“Definitely Coming Back!”
I went to Koh Rong Samloem with my friend to escape the busy life in Phnom Penh. When we arrived, we could already tell that the staff are really friendly and we were right! Our first night there was epic. Met new friends whom we had drinks, chat and danced with. Yes, we danced all night, the staff would let us choose music we want and go crazy the whole night. On our second day, we did something different. You really never know what's gonna happen. Me and my friend wanted to sing after last night's grinding on the dance floor. There was no Karaoke but the staff still made it happen for us. It was bummer that we only stayed for 2 nights. So me and friend said that we are definitely going back for more. The food was great and the room was nice and comfy with a beautiful view. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

“The BEST!!!”
We missed the boat so can not check in in time, then we called to ask if we can check in tomorrow. And to our surprise they told us it's okay for us to check in tomorrow. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The room is so nice and clean and spacious. We will def come again to them next time. They also waited us at the pier. Very recommended !!!

“Humid room”
No boat waiting at the pier to help customers with suitcases. The room was very humid and full of mosquitos.

We are sorry that our boat was not there at your time of arrival. We normally arrive to pick up our guests up from the pier, but you must contact us first to tell us what time and with what company you are coming with. Cambodia is a wet and humid country, especially during the rainy season. All rooms have mosquito nets and we still recommend our guests to bring mosquito repellents as it is a monsoon season. “New Beach Bungalow in Sanloem”
The hotel sits on a beach in Koh rong Sanloem. I would get the seaview next time because the view will be much better. The garden view is at the back of the seaview bungalow with a little bit of tree (decorated with lights at night). I think the hotel is run by expat. It has nice and cozy feel to it. The hotel staff that help you check in is very nice (i cannot remember her name) but she's very friendly and give is lots of info as this is our first time. She even help us arrange for the boat to the pier for our departure the next day. She also help us booked for plankton tour (MUST DO IN Sanloem) and it was awesome (very recommended). The island have few minimart and you can eat in any restaurant in any resort. We choose to eat in our hotel. The food was really nice (breakfast too) and reasonably price. Outside the bungalow you get your own bean bag to sit on and we love the spray to clean your feet from the sand. But the room can get very sandy too. No hot water but have A/C

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location ”
Very clean and basic rooms . But we are on a small island so that is what we can expect . If you stay here be sure to stay with beach view because they are the ONLY ones with HOT water . The good thing is that there is air con ,happy hour between 12-6 . A veranda on the little house . Beds are quite hard but my friend who stayed at One Resort said the same thing about them . It would be helpful with some hangers to hang the clothes . The mosquito nets seem new and clean .

Hotel ubicado a pasos del mar, frente a una playa paradisiaca y tranquila. excelente habitación con vista al mar, personal amable y servicial, el hotel cumple al 100% !!

Pas cher mais mauvais, sale, environment. Exterior sale, WiFi seulement à la réception. N'avons pas dormis et changé d'établissement. Tant pis pour la réservation perdue.

“Passen sie auf ihr Geld auf !!!!betrug bei Rechnungsstellung ”
Ich konnte jetzt einen ganzen Roman schreiben uber das Personal. Da fehlt mir die Zeit. Deshalb in Kurzform. Das personal schiebt ihnen Rechnungen unter fur Leistungen die sie nie bekommen haben. Es waren Spagetti und Bier auf meiner Rechnung was ich nie bestellt habe. Das westliche Personal ( nicht das Personal aus Kambodscha ) steht aus meiner Sicht unter Drogen Einfluss. Schauen sie sich mal die Augen an. Das personal aus Kambodscha lauft mit freien Oberkörper und Unterhose durchs Restaurant und verteilt das Essen. Wem gefallt kann dort gerne essen. Ich nicht. Ich kann ihnen nur empfehlen passen sie auf ihr Geld auf wenn sie dort wohnen.

Ich habe noch nie schlechteres Personal gesehen als dort. Der eine Mann vom Personal rennt ständig in Unterhose und freien Oberkörper rum und Serviert das Essen. Das war schon fur Mich ein Grund dort nicht zu essen. Außerdem probiert das Personal standing ihnen Rechnungen unterzuschieben. Auf meiner Rechnung standen plötzlich Spagetti. Obwohl ich dort nie gegessen habe. Weiter wurden mir Bier berechnet außerhalb der Happy Hour. Dieses musste ich bezahlen obwohl ich schon 15 Minuten vor Beendigung der Happy Hour gegangen bin. Schauen sie sich mal die Augen der 2 Europäischen Mitarbeiter an. Aus meiner Sicht sind da Drogen im Spiel. Meiden sie das Hotel besser und falls nicht passen sie auf ihr Geld auf.

“Stets bemüht ”
Da diese Anlage im Aufbau begriffen ist, kann man dieses Hotel nicht uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Die Mängel im Service sind sichtbar! Das Personal war allerdings bemüht, diese Mängel nicht allzu offensichtlich werden zu lassen! Gebt dieser Unterkunft noch ein wenig Zeit!😊

“Bestaat niet meer”
De accomodatie bestaat niet meer. het blijkt al een paar maanden te zijn afgebroken maar ik kon het nog wel boeken via Agoda. Aangekaart bij Agoda maar nog geen reactie gehad van Agoda. NIET boeken want er is alleen zand en bomen over. Alles is afgebroken.

“Mostly good”
The team at Sarasea were kind and thorough and I loved the location. When initially booking I didn't mind the high season pricing (it was New Years Eve) but the restaurant let it down. Packet instant coffee or cheap tea in a glass meant that my planned lazy mornings of having a nice breakfast to start the day ended in needing to go outside to find something higher quality. The menu really trends toward pub food, I would've appreciated healthier options. The room was clean, the facilities were sufficient and the location was great. But, it wasn't quite good enough given the pricing was the same as actual resorts nearby.

All of our rooms are very comfortable and I am pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. Although we are on an island with limited electricity, all rooms do come with Wi-Fi, air-con and hot water! Sara's location is extremely popular with guests because we are right in the heart of Saracen Bay, near everything you could need during your time on the island. Normally, our breakfast is very popular with guests, so I do apologise that you didn't like it on this occasion. Our prices are a bit higher compared to what you might expect on the mainland, nevertheless I do believe that we provide value for money for the service we provide on Koh Rong Samloem island.
