“Beautiful clean hotel”
Really nice hotel, situated in a great central location. Friendly staff, nice bar, excellent breakfast. The rooms are really nice with a lot of character and super clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

“weekend away in Bruges”
We have stayed in this hotel several times. It is situated in the middle of Bruges so is easy to walk anywhere. The hotel is immaculate, the staff are very friendly and efficient and the bar is very comfortably furnished. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. There is also parking which is huge bonus in Bruce, although it is very tight to enter.

“Fantastic hotel in Bruges ”
I stayed in the Grand Hotel for 3 nights recently and it was fantastic. Beautiful hotel and decor, welcoming and friendly staff, lovely rooms which were huge with a massive bed and bathroom and very clean. This hotel is located in a perfect location in central Bruges. I would definitely stay here again.

“Another fantastic stay at our favourite hotel!”
We love this hotel and have stayed there four times. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast is outstanding. The staff are helpful and polite and it is located just off the main square on a quieter street but just a few hundred yards to the bustling centre.

“Great stay”
We stayed at the Grand Casselbergh for 3 nights. Our room was clean and comfortable and we were grateful for the (quiet) air conditioning as it was very hot in Bruges during our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great- lots of choice and very juice waffles. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

“Central hotel - lovely rooms”
Very central hotel with lovely rooms. The breakfast room was far too hot during our stay and needs some attention by the hotel. If using the car park, be warned it is a car lift and tight spaces :D

“Lovely historic hotel in a great location”
A beautiful historic hotel with a modern extension which housed the basement fitness room & breakfast room. Our room, right at the end of the corridor, was nice & quiet although there was only the view of the roof tops. Gorgeous chandelier in the room itself with grand curtains & a thoroughly modern bathroom. Bed was XL size. Location is excellent. 2mins to the Basilica & behind that is the Belfry. Plenty of restarants all around.

And a small castle it was. Everything felt Grand & Majestic. Being in old part of the city parking was a bit tight but manageable. Very nice location, close to the happening places.

“Everything you need and more ”
Perfect location. Not too close but not too far. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the wellness center sauna and steam room. Great place to relax after a long day of sight seeing. I absolutely recommend this place.

“Fantastic Stay at Grand Hotel Casselbergh”
My stay at Grand Hotel Casselbergh was fantastic! The hotel is perfectly located, making it easy to explore all the main attractions. The breakfast was simply wonderful, with a great variety of delicious options. The parking had a somewhat narrow entrance, but there were plenty of spaces available, which was very convenient. Highly recommend!

“Perfect hotel in Brugge”
Grand Hotel Casselbergh is about as good as it gets. Beautiful, spacious and well appointed. Only half a block from the city hall square and a block and a half from the main square which makes it very convenient to everything but just far enough from the crowds to be quiet. Staff was exceptional. Best hotel I've stayed at in Europe. Most highly recommended.

“Beautiful Accommodations in the Center of Bruges”
Best location possible. The room was luxuriously comfortable -- especially the bed. A top-notch hotel, just where you want to be to enjoy Bruges after the day-trip tourists catch their last buses home

“Best bathroom in Bruges !”
We have stayed across the city in varuious types of accomodation and CB offer by far teh cleanest well kept bathroom with all the facilities needed and lovely little toiletries. They are in a handy location just tucked away behind the main square with easy access to all the central popular places and right opposite one of our favourite eateries, Diligence , We had super friendly and very professional service throughout our stay from check in, to bar to check out and luggage store. We did not take advantage of the breakfast on offer mainly as we have preferred places in the city being frequent visitors, but also felt 30 euros a head was pretty steep for a breakfast even by Bruges hotel standards. We booked last minute for spontaneous trip and would for sure stay here again. We really liked the convenience of the in room air conditioning thermostat but would have liked the tea coffee milk to be replenished daily. As ever my one complaint of almost all hotels is the pointless size of the tea/coffee cups ! Please maybe start having mugs ! See you next time.

“Lovely stay, great location, lovely room. ”
Room was large and spacious. Great bathroom and shower. Would have liked daily water option as you get with a new room. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. A little pricey but would stay again.
