“初めてのベルギー旅行”
駅に近い、スタッフが良い、モダンで綺麗ブリュッセル南駅の中にあるのでとても便利で良かったです。 お洒落でモダンで綺麗なホテルで室内も清潔で本当に素晴らしかったです。 格安で予約出来て凄く良かったのですが、料金を前払いしているのにチェックインの時に預かり金？50ユーロをクレジットカードから引かれ、チェックアウトの時戻って来なかった事がちょっと理解出来なかったです。 それから、トイレットペーパーのホルダーが壁から外れていたので、凄く使いにくかった事が残念でした。 その2点を除けば快適なホテルだと思います。

“Good change over ”
If you want a place to bridge your train travel this is the prefect spot. Direct located in Midi it a short walk front and to the trains. Various dinner options are available in close proximity. The breakfast is well sorted so you should find what you are looking for. Staff is well trained, knowledgeable and always ready to help. For work the room layout is not optimal so do not plan lengthy meetings or document work while there

“Good Location for Connectivity but not the best place for first time visitors”
Stayed for 5 nights. The hotel is adjacent to the Midi Station which offers good connectivity if you plan to take trains. However, the area around the hotel is very dirty and sketchy. There is nothing much to see around except the Sunday Market which was nice to buy fresh produce. I had to change my room after check in as the room AC was not working. Otherwise the staff and the breakfast were nice.

“Stay at pullman”
Room was great although housekeeping service could be improved. There was one occasion where the towels were not replaced but the hotel staff did respond promptly. All in, would still recommend a stay.

“Great hotel next to the train station”
The location is fantastic, next to the train station so that you can come from another city or country by train, or travel direct from the airport. Very close to the major attractions of the city. Lots of places to eat nearby, if you dont fancy the restaurants in the hotel. Great rooms, fantastic staff.

“Location, cleanliness”
Good location, right by the train station. Can walk to central 15 mins but need to be careful a bit. The room is nice and clean, just can't control the air con temperature, it was cold. Overall, great!

“location is excellent”
In term of the room service, need to improve as we need to call few time in order to get the things send to us. Which it did affect my view with Pullman as i have try other country and never encounter this kind of services before

“safety and convenience ”
It is the best choice for travelling by train that be a part in the train station then take a few minutes to arrive at platform . The room and facilities are standard of Pullman but I had some bad feeling by a cooker on the date of April 7 as he ignored to make fried eggs for my group therefore I had to ask a waiter to order for us.

“Highly Recommended!”
We had a very pleasant stay here at Pullman. The hotel is connected to the Brussels Station which is very convenient. We booked a room for a night and it was very spacious, clean, and has got minibar also! The only minor downside was our room view that faced other guests room. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for anyone seeking accommodation nearby Brussels Station!

“Good Hotel for travellers”
Stayed here for few nights as our first time here in Brussels. The location was perfect if you travel by train or Metro all around Belgium. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze and breakfast was sufficiently nice.

“Love the location and how comfy it is”
Every thing was great until 1 staff was pretty rude to us. I hope it's not discrimination with racism issue.:) By the way, it would be nice for the office of hotel to check and I think training helps. For the sake of other travelers that will come to stay at your hotel.

“Right beside Brussels midi station!!”
Strategic location for travellers, as you often need to travel to other parts of Belgium by train, definitely worth for its strategic location but room maintenance wise should be improved, our bathroom door is faulty but no one can help with this and we have to bear to shower with opened doors for two consecutive nights, be sure to request for room changing when you find out about this, which they are not able to arrange for us that time.

Near to the tube station. Decent hotel for a short stay. But do take note outside the hotel there’s many homeless people. Just be extra careful at night. But the hotel is good.

“central location with pros and cons”
very convenient location as its beside the central train station. Cons are its going to have shady people around and the adjacent areas are going to feel shady. Rooms are a bit run down, found huge yellow stains all over the room on the lamp shade and window curtains. Otherwise place is pretty clean. The design of toilet being separate from shower/basin is understandable but does it have to be all the way on the other side? Would be great if there are usb charging ports, and secured wifi as opposed to open wifi.

“Accommodation was perfect”
Loved the proximity to Brussels midi. The area was quite rough. The moules across the road were fantastic. The in house restaurant was abysmal. Felt like a second class citizen. Service a total bypass. The response when questioned "we had a VIP group in the other room" I was hoping to entertain corporate guests the following night. But could not take the risk

Not that expensive considering location and level of hotel. Beautiful rooms and nice staff. Just above the station, which has a supermarket and some cafes. Quiet. Around the station there seemed to be a lot of homeless / dodgy looking people. A 25 minute walk to Grande Place. Overall great!

“Great location”
Its location is the best with a few minute walk from the train platform. Breakfast is good but can be improved by increasing the variety of foods. Staffs are nice and helpful.

“Location staff r excellent easy to access to everywhere ”
Total are excellent , front desk staff . I stay 2 nights , the room is clean for day one , day 2 a bit late clean up.

“Massive stains on carpets… room not cleaned ”
If I could submit a photo I would… how this was missed I do not know.. complained twice and nothing done about it…not four star cleanliness or staff to sort out the problem…

“A convenient and clean hotel”
Is good for travelers looking for location convenience. You can directly access the hotel via 5 min walk in the Midi station, so it’s fine to take train but not taxi in the airport.

“Nice hotel with bad location ”
The location is extremely bad unless you’d like to travel by train. Cause it’s connecting with the midi train station. The hotel is very good, clean m, the staff is nice, but if you need something from them you should ask twice to have it. But it’s ok I recommend this hotel if you’re traveling by train and one more thing .. the bar in 1st floor is amazing 🤩

“Good service recovery”
I checked into a room where the shower clogged and water overflowed. Housekeeping was not attentive but front desk was quick to change to the next room to reduce inconvenience. Proximity to train stations was my main reason for choosing it.

“Comfortable stay”
We had a comfortable stay in Pullman. Hotel is at the station itself which gives you advantage of connectivity with Brussel as well as to nearby stations like Bruges and Ghent. Breakfast was even good and had some French and Belgium dishes .

“Great location”
Perfect location it travelling by trains or Eurostar, breakfasts were very basic and overcrowded, felt like you were eating in a youth hostel.

“Attached to Brussel Midi Station”
Super easy to go everywhere. Breakfast was great, well designed room and bathroom. It was truly a comfortable stay at Pullman Brussels Centre Midi.
