Room 573, The room had a seaview and a comfortable clean bed , perfumed with the smell of mould from the old carpet, and urine from the bathroom. Not a repeat visit from me.

“Fantastic beach location”
Had a lovely stay at the landmark, walk across to the beach, enjoyed cooling off in the pool and wandering across to the surf club… ticked all the right boxes for us.

“Awesome stay at Landmark! ”
We stayed at Landmark resort for 5 nights and it was such a pleasant experience. Staff are very professional and friendly. Best location - very close to the beach!! Will be back soon

“No services at all”
-can't message hotel through Agoda -late check-in, only leave phone and need call them -after called, only ask you go to secure box ownself use them said password open -ask for help, either answer not under their premise or impolitely -arrive at entrance at the same time see there is a security guard, the guard didn't help and just let us transparent

“Brilliant Location! ”
So close to Restaurants, Beach, shopping. We had Milk Run deliver a few essentials. Just would have liked a sunny balcony in the afternoons and we were facing east, otherwise it was a perfect apartment. Great pool for kids!

Came up for my wife's birthday. Great location, can walk straight out to the bars and food. Right next to the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful.

“Great beach accomodation ”
Right on the beach. Walking distance to everything you need for a great time. The pool was nice. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

“Excellent value, outstanding location ”
Outstanding location located at the start of the strip of shops on the Esplanade, across from the surf club, beach and kids playground. Will absolutely stay here again. Staff lovely and accommodating, easy to find, comfortable room and amenities.

“Excellent ”
We loved everything about our stay. The location is excellent rigjt across from the flagged swimming beach and on the main resturant promenade. The room was realy big for the price and the pool area was great. Staff were very friendly and helpfull will definetly stay here again. 5 stars

“Great location”
The landmark Hotel at Mooloolaba is an older complex with friendly staff, clean rooms and two minutes to the beach. I would stay there again.

“Excellent location ”
The hotel is closed to everything, has hot tub and pool, good view, clean. Just the place is a bit worn out, we had some trouble with the shower n wahing machine in our room, and pool was full of kids. Maybe it's better for family but not couples

“Mooloolaba short stay convenience”
Best location, leave your vehicle in the underground secure carpark and walk to almost everywhere . We had a three night stay at Landmark and took the car out once in that time. Coles ,chemist,Sealife and a plethora of restaurants virtually at your doorstep . Landmark is straight across from Mooloolaba beach and esplanade precinct,great for a short staycation.

The staff were great and it is out of the question to mention that it is located in the best spot. Easy access to everywhere in Mooloolaba and out of the city. Morning walks were just part of the fun and can't beat being able to bodyboarding at the beach in winter. Easy to say that we will come back.

“Amazing location ”
Location can’t be beat. Great to have a laundry machine (no dryer) in unit. Workout room needs serious updating. Has a sauna and nice pool. Very close to ocean. Secure parking.

“Great stay”
The place was in the most perfect position was a kids play area out front the apartment was a gorgeous Ocean View the place was nice and clean plus every thing you need in the kitchen and the pool was amazing the only thing I would have changed was having a bath even a shower bath only because we have 2 kids under 3 but other then that I really couldn't recommend this place enough

Very good location. Easy access to all facilities. Although I am disappointed that the facilities in the local area close down extremely early. The place is a ghost town after 21:30. Finding something to eat after 21:30 in the general area is near impossible.

“Resort hotel in great location near beautiful Mooloolaba beach”
This was a great place to stay, right opposite the beach with only a small road to cross and direct access to many shops and restaurants from level one, with no need to go out on the street. The Surf club is very close, as are other clubs and RSL. We had a studio with kitchen, lounge with balcony and ensuite from bedroom with laundry facilities and spa bath. We had a view of the sea and plenty of free undercover parking. There was cable sport on TV and aircon. All easy and efficient which made for a great holiday. The pool and spa were attractive with a waterfall and seating but could have been bigger if you like swimming laps. Overall, very comfortable and enjoyable.

“Room with a beach view “rolls eyes””
Oh how one can get conned so easily. I paid extra for a beach view, like the pictures showed me, but what did I get, a 5metre gap between 2 buildings lol. I even rang to see if I could upgrade AGAIN, but the response was all booked out. Funny how I went online and could book a room. Never again landmark reset never again

As usual the staff were friendly and the facility was clean. I stay there every year, because of the location and the way the facility is operated. Great place to be!

“Great view but rough around the edges ”
Don’t get me wrong, I would stay there again for the discounted price I got. I would never pay full price for that place. My room smelt like vomit in the front hall way entrance, no house keeping to check for any resupplys I had to ask for fresh towls which took their time with and toilet paper. But staff were nice so I didn’t hold that against them. Great access to the strip, great views, water pressure was great, bathroom good size and the rooftop was good. Mixed reviews

Hi we found the Bed terrible had such a bad two nights sleep also the pillows were not good Reception was average just learning i think Also sand on the Balcony banked up in the corner not swept away also on the furniture I also used the spa and came out in a terrible rash WAY TO MUCH CHLORINE had to buy cream at the chemist So over all not a good stay Don't think we will be back

“Amazing resort and great location!”
We loved our stay! Everything is within walking distance and straight across the road from beach. Room was amazing, bed was so comfortable and the view was priceless. The rooftop spa was an added bonus too.
