“立地条件が良いホテル”

“便利でした”

清潔なホテルに宿泊する、便利に行動できる、部屋である程度食事ができる、ということを十分に満たしています。過剰なサービスや「ホテルの格」などを求めなければ大変お勧めです。

“観光に便利”

スタッフがフレンドリーで部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせました。

“ビジネス向けというより中期滞在向け？”

ホテルの部屋は広く、ミニキッチンがついていて、ビジネス向けというより中期滞在する旅行者向けのような気がしました。ホテルのすぐ近くにコンビニがあったのでどうにかなりましたが、品ぞろえはイマイチです。複数で宿泊すればお得感ありですが、単身にはちょっと高め。グループやカップルでの旅行にはオススメかもです。

“リバーサイド、繁華街、カジノへ徒歩で行ける便利なホテルです”

繁華街へ行くにもカジノへ行くにも徒歩圏ですので非常に便利です。ユーレカタワーはホテル近くに位置しています。ホテルの部屋は広く快適です。

“立地が非常によい”

スペンサー、エリザベスストリートなど繁華街へは徒歩で行けるのはとても便利でした。カジノも徒歩で行けますし、ユーレカスカイデッキはホテルの隣にあります。 オーストラリアホテルはほぼ共通ですが、アメニティグッズのうち、歯磨きセットは用意されていませんので注意が必要です。 コンセントアダプターはフロントですぐに借りることができるので日本から用意する必要はありません。

“ホスピタリティには欠けるビジネスホテル”

シンプルな部屋でキチネット付きとあるが、ガスレンジ/IHヒーターは無いので電子レンジで暖める程度の料理しかできない。皿やカトラリーは有。コインランドリーが３階と１１階にあるが台数は少なく、３階の洗濯機は故障中だった。各３ドルで１ドル硬貨のみ使用可。最寄駅はフリンダース駅で橋を渡って５分のところにあり、途中川沿いのプロムナードの散策や遊覧船の往来も楽しめる。ユーレカタワーの隣りにあり、カジノへも歩いて１０分。道を挟んで向かいのランガムホテルの隣りに小さなショッピングセンターがあり、レストランやフードコートもあるので便利。コンビ二は川沿いにクラウンホテル方向に歩くと５分くらいのところにある。フロントスタッフの応対は普通。最初に割り当てられた部屋に行ってみると使用中の部屋だったためフロントにクレームを言ったが、謝罪の言葉は一切無かったのが残念。しかしながら総合的にみればロケーションの良さからリーズナブルなホテルだと思う。

“アクセス及び、近隣の景色のいいホテル”

安くて無駄を一切省略したホテル。出張で定期的に渡航しているのでここは便利です。街中へのアクセスも列車の駅下を通過して簡単に行けることが最大の魅力、川沿いは景観がよく散歩したり、朝走るには絶好の環境です。ホテルの中の設備は華美ではありませんが、出張程度ならば何ら問題ないレベルです。

“便利な場所で大満足”

オーストラリアの朝は早く、夕方５時には観光スポットは全て閉まるので 早朝からの観光となります。必然的にホテルにいる時間はないので、今回立地の良さで決めました。部屋は普通のビジネスホテル並みですが、歩いて駅やＣＩＴＹに行けるし、途中（駅裏）には川が流れた綺麗な場所もありました。 ただエアコンの音がうるさかった。フロントで道を訪ねた時、クレームしましたが、今、交換してるんです。部屋を変更しますが...と言われましたが、面倒なので移らず我慢しました。 観光重視の方には最適なホテルでしょう、ひとつアドバイスとしてはチェックインした後に荷物を広げる前に、エアコンの音を確認してください。

“ロケーションが最高です。”

朝ごはんが別料金なのは知っていましたが、どこにもその金額の表示がなく、なんとかく利用しにくかったです。部屋は清潔です。バスタブがないのがちょっと残念

何度も泊まっています。 （メリット） ・コンビニが近いです。 ・メルボルン中心部への電車の地下通路を通って5分以内。 ・川沿いは景観最高！散歩にピッタリ。 ・ネットも有料ですが、無線・有線ともに簡単に接続可能。 ・清潔・比較的広い室内。 （デメリット） ・浴槽ないです。 ・アメニティは必要最低限です。（歯磨きセット、髭剃りもちろん無し） ・朝食は食べたことないでがカフェスペースはないです。

“スタッフはいつも親切に対応してくれる”

午後２時までチェックイン出来なかった　最初から覚悟していましたが　ホテル内では一切喫煙するところがない。

“滞在型旅行にいいかも”

2泊しました。建物は近代的な造りで、清潔感もあって綺麗です。簡易キッチンがあるので、外食に飽きたら食料品をテイクアウトして、部屋でのんびり食事できます。フロントの女性はフレンドリーで、親切です。

We were not able to get Sky News on the TV, not sure if this was deliberate or not, but very annoying. And the tv was turned off at a certain time. We will be looking elsewhere for accommodation next time we visit Melbourne.

Eden, whoassisted me for check in, was very welcoming and warm! You seldome see this now. She was very helpful with the questions I asked and offered options when I initially thought I don't have a physical bank card with me. Will definitely book there again!

It's a small hotel with limited facilities. No fitness center ; no pool etc. Small neat clean rooms. Location is great ; right next to the Yarra River

“Service Improvement”

I had a good stay during my recent travel. However, my luggage was delayed by Qantas and delivered to the hotel later. Upon asking the staff, there was poor customer service to check if the luggage was delivered. I had spent a good 30 minutes on the call to Qantas before the staff went and checked the luggage room only to find out that my luggage was there. It would be great if customer service can be improved.

what a beautiful location, right in the heart of most attractions. excellent customer service, spent two nights here and enjoyed every moment. room & bathroom out dated but still decent for the price and free upgrade for our birthdays and anniversary ❤️ we will be back!!

Accessible to train station, trams. Many restaurants around south bank area. Close to crown and south wharf dfo. Many activities you can see, close to southgate. The room is spacious, clean. Comfy bed, pillows. Self service check in and check out which is cool. Had a great time staying in this hotel.
