I understand your disappointment with the lack of amenities, late-night food & beverages options, and overpriced rooms. It's definitely concerning that there weren't any matches or lighters available, especially for smokers who only want to use designated areas. The lack of essential toiletries like cotton buds after showering is also inconvenient; however, this amenity is provided upon request which we are more than happy to provide, this is part of Marriott Sustainability program.
