“Was dirty ”

Wasn’t clean at all. Mould on the roof and around the walls and sliding doors. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

“Clean bedding - everything else is aweful”

According to the information folder, each room is individually owned. That would explain why there are some permanent residents in the hotel. My review therefore won't apply to each room as different owners will have different standards. The lady at Reception was friendly enough. The room smelled musty, the table was dirty and the carpet frayed around every edge. I took off my socks and immediately put them back on and vacuumed the whole unit. I found toenail clippings and pastry under the rug (which itself was all stained and really dirty) and sofa. The whole unit is 'worn'. The chairs all have loose legs. There was stale bread out in the courtyard, a piece of broken glass in the bathroom and dust everywhere. Basically it looks like they rely on each person to clean when they leave (which I did) but don't check anything themselves. I didn't dare use the pool - if they don't clean the units I doubt they maintain chlorine etc. Okay if you just need a bed, but don't take the family.

pros - the oven thats about it! cons - there was NO AIR CON No foxtel doors on our deck wouldnt lock dirty dishes in cupboards food wrappers throughout couch blankets in cupboards dirty couldnt use loungeroom ceiling fan being of the loud screaching noise coming from it no matter what speed. started with half a toilet roll and told there a further $1 each. paint chipped everywhere, bathroom vanity falling apart. expected to clean room throughly remove your rubbish or theres a fee, no food on site , a game room thats minimum $2 a game and last a whopping $3 minutes. balcony was mouldy smoke burns on the table mould on the fridge. THE LIST GOES ON

The hotel was disgusting from the unhealthy stained mattress to the disgusting unclean state of the hotel room and managers that have no grammar or care for their clients will be telling everyone to skip this resort as I don't even think Gordon Ramsay could help here

“Disgraceful ”

They were very unorganised, we had dirty sheets also the room wasn't cleaned properly and we had the last customers food left in the cupboards. Then when checking out we were accused of loosing a key. We told them it was put in the box they called us liers long storey short they got very aggressive and in our face, in a threatening way,we then told them to check the cameras which proved we put it in there and they still didn't want to give our bond back after an hour of asking for it we finally got it back very disappointed and would recommend to anyone

We didn't stay, I didn't like the hotel when we arrived, the aircon didn't work, the room smelt and the bathroom wasn't clean, only like 5 Foxtel channels. I wasn't happy so we changed hotels.

The place was perfect ! Location was ver . Near yo surfers and being just outside the tram stop was great. The room was clean spacious and haf everything we needed and more Also receptionist was lovely , very welcoming and gave us all the tips we needed for the area For the price we paid it was a steal Will definitely be back!

It surprises me! With how spacious it is, and it has all the facilities you need.. We stayed for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Its just a 2 minutes walk from nearest tram station and 5-7 minutes walk from nearest bus station, with some restaurants and convenient shops available nearby. The receptionist is very helpful too.. We wish the shower temperature can be adjusted easier though..

“Clean, quiet and value for money”

Awesome! as mentioned, the room is big and fully equipped with all the necessity. It is value for money as I booked 3 night stayed via agoda for $254. The resort is 5 min walk to the beach but 25min walk to surfer paradise and 20min walk to broadbeach. The public buses are easily accessed to all tourist attractions.

Comfortable stay. However, during summer, aircond is much needed.

gammalt och slitet hotell som ligger på "fel" sida av gold coast highway. eftersom det var ett lägenhetshotell fanns dock möjlighet att laga egen mat och tvätta.

For value for money absolutely amazing. They have everything you could need. Parking on site, safety gates, heated pool and spa, games room etc.

it wasn’t the worst stay, it could’ve been better - our room wasn’t the cleanest and the bathroom smelt like urine the whole time no matter how much i scrubbed it out inside and out!! staff are good, rooms were tidy and the amenities are great they also have a game room (requires payment w coins) but they have pool, table tennis & a reading corner) which is a perk for the place as well

Apartments are little but has everything u need in them. Found a bowl of chop of weed under the bed and rubbish behind the lounge and dirty belongings from previous people staying in the unit. Wifi didn’t work, dish washer was replaced while staying. Location is great though
