Request for later check out as our return flight is at night but staff can’t confirm until on the actual day. This affect our last day planning. There isn’t any extra toilet paper available for use in the toilet.

“Good location, spacious for families”
Good base location for exploring Melbourne CBD as it’s walking distance to most attractions and lots of tram and bus options around plus decently near to Southern Cross station (where the SkyBus alights). Apartment is a good size for a family with well-equipped kitchen and toilets were clean and dry when we arrived. Coffee table was wonky and the rug a bit dirty but acceptable. Housekeeping was odd though - we were told it would be done after the third night, but it wasn’t. Even after the fourth night still nothing. They finally cleaned the apartment after the fifth night but resulted in us discarding our own thrash and request for new towels from reception before that.

“Housekeeping ”
Stayed 4 nights as non member of club Wyndham and was entitled to one day of housekeeping which never came despite my calling and personally going down to reception to arrange. Staff made one excuse after another.

Great hotel, comfortable room and the shower was beautiful, short walking distance to shopping, trains, cafes and restaurants will definately stay again

“Highly recommended”
Highly recommended. Except 2 points. The house keeping seems to be every 2 days than what I was told that there's no house keeping for my 3 days stay. There's no car park in this hotel.

“Handy location if you are active ”
The room on level 22 is nice and clean. The location is handy if you need to catch the tram 58 right across the road or if you want to catch a bus then when you get out of the building, turn left and walk a few minutes to the corner of the road, turn left and there is a bus stop. If you want to walk to Southern Cross station then turn right outside the hotel and walk into the alley until you get to the traffic light.

“Nice clean no fuss apartment hotel”
Great for families. Large, fairly quiet and clean. This is an apartment unit rented out as hotels so don't expect typical daily room service and amenities.

“Good location, clean”
Not exactly in the middle of town but many tram services ard the area. A lot of cafes and eateries but not all cafes are open on weekends as it is CBD area. Comfortable space for familt of four. Love the toiletries, full sized and good shampoo and conditioner that are actually good quality. Walkable from Southern Cross station where u can take a skybus from the airport and save on taxi fare.

This is the place to stay if you are visiting Melbourne for a couple of days. Very close to Sky Bus and CBD. The apartments a are well maintained and modern with all the mod-con. highly recommend

“Great Hotel”
Stayed 4 nights here with our 2 young children. Was great with the kitchen and 2 bedrooms, plenty of room. Walking distance to almost everything. Pool on the roof was awesome.

“Probably wouldn't stay again”
The walls were paper thin. We didn't sleep the best as we could hear when neighbours were coming and going. The bathroom facilities were fine. The beds were ok. The rug where the lounge was looked as if it had never been cleaned, it should just be thrown out. I believe the couch was a fold out bed it was very uncomfortable to just sit on and watch TV. The hotel allowed us to check out an hour later which was good of them.

“Filthy”
I was shocked upon checking in here. It's not temporarily dirty it was filthy and our first room had been like that for some time. Second room marginally better after we cleaned it ourselves. But certainly not what I expected. We were offered other rooms but didn't hold much hope of improvement so stayed in our self cleaned room

“Hotel at the fringe of the city”
Hotel room was spacious and clean when we checked in. Location wise it is a bit far from the main shopping area.

“Modern and spacious”
2 bedroom apartment is pretty, modern, spacious, has everything we need. Washing machine, cooking equipment, microwave, fridge. Hot chocolate can be refilled. Nice balcony. Near Southern Cross . No wifi, but they provided pocket wifi. Love everything here.

Easy to find, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and functional, it was spacious enough for 4 guests. My only dislike was the room wasn't serviced at all during our 4 night stay

“Good location to stay just be aware of a few things”
just be aware of mozzies from the roof top pool area and if your room is near the lift, you will hear the lift going up and down all night/day. The bedroom door has see through glass so this can be bothersome for some people.

“Very ideal location”
Took the 2 bedroom apartment. We arrived after a very tiring flight and they allowed us to check in early as the room was ready. What a nice surprise! Rooms were nice and well equipped with everything you need - kitchen and utensils, fridge, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and fridge. Location wise, they are situated right in the middle of CBD and it takes 10-15 walk to get anywhere within the CBD. Nearest station is Flagstaff Station or next is Southern Cross. We enjoyed our stay here and will book here again on the next visit.

“Great Stay”
We stayed in a nice 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed and a great view from balcony on 17th floor. Easy 10 minute walk to the QV Markets and tram into the mall or to Southbank just a couple of minutes walk away. Would happily stay again.

Would not book through Agoda again as they put you in appartments not owned by Wyndham I would definitely book direct from Wyndham themselves

“Great Location”
Superb location with multiple stations within easy reach by tram... Southern Cross, Melbourne Central and Flagstaff in particular. Staff were helpful and polite always. Housekeeping happens only every 3rd day but if you need anything, reception is always happy to oblige. Will stay again at the right price

Jesse, the guy at the front desk was absolutely wonderful… not only he was friendly and polite, but he took his time to explain us about the best ways to get around Melbourne… he’s a star!!!
