素晴らしい!”
ホテルのスタッフも皆笑顔で優しく、気持ちがいい。結婚記念日のお祝いでケーキを持ってきてくれ、お祝いしてくれた!また、朝ご飯も美味しく、その場で作ってくれるヌードルが最高! 部屋も広くて快適に過ごすことができた。また泊まりたいです!

“広くて快適”
友人たちとスイート（コネクティングルーム）を利用しました。 バスルームも二つあってとても便利。 お部屋も広くて快適に過ごせました。 キッチンがありますがカトラリーやお皿などはないので自炊はできません。

“ステキなホテル”
アンコールワットに行くためのステイです。中心街から徒歩圏のステキなホテル。ホテルの調度品も洗練された雰囲気で清潔な部屋、朝食、プールでのんびり滞在しました。良かったです。また泊まりたくなるホテルです。

“グループ向けの中級ホテル”
スタッフは皆和やかで優しくよかったです。ロビーは狭くやや暗いので中級ホテル感が漂います。また館内全体に華やいだ感じはないのでリゾートホテルという感じではありません。でも、そう思っていれば別に何も問題はありません。立地も悪くありません。家族３人で行って１つの大部屋の中に鍵のかかる部屋が３つとシャワー&トイレが3つある部屋でした。それぞれにシャワー&トイレがあるのは快適でした。カードキーが扉ごとに１枚だったのは不便でした。部屋がとても広いので扉を開けるまでちょっと手間です。レストランははからずも朝昼晩と食べましたが、十分合格点です。外で食べればいいと思いますが何かの都合で食べることになっても嫌な思いをすることはありません。朝食時に目の前で作ってくれるフォーは美味しかったです。プールはやや透明度がありませんでしたが、7-19時で入れて、中学水泳部の子どもが喜んで泳いでいました。HPなど美しいプール写真が印象的ですがは盛りすぎだと思いましたが笑 小学生以下が泳ぐには1.5mくらいの所が多いので要注意ですね。マッサージは安いですが、素人さんのような人がやるので、期待しているなら専門店に行ったほうがないでしょう。ホテル前にトゥクトゥクがいつも待機しているのでホテルの人に頼んで値段交渉すれば安心です。オールドマーケットや6号線沿いの大きなスーパーマーケットまでは片道2ドルでした。時間借りもできます。なお最寄りのスーパーは徒歩5分くらいのアジアンエキスプレス？とかいう所です。リゾートを求めず大家族やグループで行くには良いホテルと思います。値段は高めかなと思います。

“とても良かったです”
3ベッドルームスイートに滞在しましたが、とても良かったです。部屋は3つで、キングベッドが1つずつある部屋が2つ、シングルベッドが2つある部屋が1つ、大きなリビング（ソファとテーブルあり）と簡易キッチンで構成されています。 キッチンには大きな冷蔵庫、シンク、電子レンジ、電気コンロがありましたが、調理器具は全くなくて使用できませんでした〜皿や食器類もありません。おそらく料理は禁止の場所のようですㅎㅎ トイレも全部で3つあり、トイレもすべて広いです。シャワーブースがあり、バスタブはありません。 各部屋には鍵で開けるロック装置も別にあります。私たちは単にドアを開けて使用しましたが、複数の家族が集まって宿泊する場合はプライベートに各部屋を使えるので良いと思います。 朝食も美味しかったですㅎㅎ 毎日少しずつ違うメニューが出て、オムレツやフォーも注文するとすぐに作ってくれます。スタッフの方々もとても親切で、後でシェムリアップに行くことがあれば再度滞在したいと思える満足のいくホテルでした〜

“最高のホテル！！”
これまで3つ星から5つ星までいくつか泊まりましたが、このホテルが一番いいです。キッチン付きなので、近くのアンコールマーケットで買った果物とか食べたり、電子レンジ、トースター、ポットもあって便利です。清潔で水回りの排水の状態もいいです。掃除もこまめにしていて、プールも綺麗です。朝食も美味しかったです。スタッフも親切です。次回も泊まりたいです!

