“Worst saggy single mattress ”
Arrived later so hot the Dgrade room maybe. Side of my mattress saggy couldn't sleep all night. Carpets a bit smelly. Staff great but can't blame upgrading as an excuse.

“Great for a pre-flight stay”
We stayed here before and after our overseas flights and the stay was great. The interconnecting family site was wonderful. They also do a good breakfast. Recommended.

“Easy to get to the airport”
Have stayed at mantra before and many Accor hotels. This one was average. I loved the family suite which gave us space. But our bed was so uncomfortable I barely slept. My husband’s side felt like a rock. My side felt like it had springs missing. Think the mattress needs updating. Otherwise all good.

Near the airport, quick commute, can get the shuttle bus to airport if needed. Clean, tidy and well equipped rooms. The room service menu is the restaurant and you can order later in the night and the menu has lots of options

“Great hotel at quiet location”
Nice hotel with newly refurbished rooms. Great free shuttle 24/7 to/from airport. 10mins away. The only thing is no clear instructions on where to wait for the shuttle in the airport, recommend to state in agoda/website. Tried to msg them but no response. Reception was nice, allowed us to check out at 12pm, as our flight was at 5pm. Food wise, only 1 restaurant beside the hotel, but not open when we went for dinner. (Google map says open). No choice but to eat In the hotel. This hotel is a value for money if you don’t mind the distance from airport and lack of food around.

After (another) airline mishap, things were looking glum. But Mantra stepped up to the plate with more confidence than Mickey Mantle. Smashed it out of the park. Position great ..staff very friendly and helpful, maybe a little more on the menu wich was very expensive ..our room was with breakfast and as our plane was very early we were given a box with cereal ,prima, and breakfast bar and little container of fruit , maybe more thought on that one but would stay again

“Super near to the airport”
I'm staying here primarily because it is near my customer's place, which is again near the airport. However, it is not convenient if you're visiting Melbourne city.

“Disappointed ”
The location near Tullamarine airport was nice. The room was looking tired. The TV was so old the picture didn't fit the screen and couldn't read the football scores at bottom of the screen. Room service menu was awful, wasn't any small or snack like meals. Breakfast buffet was ok but lacked choices of eggs, scrambled only.

The main reason for choosing this hotel is the proximity to the airport. The room is ok, considering we just want the convenience, before heading to the airport the next day.

“Room”
I was given room 708 which was under maintenance and they forced us in 705 which there wasn’t AC, and during the booking some of the informations were lies.

“Good for easy access to airport”
Stayed one night before early flight the next morning. Seamless check in, friendly pleasant staff. The kids appreciated the pool. Room service meal was high quality, impressed by standard— it was the gnocchi funghi. Seamless check out. Complimentary airport shuttle service. Convenience 10/10.

“Airport hotel ”
It’s a shame that airport hotels turn out to be - well - functional but devoid of the usual « hospitality « vibe. Location and Airport transfers a plus; Room - basic minimum for AUD 200+.; Breakfast - next time will eat at the airport; IRD dinner - watery pumpkin & coconut soup. OK but with a bit more effort could be tasty; Staff on reception - pleasant but just going through the motions. Team at breakfast were friendly and authentic (well done!) Standout would be the airport transport drivers who sadly do not belong to the hotel…

“最高!”
We stayed at the Mantra Tullaramine before and after our trip. It was very convenient to have the long term parking next door and airport shuttle service free of charge. We found the hotel clean and comfortable.

“Very good experience”
A real hotel, not like other places re-modelled from ex-offices buildings. Rooms are silent and quiet and you need this before or after your flight. Staff is nice, welcoming and helpful.

“Outside Airport with Shuttle”
If you consider to get cheaper accommodation and nice place to stay while waiting for your flight. This is the one that you can count on with 24hrs shuttle to pick you up from airport and drop off back to airport

Over priced and extremely limited menu. No fresh air available. Very poor shower.

“Air conditioning ”
Our room on the 8th floor was freezing cold and no adjustment of the temp controller seemed to fix this. But we were very tired after a long flight, and we only reported it on leaving in the morning.
