空港送迎（片道）15＄×２。チェックイン時にスタッフに支払いを済ませたが、チェックアウト時に再度支払いを求められ、いくら弁明してもビデオを見せられ弁解の余地なし。数秒のビデオ。しかし、チェックイン時までの20数分間のビデオチェックは無し。こんなひどい仕打ちを受けたのは初めて。もし、個人で泊まるのであれば現金支払いやカードレス支払いは要チェックされたし。プノンペンの印象が変わりました。二度と行きません。

“立地、設備の素晴らしいホテルです”
立地は王宮裏で申し分無いです。 朝食もバラエティー豊富でとても美味しいです。マンゴーも沢山有りました。プールも広く、特に夜はライトアップされ人も少ないので泳ぐのに最適です。 ただ、スタッフが余り親切では無いのと オペレーションが余りちゃんとしていません。それ以外ではとてもオススメ出来ます。

“王宮まで散歩がてらにいけるのはうれしい”
出張の合間に時間をみて散歩がてらに王宮や博物館にいけるのは良かった。博物館で午後７時からやっているクメール舞踊は一見の価値あり。

“「パレスゲートホテル＆リゾートby EHM」プノンペンでの素晴らしい体験”
「パレスゲートホテル＆リゾートバイEHM」での滞在は素晴らしかったです。スタッフはとても親切で礼儀正しかったです。私たちは4人家族で、ベジタリアンでした。子供たちのために特定の料理（ベジタリアンパスタ、フライドポテト、ベジタリアンヌードル）が提供できるか確認したところ、快く対応してくれました。旅行の4日間、私たちが望むものをすべて手に入れることができました。部屋は広々としていて、よく整備されていました。場所は王宮のすぐ隣で、とても便利でした。チェックアウトの日、私たちが外出している間、午後に子供たちがロビーで快適に過ごすことを許可してくれました。全体として、とても快適な滞在であり、このホテルを強くお勧めします。