“全てが完璧”
スタッフの方々、皆さんよく教育されていて、いつもにこやかに挨拶をしてくれ、あたたかい気持ちになります。 2ベッドルームに家族四人で宿泊しました。 充分すぎるほどゆったりとした広さで、それだけでもゆったり過ごせるのですが、チリひとつなく清潔な部屋、シンプルでありながらウッディー調で素敵なインテリア、タオルまで非常に良い香りで、細部にまで気を配っておられ、私が今まで宿泊した中で1番と言っても良い、とてもおススメのホテルです。アメニティも充実しています。 朝日鑑賞のためブレックファーストボックスをお願いしたいところ、籐で編まれたボックスにたくさん入れていただき、四人分なので重たいくらいで…。遺跡観光には荷物になるので15分ほどの道中ですぐに食べるか、鑑賞後に一旦車に帰って食べる方が良いかも⁈私たちはガイドさんが気を利かせてくださり、朝日待ちの間に遺跡で食べて、鑑賞後に車に持って行ってくれました。 コロナのため、食器類は食器棚に入れていないとの事でしたが、必要な時にいつでも持ってきていただけるとのことでした。 近くにショッピングモールが2軒あり便利です。 大きなホテルではないので朝食はそこまで品数はないのですが、質が良く、本当においしくいただきました。 価格面で⭐︎−1にしたのは、同じアゴダのサイトなのに、ドル払いだと半額以下（三分の一近く）の価格だったからです。 円安にしても価格差にびっくりしました。

年末にシンガポールから家族4人３泊。街道沿いの大型リゾートホテルと市街地のブティック型とで迷ったが、いろいろ観たい最初の観光ならこちらで正解。朝に到着し部屋の清掃が終わるまでの数時間で市街地の観光が散歩しながら完了できる。朝から遺跡を観光したら、昼過ぎにはホテルに戻らないと暑くて体力持たないため、プールで涼んだ後に夕方に軽く散歩できる市街地に近いロケーションは良かった。夕方は交通量も砂埃も多いため街道沿いは移動手段がストレス。ゆっくりと過ごすならば遺跡に近い大型の施設内が静かで落ち着くかも。食事はクメール料理も西洋料理も美味しいため、昼間疲れ果てたからホテルで食べるという惰性な選択肢に罪悪感を覚えない。部屋、プール、レストランなど全ての施設は極めて清潔。隣のショッピングモールの騒音は9時過ぎまでややうるさい。日本人客割合多。ちなみに日の出ツアーには朝食ボックスを用意してくれます。空気が澄んでないため日本で観るような日輪やご来光感はなく、1000人近くがスマホ持ってすし詰めで立ちぱなし１時間近く待つ程はバエず、オススメしません。

悪い点は無いです。 スタッフは総じて感じがよく、ロケーションもとても良いです。 食事も美味しいですし、部屋も広く、プールも快適です。 最高にオススメのホテルです。

“スタッフ教育全般、大変良い。”
到着早々に丁寧に説明頂き、ウェルカムドリンクを頂きながらサービス全般をご案内頂きました。 滞在中、静かさが保たれゆっくり出来たこと、ホテル出入りするたびに声がけ頂き、ホテル専属のトゥクトゥク手配の必要有無を聞いて貰ったり、名前を覚えて頂きお気遣い頂きました。 プールでもレストランのメニューが注文でき、少し寒い時には暖かいスープを注文する事も出来ました。 レストランはどの料理も美味しく満足でした。プールのサイズはそれほど大きくないものの、宿泊客が多く無いのでゆっくり出来ます。 ホテル手配の観光ツアーもあり。車のみの手配も可能です。宿泊される方は少しでも英語が出来ると便利と思います。 朝食も必要十分と思います。 ホテルガイドにある写真の様なスイート、豪華さは有りませんが、部屋も複数あり清潔、家族連れに最適と思います。 因みにホテルの教育担当は日本人との事。 時折、指導教育に日本から来訪されるとの話でした。気遣いの仕方が日本のホテル、旅館に近い感じなので納得しました。 日本語は通じませんがお勧め致します。 大変お世話になりました。

“立地は良い”
立地はよいです。となりに小さいですが、カフェなどが入っている場所もあり、便利は良いです。 寝室が少し狭いのと、ホテルの入り口がわかりずらいですが、ソンテウも割とひろいやすかったです。

