“Anniversary Trip ”
It was truly amazing, check in was a breeze, we arrived early so we were able to place our bags at the hotel. While the check in was at 2pm. Overall the place was exactly in the picture. Very accessible, there are about 6 halal food shops, selling kebabs, sandwiches. The downside was that we weren't highlighted the timing of the reception was from 8am to 8pm. But despite that it was still a breeze. Strongly recommend this place. Recommended a friend and they fell in love with the space as well. Thank you for a memorable time in Melbourne.

“Clean and Accessible Hotel”
This hotel can consider clean but there is NO housekeeping (meaning they only allow change of towels daily with the instruction paper hanging on the door handle) and there is no tidying of room. The very good part of this hotel is the location is superb - just in front of the tram stop.

Stayed here twice. Don’t be fooled by the one bedroom versus the cheaper alternative, the cheaper one is the same size and actually must nicer with the glass glass window bedroom walls. Bathrooms a little small. But value is great and right on corner of flinders and southern cross. Would stay again.

Location: is near to 2 train stations, hotel is located at the free tram zone. 3 mini marts just down the hotel. Facilities: there is a gym on the highest floor. Room comes with small kitchen, washing machine, a dryer and laundry powder. For those who likes to travel light, it is a plus point. The hotel does not have carpark. But there is a nearby carpark or can get parking facilities with the hotel (third party carpark). Both carparks are less than 5 mins walk. It would be better if the hotel could provide dispenser for washing the utensils instead of providing the soap for the dish washer machine. Other than that, good stay. Will stay here again for my next visit to melbourne.

Located at the corner of flinders street where to tram lines met is a benefit for this hotel. Plus friendly and helpful staff makes it complete. Room is clean and tidy, complete with all the needed appliances like stove, microwave, washing machine for a linger stay.

Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer really made the stay elevated and it added value. Room was comfortable with a gorgeous city/river view. Reception is from 8am -8pm , still you can keep your luggage before and after checking out at the reception , but you have to get it before 8pm It was a wonderful stay.

This apartment is conveniently located in front of a tram stop and few steps away from Southern Cross train station. Value for money with apartment facilities. The only thing that requires improvement is cleanliness. The toilet is not scrubbed properly and the floor in the living room has hair and dusts. Housekeeping team should up their game. Overall, it is still a value for money apartment.

“Great Value & Location, Minor Noise in the Morning”
The stay found it to be great value for money. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was very convenient, close to public transport and city attractions. The only downside was the noise from the nearby train tracks, especially in the early morning. It might be a bit disruptive for light sleepers. Overall, it’s still a solid option if you’re looking for affordability and a central location — I’d stay here again!

The location is located at the tram station, which is good for transportation, but it’s kinda problem for your sleep because the noise is pretty noisy at night and when it comes to the room itself, all the facilities are very good except only the curtain that is not fully close so if you have problem with your sleep in super dark, that will cost you a little bit because there’s a light through the curtain on the other hand the staff is pretty friendly and helpful. They are very nice and help you in a lot of things if you don’t mind I think this one is a good value of money if you spend most of the time outside.

“Nice place”
A comfortable and convenient place to stay, especially suitable for families with young children who need to cook. Right in front of the hotel are tram and bus stops, and it’s close to many of Melbourne’s famous attractions. Having a washer and dryer in the room is a big plus. The staff are friendly and helpful, though they’re only available from 8 AM to 8 PM.

“Stay in the city for a show”
I took my daughter in a surprise night away to see a stage show. The canvas is so close to the train station and has plenty of public transport at the doorstep but is also within walking distance Melbourne's CBDs offerings. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was so comfortable. With it's full kitchenette facilities you could be comfortable here for a day or a week with everything that you need. The staff were lovely and they checked out bags while we explored the city, before check in time.

I chose this apartment based on its lication which is near to MCEC n also it's amenities, price, n good comments from previous customers. Turned out the comments r genuine. It's near to many asian eateries n fast food chains, moreover, several minutes walking to Skybus stop in Southern Cross Station nearby. Highly recomnended.

“Perfect location and facilities for us”
As an older couple with minor mobility issues this location is excellent with public transport within metres of the foyer. Facilities of our 1 B/R unit were very good, separate B/R blockout blinds, adequate kitchen and full laundry. Our 5th stay and hopefully many more to come.
