“こじんまりしているが満点のアクセス”
フリーバス555へのアクセス、周辺のレストラン、ショッピング今回、IBISグループのシドニーに初めて宿泊しましたが、とにかくホテル代は高く感じました。ただし、どこも高いのでロケーションを考えますとパフォーマンスはいい方かと思います。

“繫華街にあるホテル”
ショッピングに便利なロケーション繫華街に位置しており、ショッピングには便利なロケーションです。出張の最終日での利用でしたのでお土産を買うのには便利でしたが、周りが夜でも賑やかなので翌日に大事な仕事があるタイミングでの利用はあまりお勧めできません。部屋は広くはないですが、２~３日の利用には問題ありません。

値段のわりにきれい。値段のわりにきれい。夜静か。ロケーションもよい。観光しやすい。空港送迎バスもあり、とても便利なホテル。

“出張なら使えるホテル”
ロケーションが良いお風呂にカビが生えていたので清潔かどうかは？？？おそらく部屋の換気ができていない。また、廊下で話する声がまる聞こえだった。

“便利”
便利な立地周りにはコンビニが何店かあるし、シドニータワーにも近いです。オペラハウスやサーキュラー駅にも頑張れば歩けます。

“便利な場所に立地。部屋はやや狭い。”
小さなホテルでしたが、ジムがあったのはプラス。風呂はシャワーだけで、バスタブはありませんでした。特に問題はなく、短期の出張で利用するには良いと思います。また、シドニーの中心地なので、観光にも便利です。

“便利がよい。”
どこに行くのも便利な場所。清潔感がない。値段相応かもしれませんし、ホテルランクからして妥当かもしれませんが、部屋にはこばえが何匹もおり、清潔感に欠けるホテルでした。 ただし、街に出て遊ぶとか、ツアーに参加する分には利便性のよいホテルです。

“ロケーションの良いビジネスホテル”
受付の担当者が親切な対応であった。隣の部屋の音が良く聞こえた。部屋は狭いが、出張利用であれば十分な間取り。ホテル近辺には、飲食店、バーがたくさんあり、飲み食いには不自由しませんでした。ダーリングハーバーへも徒歩10分、サーキュラーキーへも徒歩20分で行ける好立地にあります。

“都市の中心”
場所が何よりも最高。とても安全で周りに大型スーパーや酒屋や駅が何でもそろっている。やや狭かった。とてもきれいだし、立地条件は最高。セントラルとタウンホールの間という、２大中心駅の真ん中辺りに位置している。徒歩でどこへでも難なくいける距離。 とても清潔でテレビも大きかった。スタッフの態度は普通といってところ。

“アクセスが便利☆”
贅沢な感じではないですが、普通に快適に過ごすことができました。早朝にチェックインしても部屋に入れる時間まで荷物を預かってもらえるし、深夜に帰っても平気です。気軽に利用できるホテルだと思います。受付の方が少し無愛想でした。英語がきちんと話せないといけない雰囲気でした。central駅まで徒歩10分程でアクセスが良いです☆central駅では早朝から空港へ直通の電車が通ってたので安心して帰ることができました。周りにはコンビにやスーパーもあって困ることも無かったです☆英語できない人にも優しく接してくれてたらもっと良かったのにって思います。

small rooms but ok for a couple of nights city stay. coles across the road..walk to museum or central station. great breakfast for extra fee. happy they had GF toast for me. good start to the day.

“Noisy Stay Despite Central Location”
Great location in the heart of the city, close to public transport. However, the room is small and poorly soundproofed—you can hear everything next door. Worst of all, it’s beside a pub with loud music until midnight. Avoid if you value peace and quiet.

Everything about this hotel was great except the price but that's more likely because of the fiasco that is the Albanazi government r00ting the Ausjailian economy more than the hotel charge. So overall a decent hotel to stay and recommended if you can afford it

“Expensive Sydney living”
Very expensive hotels at Sydney CBD area in general. So even the ibis brand is rather costly here. Not much facilities. But the location is in a prime area. Very close to shopping areas and public transport.

Location of ibis is right in the heart of cbd, good price but the room is not very soundproofed.. we can still hear noises from the street on level 14.

“Dirty A/C”
The staffs were superb. No doubt. Most helpful and accomodating. It could be just me aswell but the air conditioning in our room was dirty as hell. I couldve complain and said something about it but the room they gave us was the last one as they said they are fully booked.

Comfy pillows and bed, very good location. I just don’t feel safe leaving my luggage knowing that anyone can just go to the basement where luggages are left unlike other hotels.

“Good”
Good location that's a true, but dusty on bench area and desk area. Aircon is acceptable but for summer time, people get grilled inside as the aircon not really good. 16 degree but feels like 24 and the aircon can automatic changes to 26 in the morning when I am awake. Staff are very friendly this is also true. Plus minus, short term ok, long term find another place that's my opinion 🤗

Very noisy on friday & Saturday night till around midnight with music from Pub next door. Then again at 3.30 with Garbage trucks in laneway

Small cozy and convenient in the city centre. Same review with others that the lift is very slow and the bathroom would leak out water when showering.

“Poor service ”
Started good allowed me to check in early. Notified on elevator upgrade so given a complimentary drink. However room was on 17th floor, greeted by group of tradies and mess everywhere. Main lights in room kept failing was told would have to wait to the next morning as maintenance had left. I requested to move rooms which they did after being put on hold 3 times. Got the new room walked in and it was already occupied. Finally got another room sorted. No apology for the error or inconvenience. Shift manger was more concerned about who hadn’t finalised a checkin than solving the problem or apologising.

“ショッピングモールの近くで何より立地が良い”
間口の狭いホテルでうっかりすると通り過ぎてしまうほどだが、ホテル自体は部屋も狭いながらも最低限の設備は有り、清掃状態もまずまず。ただ、キャリーバッグ等を広げる場所が無く、2名で宿泊すると厳しいかも？