“繁華街から少し離れた静かで寛げる宿”
初めてのカンボジア旅行で小学生の子供2人と親子3人。こちらでは2泊お世話になりました！ 空港で家主さんと待ち合わせし安心して宿まで着くことが出来ました。 お部屋は十分な広さでハンモックもあり子供達は大喜び♡ シャワーの水圧も程々に良く女性には嬉しいドライヤーもありました。 シャンプーは無かったので持っていった方がいいです。 朝食も大変美味しく頂きました。また、伺いたい場所です！ありがとうございました。

“GOOD !!”
小さめのホテルなので 貸し切りって思えるほど静か。 滞在中も他の宿泊客に会うのは朝食時のみ（それも少数）といえるほどでした。 部屋もコンドを改装したホテルなのか２人には広すぎるくらいの使い勝手の良い作りで、 スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで友達感覚で対応できこのホテルに宿泊出来て良かった。 また、Siem Reapへの旅行時にはこのホテルに宿泊したいです。

“スタッフさんが素晴らしかった”
出かける時には、フロントのスタッフさんがどこに行くのか必ず声をかけてくれて、トゥクトゥクの手配もすぐにしてくれました。 ホテルが新しいので全てが清潔で、プールもきれいでした。 3歳と5歳の子どもを連れていきましたが、5歳だけ朝食代がかかりました。

スタッフはとても親切で、部屋も広く清潔に保たれていました。 ランチやディナーのためにオールドマーケット周辺に行きましたが、片道2ドルで行けました。 ただ１つ不満だったのはシャワーの排水です。1人浴びただけで水溜りができてしまっていました。

家族５人での滞在には広すぎるほどの素晴らしいお部屋でした。 近くには、飲食店をはじめ、２４時間営業のコンビニ、スーパーマーケット、さらには、スターバックスが入った商業ビルも近くにあり、滞在中は大変便利でした。 また、私たちが滞在中は、ホテルにインターン研修中の日本人スタッフの方がいらっしゃって、いろんな相談に対応していただき、大変お世話になりました。 スタッフの方の笑顔も素晴らしく、申し分ないホテルでしたが、願わくば、日本人スタッフに常駐していただくようになれば、日本人旅行者の宿泊がもっと増え、さらに素晴らしいホテルになると思ってます。

“Cozy and Friendly Stay”
Koulen Hotel has a great central location - a 15 mins drive to Angkor Wat and about 15 mins walk to Pub Street. The area is quiet and not busy, making it ideal for a good night rest. The staffs were super friendly and accommodating, ensuring that we had a great stay at the hotel. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning - the homemade peanut butter was exceptional! Additionally, the hotel was able to provide breakfast box for us to take on our sunrise tour to Angkor Wat. The 3-bedroom suite was very spacious and plenty of room for our family of 5. All in all, a cozy and enjoyable stay!

“Relaxing hotel”
We staid for 3 nights. A peaceful hotel on a quiet street but a walkable distance to the town . The room was lovely with a balcony and separate lounge area . The bed was comfy with lush pillows and the shower was good. Breakfast had a lovely choice and all delicious . The pool was beautiful . After a day at Angkor Wat we treated ourselves to a massage at the hotels spa and it was wonderful . The staff here were very attentive and we enjoyed our stay.

Great apartment with loads of space and balcony overlooking the pool. Super helpful and friendly Staff. Easy to get to Angkor Wat and all the main temples. Walk to Angkor Museum,. Other restaurants nearby. Very pleased with our stay.

“A delightful hotel”
We have visited Siem Reap on several occasions over the last twenty years and this time decided to stay somewhere simpler than the top-rated hotels which are excessively over-priced for what they offer. The Koulen Hotel has proven delightful. The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped. Buffet breakfasts have a good range of dishes. The only disappointment was the percolated coffee, which was underwhelming, but seems to be standard in most hotels even these days when guests are used to high quality. (The tea was also sitting in a percolator.) One feature stood out: the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff on the front desk and breakfast room who were exceptional and made the stay special.
