“Slowest check-in process ever”
The reception staff don’t seem very competent. First told us he got locked out of his computer. Then he entered our credit card number incorrectly and couldn’t process our key deposit. Asked for different card to be used when I have never had trouble with my credit card at other hotels. Having a whole family waiting late at night when hotel staff taking their time to sort out their issues was just not a pleasant experience. Please give your staff more training so they know what they are doing.

“Not as it was decribed. ”
Significant difference in the actual view than the pictures they advertise with. Room was very small and not what i would describe as "superior".

“Just prefect”
Stayed here for the Gold Coast marathon. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful, facilities fantastic and location ideal. Would definitely stay here again. Gym a bit limited, but we made it work.

“Tired, dirty and definitely not 5 star”
Very disappointed with this hotel. - rude staff at check-in - a room this is falling apart with mould in the shower, a toilet that doesn't stop running, blinds that are tattered, aircon doesn't work great and a very uncomfortable bed - mini bar "on request" - not very 5 stars - it's a very old hotel that needs a big renovation. - location is good though

Good hotel with good facilities especially when on sale. Plenty of dining options in mall and enough shops for looking at. Across the highway to Pacific Fair.

“Top hotel”
Great hotel. Staff are very helpful. Spa was broken for a while with not hot water, but working again after a day. Nice extras like easter baking for kids and easter hunt.

“Great hotel”
Spa is piping hot. Close to beach. Parking is expensive at $29 a night so we parked near the beach for free.

“Loved our stay at Sofitel”
Five star accommodation, staff were amazing, our room was upgraded at no charge to an ocean view with a king size bed . Restaurant was fabulous for buffet breakfast and lunch. Enjoyed the pool area too. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants ✨✨✨✨✨

“Great location”
location was good but the TV was outdated. the bed was a bit odd. It says that it is a king bed but it is like 2 single beds pushed together. room is a bit old compared to other sofitel hotel i've stayed

“ありがとう マイケル”
チェックインからとても親切でした。事前にチェックイン手続きが済み、午後に部屋が準備できた時、コンシェルジュのマイケルが手書きしたウェルカムメモと、お子様のための野球選手キム・アソンのサインカードがテーブルに置いてありました。このようなもてなしを受けて、ゴールドコーストのイメージも良くなり、幸せな3泊を過ごしました。
