Hotel staffs are hospitable and warm. Exceptional service from staff. Hotel is centrally located in Sydney and 15 mins walk to Sydney harbour. Complete facilities including swimming pool as not all hotels in Sydney have pool.

“Excellent location”
Just spent a comfortable week at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel. We arrived six hours before check-in time, and our room was already ready for us. Our Standard Atrium room had a clean design with a large bathroom with separate bathtub from the shower area. The bed was comfortable. Drinking water was replaced daily and the room had complimentary cookies and TimTams. The staff was very polite professional. The concierge services were also outstanding. While the buffet breakfast had a decent spread, it was extremely repetitive with only 1 main "special of the day" providing a bit of variety. Best thing about the hotel is its central location in the CBD. Virtually every major tourist attraction is within walking distance, and there is also easy access to public transportation. I would stay here again.

“Beyond Expectation”
The rooms are spacious due to high ceiling, clean and very comfortable beds with selection of pillow firmness. Breakfast was delightful. Situated in prime location.

Loved our previous stays at Radisson but will be renaming and redoing end of month. Room ok, dated. Vivid on so was more expensive then usual. Sydney now has better options.

The hotel is located in a great area, however, there is construction next to it, which can make it noisy when walking by. The room is acceptable but feels a bit worn out. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a view—just a wall. The room was somewhat dark and faced the yard, but on the plus side, it was quiet. The staff members are friendly, and the pool area, along with the spa and sauna, is nice. The buffet was great.

“It was a good stay save for the receptionist service”
When we booked this place months ago, I made sure to put in a note saying I was travelling with 3 chilren, 1 of them an infant, so I asked for "adjoining rooms". When we got there, they gave us two separate hotel rooms that are not even beside each other (4 doors apart) on the same floor. When we complained about it, they tried to gaslight us, saying we should have asked for "connecting rooms" and not adjoining ones. Did the meaning of the word adjoining change overnight? Did they not read my note at all that we are traveling with young children and would want the whole family to stay in one place together? They did not even make an effort to give us two rooms that were at least beside each other. The doormen were very exceptional and helpful hence the two stars. Otherwise would have given 0.

“Perfect location for everything”
Stayed there for a week. Walkable distance for almost everything you need to see in Sydney and public transport. Clean room, helpful staff, excellent services. Food is nice too.

The hotel is located right in the cbd with proximity to Opera House, Sydney harbour and local transportation. Very clean and hygienic hotel with friendly staff. Good facilities and rooms are clean and well done up!

My husband, two 15 year old girls and I stayed in a King Balcony and Studio Spa Suite. We had interconnecting rooms, the spa suite is really nice, the king room is basic and fairly small. Unfortunately we had many issues with the room keys, 11pm night one our keys stopped working, firstly reception asked us to come down and have new keys made. Those also didn’t work, we were locked out for 30 minutes waiting for assistance. Sitting in the hallway with 2 teenage girls wasn’t the best way to end an evening, all 4 room keys wouldn’t work. The following morning we were locked out once again after breakfast, we waited again 20 minutes. Daytime staff were absolutely lovely, always friendly and happy to help. Night staff were not, one gentlemen was extremely rude. It would have been nice if they listed somewhere that they don’t allow food from outside to be taken to rooms, no uber eats etc. We had no issues day 1 & 2, but the night staff refused and were very rude. A polite explanation and we would be understanding. Fridge in the rooms do not work, they are barely cool at all and more so room temperature. Both rooms were the same and no option to make them cooler. Breakfast was very good, eggs made to order and a good variety. I would have liked some form of acknowledgment of the inconveniences with our room keys, and friendly staff. Outside of this we enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are spacious and nice and clean. Great powerful shower with toiletries provided. Bed comfortable, I personal struggled with pillows, but there is a pillow menu. I thought the breakfast for what it was, was a bit expensive. Good location for bridge & the opera house. Lots of bars & restaurants nearby. Overall 4 out of 5 starts for me.

Clean, spacious rooms. We requested for an extra bed and they were able to provide one without additional charge. Breakfast buffet was okay, staff were amazing. The hot tub was great! Will book again, 10/10

“Birthday getaway ”
We had the best time here. Loved the heritage building, the food, service & welcome we received from all the staff. A special shout out goes to Nazim the manager he went out of his way & I felt celebrated on my birthday! What a welcome! A big thank you to the house keeping lady who did a fantastic job, Sunita who helped with all of my questions and Tyron the concierge. We had the most wonderful experience on our first time in Ausi.

“Family of 4 - 2 x rooms - Sydney get away”
Loved the central city location of this hotel. Rooms were smallish however worked well for our long weekend stay. We booked 2 x rooms for a family of 4 Wouldn’t recommend upgrading to a balcony room (which we did) as balconies are tiny Juliette style and not usable, so a complete waste of money Otherwise the hotel itself, staff and location etc were all great value for money.
